POPULAR VOTE REALITY CHECK

I’ve been listening to the left wingnuts crying foul because Crooked Hillary won the popular vote. They evidently fell asleep during their American government class in high school. The reason there are two senators per state and an electoral college is to keep the large powerful states from wielding too much power in governing the nation.

It seems left wing nutjobs seem to be drawn together into 6 liberal enclaves. You may notice the professional violent Soros protestors do their best work in these states. Republican voters in these states know their vote is worthless, because there are far too many irrational, mathematically challenged snowflakes to overcome. So, many don’t even bother to vote.

Clinton won the popular vote by about 630,000. Jabba the Hutt (aka Michael Moore) and the diverse left wing shrews on MSNBC and CNN are outraged that white deplorables stole the election from their little crook. A little perspective reveals a different picture. You back out the popular vote margin in those six socialist states and Trump wins the popular vote by over 6 million votes. The Hollywood and NYC elites, along with their Hilbots, think the votes of six states should override the overwhelming landslide achieved by Trump in the other 44 states.

Too bad pussies. You lost. No amount of Soros financed riots is going to change the outcome. Time to retreat into your six safe spaces and break out the coloring books and play doh. Isn’t it funny how the left wing media were outraged when Trump said he wouldn’t agree to the outcome before seeing the vote. Now they question the outcome based on no facts or basis for argument.

I’ll bet a strict audit of the vote, one aimed at all fraud from voting machine flipping votes to illegals and dead or non existent and illegal voters voting, would put the popular vote in Trump’s favor, not Hillary’s.

The reason I think this is because I’m not hearing anyone on the left screaming for recounts anywhere for any reason.

Maybe I’m wrong, but even so I’d be willing to put money on it and I’m not a gambling man.

The lack of screaming for recounts is VERY good point. If the fraud was there, and it wasn’t the Dems doing it, you know the Soros machine would immediately trot it out.

What’s more interesting is it demonstrates another feather in the cap that this “protest” really is not organically happening because there isn’t an organic cry for recounts either which is something that happens every election. The entire hive responded immediately in sync with almost no effort.

Immediately. Like every herd/hive in nature.

Hillary only beat Trump in the “adjusted” popular vote.

When my cousins and I were teenagers my grandfather had a sign hanging in the kitchen that said, “Hey Kids! Get a job, make some money, and move out while you still know everything.”

Personally, I’d like to see these liberal shitholes move out of the United State’s basement and try to make it on their own. California produces movies, t.v. shows, music, olives, oranges, limes, and lemons. New York produces finalization. Neither could support themselves.

SS. CA produces a whole lot of food for the whole country. Please don’t forget avocados. What would the super bowl be without guacamole?

How about a compromise, let’s say we have some sort of recount or re-vote and all votes must be verified by the voter showing ID and verification of citizenship. In other words guarantee that no illegal aliens vote will count or that no one voted more than once, I’d be willing to bet any amount of money the Dems would not agree to that.
I would be willing to bet that if the vote of those not legally eligible to vote were removed from the count that the total would end up being overwhelming in favor of Trump.

This is true. I read an article this morning about 3 million illegals being registered to vote:

So if a team wins a football game 18-14, the winner with 6 field goals, the loser feels they won since they had two touchdowns. Sorry idiot libtards, the winner plays by the rules. If you want to play a different game, then the rules need to be announced in the beginning. Admin is right on; there is zero point in voting if you are a Republican in the very deep blue states. If the “rule” was a popular vote, very different voter behavior would emerge, thus changing the outcomes

Liberals suffer from severe cognitive dissonance. It is well know that cognitive dissonance, if sustained for long periods, results in dementia. Their argument here is another example of dementia at work

There are more “stranded” Republicans in CA, NY, IL, MA, MD, NJ and HI than there are stranded Dems in places like Oklahoma and Wyoming. If the libs succeeded in eliminating the Electoral College and the “stranded” of both parties suddenly had a reason to vote, the popular vote could swing heavily toward Republican presidential candidates. Be careful what you wish for, libtards.

I’ve been saying the same thing when it comes up. I tell them “Great! Let’s do it! Are you as confident as I am that if it was *actually* a popular vote that this country wouldn’t turn white in a jiffy? Remember, you keep accusing us of being the majority keeping you down. Do the math.”

Explaining the electoral college means nothing. Reminding them of their rhetoric about white privilege and the consequences of majority rule does the job much better.

The fat lady doesn’t sing until December 19 (fat lady being the Electoral College).
While I can’t conceive that they would not vote Trump in, it’s not impossible.

http://www.ibtimes.com/can-hillary-clinton-still-win-electoral-college-vote-december-after-candidate-wins-2445319

“Hillary Clinton supporters aren’t ready to give up hope. A Change.org petition created Wednesday wants the Electoral College to vote for the Democratic candidate instead of President-elect Donald Trump.

“On Dec. 19, the electors of the Electoral College will cast their ballots. If they all vote the way their states voted, Donald Trump will win,” the petition reads. “However, they can vote for Hillary Clinton if they choose. Even in states where that is not allowed, their vote would still be counted, they would simply pay a small fine, which we can be sure Clinton supporters will be glad to pay!”

And there’s this from the Electoral College webpage:

https://www.archives.gov/federal-register/electoral-college/electors.html#restrictions

“The U.S. Supreme Court has held that the Constitution does not require that Electors be completely free to act as they choose and therefore, political parties may extract pledges from electors to vote for the parties’ nominees. Some state laws provide that so-called “faithless Electors” may be subject to fines or may be disqualified for casting an invalid vote and be replaced by a substitute elector. The Supreme Court has not specifically ruled on the question of whether pledges and penalties for failure to vote as pledged may be enforced under the Constitution. No Elector has ever been prosecuted for failing to vote as pledged.

Today, it is rare for Electors to disregard the popular vote by casting their electoral vote for someone other than their party’s candidate. Electors generally hold a leadership position in their party or were chosen to recognize years of loyal service to the party. Throughout our history as a nation, more than 99 percent of Electors have voted as pledged.”

Again, highly unlikely the Electoral College won’t vote as anticipated, but this has been one wild election!

I hope all those protesters are registered for the draft – including women. Hillary would need them to battle the Russians in Syria – unless, of course, we’re all incinerated first.

Jim, it’s also important to keep this in mind:

Hillary outspent trump more than 2:1 on advertising.

Not only did she *only* win the popular vote by 630,000 (basically nothing — and even then, only after adjustment), but she did so by spending more than 2x on advertising! If she had spent the same amount as Trump, there’s no way she would have won the popular vote.

Economics won. If U understand that subject, U can’t vote for a candidate that once said government creates jobs. Her criminality was only trumped by her stupidity.

Next election should be me versus Mr. Quinn, but that wouldn’t be fair to Mr. Quinn.

So the answer to “Clinton won the popular vote” seems to be “Yeah, but we won the area, plus that’s how the rules are.”

Fair enough. Not my country, guys, I have no dog in this race. But it looks to me like “the lady protests a little too much”. Like somewhere, somebody, has the nasty suspicion that the 19% of eligible voters that voted for Trump are less than one in five, and maybe, among those people who decided they couldn’t be asked to vote for Clinton, there are quite a few that, after the fact, feel pretty annoyed that Trump won.

I mean, it would have been one thing if the man was a peanut farmer or a rancher. But he’s a guy that mostly understands glitter. That isn’t real, people! And what the hell a New Yorker who lives in a skyscraper is supposed to understand about little towns in fly-over states? It seems to me perfectly possible that as much as 2/3 of the population might be really peeved at the result, and you have a nagging suspicion about that.

It’s all going to depend on whether Trump is as terribly ignorant of how to run a country as most people here in Europe believe, don’t you think? All that macho attitude isn’t going to help a bit if the man proves to be useless.

The REAL popular vote went to “None of the Above.”

The early data found that of the U.S. population:

46.6% didn’t vote

25.6% voted for Hillary Clinton

25.5% voted for Donald Trump

1.7% voted for Gary Johnson
