THIS is why my kids don’t attend public schools. The hive mind-set of the PC-run school system is out-of-control, not to mention the quality of the education provided has gotten worse. We spend more money educating our children than any other nation on earth and still fall woefully short academically.

Bet’cha if Wonder Woman was a guy in drag or a lesbo then it would not be a problem. Maybe get rid of the pro-American attire. Hmmm, I wonder how they feel about Planned Parenthood? They don’t solve “problems” with violence.

As much as I detest the Donald, he did make one proposal that I completely agree with, which is to eliminate the Department of Education, which would return schools to local control.
People forget that we did perfectly well without the Department of Ed before its inception in 1979. Prior to that, our public schools were under local control, and while their quality varied a great deal, depending on the district and the local demographics, even the worst managed to produce people who were basically literate, while others were outstanding. But since the inception of the Department of Education, the quality of all of them, even those in affluent suburbs, have deteriorated steeply, while the cost of running them and paying teachers and administrators has ratcheted out of control, and political correctness has become more important than providing a solid education.

I haven’t voted since 2006. If trump gets to the general election, I might reconsider. If he proved to be a disappointment, his presence would probably speed up the collapse timeline and that too would be good.

BTW, I wonder if a lunchbox featuring George Washington, Abraham Lincoln or FDR would be allowed in that school. You might say they solved problems with violence (though they were far from super heroes).

It depends on where you live.The country really is different. My kids school accepts a lot of kids wearing hunting gear and shirts with all kinds of odd stuff on them.
