I also worry about the guys job, would say though would be a huge public relations disaster if he was laid off/fired ect.I really would like to be around when something like that happens, have folks back in those situations for I feel that at some point one of these fucks is going to attack from behind with a weapon if they think they can get away with it.
Now,to something that will get me am sure a lot of ticked off comments, believe in the right to burn the flag. You will completely lose me in any point you were otherwise trying to make but feel the flag with a little help like in this video will be just fine, hate speech is protected. That said, hate speech can have consequences and would move in as this fed ex driver did, another form of freedom of expression.
On a side note,no matter how tattered/tired a flag is do not burn them, they go out to pasture/have a easy life on me garage walls/workshop walls ect.I ever rescue a flag from this insanity(and survive) will join it’s brothers and sisters in just being appreciated and not having to weather the elements(or hate speech).
“Hate Speech” is a contrived, communist buzz phrase as are words such as “racist”, “islamophobe”, etc.
Free Speech of necessity is often offensive. These dupes of the CPA don’t grok that. What I’d like to see would be the right stop calling these people leftists, progressives, liberals and the other names they hide behind; and start calling them what they really are…. communists.
I disagree, you burning the flag in the US unless burial that symbolizes to me hate speech for this country, protected speech still, but, has consequences.Burning the flag in this way certainly does not symbolize love for this country!
I agree with you about flag burning. I don’t think people should be arrested for it, nor should they be surprised when something like this happens and a pissed off citizen gets tired of their bullshit. Actions have consequences. They shouldn’t expect to get away with this shit forever, kinda like I wouldn’t expect to be able to walk around downtown philly yelling NIGGER at the top of my lungs for very long without consequences.
I don’t personally get upset when I see these things, even though I don’t like it, because you are giving them exactly what they want. They engage in this kind of behavior with the specific intention of eliciting an emotional response from people like us. Every time we yell at them, or even acknowledge them, it encourages this. They are just like my 3 year old. Every now and then he starts intentionally acting up, taking things from his sister, knowing he will get scolded, spanked, and put in time out, just because he wants attention, even negative attention, doesn’t matter. Such is the left in America.

Yep, after the idiots called for a boycott of LL Bean, within a couple of days I ordered a bunch of stuff from them. This would make me more likely to use FedEx.
Fedex dudes have got mighty balls. I slow down to catch sight of who is driving a Fedex truck with a bob-tail trailer thinking maybe I will catch sight of little bb on the dash.

I have no dog in this fight as this world is not my home. But, I would be hard pressed not to be proud of the fed ex guys reaction to these people’s acts of treason.
Actions are not speech. Never were. The right to peaceably assemble and airing grievances is covered in the Constitution. To make all these dispicable acts speech was the means they used to encourage and decriminalize (as in being a traitor) such behavior.
Talk all you want when you assemble peaceably. Acts are not speech no matter what the haters of America SCOTUS have ruled.

No that’s not me . I’m a little to old to mix it up with young radicals.Besides my deliveries are usually to terminals.I know most FedEx owner operators voted for Trump. We can send E-mails to each other or the whole fleet using the Qualcomm in cab .Most were pro Trump and openly campaign for him on the Qualcomm.

For those who didn’t know – that didnt happen in a blue, urban state but right in the heartland, in Iowa City, Iowa. The guy received an outpouring of national support and FedEx recently that he was going to keep his job.
That’s hard to believe that they actually think they’re making an argument for their beliefs. They’re so good at being bad it has to be COINTELPRO.
BB is that you??
Not only did he do the right thing, he stood down a whole gang of them in the process.
I sincerely hope he doesn’t get in trouble with FedEx for doing it.
Remember when people fighting fascism were actually fighting fascism?
