Establishment Hate Trump & Are Desperate to Stop Him

President-PopularVote

The Republicans had a little focus group who watched taped instances on a television of Trump’s apparent misogyny, political flip flops and awe-inspiring braggadocio. They watched the Donald say Rosie O’Donnell has a “fat, ugly face.” They saw that Trump once supported a single-payer health system, and they heard him say, “I will be the greatest jobs president God ever created.” But the group—which included 23 white people, 3 African-Americans and three Hispanics and consisted of a plurality of college-educated, financially comfortably Donald devotees—was undeterred.

2016-PresElection

At the end of the session, the vast majority said they liked Trump more than when they walked in. The people conducting this experiment were stunned. The Republican leadership is clueless because they are part of the group the people hate so much.

Pres-Turnout

Let’s be honest. If Hillary or Bush are elected, does anyone really think anything will change? After Obama promising to change everything and endorsing whatever the bureaucracy wanted to maintain, getting real change is hopeless. I have personally been talking to a lot of people on the street to gauge their response. Trump is bringing in so many new people who have never voted, this is unfolding precisely as our computer has been forecasting for decades. The 2016 election will be (1) a huge backlash again the politics as usual, and (2) we should see a rise in voter turnout. This is very interesting.

Honestly, at least a vote for Trump may be the only way to to put the breaks on this whole move toward electronic money and higher taxes that will destroy the world. Party politicians will always sell the people out to save the establishment.

I have very little doubt this country will become a dictatorship in my lifetime. I think the political winds will swing wildly until America votes FOR the dictatorship. People think one man can change the entire system/government when it was specifically created in a way that was intended to never become one. They/we will become ever more frustrated. To the point of saying fuck it, give all power to one man so things will change.

Vote for Trump or vote for the status quo.

Trump may not change things (much) but at least the status quo won’t continue without any opposition.

FWIW, we’re already under a dictatorship, a Judicial oligarchy. Recent decisions based on the personal will of the men there instead of the law as written and intended should have made that clear to everyone by now.

Great, now people are actually asking for a dictator.

Anyone remember the Constitution ? Think about what you are saying. Would you REALLY give up representative government ?

Why not ask for a King you dumbshit.

OK fine,

Then hold Trump’s feet to the fire about personal freedom (notice he is stone cold silent on the Constitution). Ever hear the guy speak out against SCOTUS usurping power..NO. Ever hear the guy speak out against corporate influence in the ruling bodies of this government….Hell No. The sheep better hold him to some standard or he could be the loose cannon of all loose cannons.

I’ll say this again, he is the polar opposite of everything you are looking for and has championed most of the things you have condemned over and over here on TBP. You people deserve a dictator for being maroons.

BEA,

I don’t find I have any representation in government as it is to give up.

All I really want to do is be left alone by government to live4 my life as I choose as long as I leave others free to do the same, something akin to what our Founders wanted and intended, but I don’t find I have that either or anyone “representing” me there to demand it.

Left-collectivism has ruled the West since 1850 give or take a few decades. Today’s Leftist lunacy is simply the apotheosis of Leftism as a state system.

It is predictable that people continue to cling to collectivism, people are terrified of a future requiring them to survive on only their personal skills & aptitudes so they will ONLY support a collectivist system of social organization.

This insures that the future will become Right-collectivist. A Trump presidency would be but a down payment on future autocracy. Given the social chaos now insured by the collapse of the Welfare State, there is no doubt that the path ahead will pass through a military dictatorship. It’s only a question of how long it takes for the failures of politics (even a charismatic ruler like Trump) and threats to the Pentagon’s gravy train to accumulate.

@Anon,
No social system has ever delivered the honesty and truth you (& I) desire. When people are “left alone” it is invariably due to those in power being busy fighting each other. Liberty never emerges when political/secular Authority is merged with religious Authority, as it has been in the West since Progressives took over in America and Fabians/communists took over in Western Europe 100-150 years ago.

This country is bleeding to death because of the direct/indirect taxation of our wages.

It is direct in that it is stealing your wages, a component your time. Wages = Your time x $/hr

However the courts see it as indirect because you are being paid in credit and not the coin of the realm. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Veazie_Bank_v._Fenno

The effect is people living paycheck to paycheck, both parents having to work to make ends meet, your pay is then subject to all kinds of other taxes. SSA, Medicare, O’care, and state income taxes. This further erodes your ability to get ahead in life and keeps the majority in debt peonage. This system did not fully mature until WW2. We have been slowly bleeding off that old stored wealth/capital since that time and are now almost out. Hence we have an ever increasing rise in poverty.

Here are a couple of old quotes. Take them any way you want to.

“The men the American people admire most extravagantly are the most daring liars; the men they detest most violently are those who try to tell them the truth.”
–H. L. Mencken

“A demagogue tries to sound as stupid as his audience, so his audience can think they are as smart as he is”

Please answer these questions for me:

A dictatorship will insure my personal freedoms how?

A dictatorship will insure my rights to obtain personal property how?

A dictatorship will insure my rights to travel at will how?

A dictatorship will insure my right to own a business how?

A dictatorship will insure me right to due process how?

A dictatorship will insure that I could own and bare arms how?

From the article:
“After Obama promising to change everything and endorsing whatever the bureaucracy wanted to maintain, getting real change is hopeless.”

What didn’t Obama change? He promised fundamental change and delivered but his tenure is not presented this way by his sycophants because they only see the glass as half empty.

I think the only reason for Trumps success so far is that he is NOT one of THEM. This is also why he will not win the nomination or election. If by some miracle he does win, he will not live. I admit that even I like the guy simply because he is not a club member but that is not enough to earn my vote.

His greatest contribution to Presidential politics will likely be in inspiring other non political candidates to get involved. The bigger his success the more people will realize we don’t NEED the monopoly of lifelong, career politicians to run our lives. Hopefully he will inspire people will begin to think outside the box because Bush v3.0 and Clinto v2.0 are unfuckingacceptable!

DC Sunsets believes this will all lead to a autocracy or absolute monarchy in the long run. So the question is ,would we not be back to where we started as the colonies paying taxes to a king and bowing and scraping to his whims so’s not to hear the words ” off with their heads”?

And then, would we have to try to regain the republic by force as last time. Well good luck with that, the sheep can’t take a knife to a armed drone fight. Better to stand your ground now and stop this daydreaming( and you know who you are) of fascist dictatorships.

It occurs to me that Da Trump is not operating in a vacuum, since 2008, folks have been anticipating this time. The likely candidates will once again be fucked over by a dark horse candidate.

Trump is no fool, he sees the opportunity presented by a populace eager to vote for a white guy and all he has to do is upstage the dullards waiting like schoolchildren in the aisle.

A little aside here: Mexicans of all nationalities know that to get the brass ring you have to run and outrun everybody else who waits like a good boy to be called. Mexicans of all nationalities act by the strength of their balls and attribute their achievements to balls. I mentioned the song Caminos de Guanajuato and one particular line – there the life is bet with and who wins is respected – that’s the way it goes in Spanish syntax, in English it would go like this – a person bets with his life there and when he wins he earns the respect of the people.

In years past, that attitude was a positive trait and it was called initiative. Today, initiative and competitiveness is a bad thing. Yet it is not entirely gone from the land. The pastor in Phoenix said, you can wait at the red light for God to give you a green light but sometimes he wants you to act by faith and go against the red light.

The difference between Donald Trump and most of the rest of the candidates of both parties is that Trump thinks and acts like a winner, not a loser. Winners don’t ever apologize for who or what they are. Winners also cut their losses when the path they are on is not successful.

Most of the rest of the group from Jeb and Hitlery on down are apologists for political correctness and the maintenance of the status quo. In the 1968 election, George Wallace frequently remarked that: “There’s not a dime’s worth of difference between the Democrat and Republican parties.”

The only other candidate who doesn’t act like a complete loser is Bernie Sanders – but he’s just a starry-eyed dreamer who passionately believes his own socialistic prattle. Sanders even makes a good point now and then, but more socialistic intervention in the US economy is not going to fix what is wrong with the country.

In the immortal words of Ronald Reagan’s first inaugural address, “Government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem.”

Bea, we were taught to wait for the green light. That is why the pastor used that image. It goes against everything you’ve been taught. But look, lines or queues got to be quite popular back when goods were scarce, folks would line up without knowing what the line was for. Long after the benefit of lining up to get a share of whatever was on sale that day, we are still expected to line up, play nice, be fair. That plays in the bible belt but in the big city you have to keep a sharp eye, be quick, johnny on the spot.

Perhaps Trump is scouting El Chapo for a running mate, there is a cut-throat (so to speak) entrepreneurial capitalist who can get things done internationally, smuggling coke from Colombia, buying source materials for meth in China and distributing his products in Europe, warehousing drugs in Phoenix and keeping supply lines open across the USA. Hiring unemployed brown and black youths, cutting deals with biker gangs, rewarding success and punishing failure swiftly.

After Stuckys informed post about Trump and his past I am know wondering why the MSM and establishment jerks are not going after the Donald with this info? If Stucky, by himself, can research and find the truth you would think the LSM has hundreds of doggies researching Trumps past. Something smells fishy, liked a dead rotting tuna on a Baja beach in July. Maybe Trump is a Dem plant?
