How to Woo a Moonbatted Snowflake

by Uncola via TheBurningPlatform.com

Headlines were made last week when the results of an experiment by two New York University professors went viral.  The study was designed to demonstrate gender bias by reenacting the 2016 presidential debates between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, except the gender for each was reversed.  In other words, a woman recited the statements of Trump and a male reenacted Hillary Clinton’s original comments made during the debates.

The goal of the ‘Her Opponent’ project was to prove that people would not have accepted Trump’s aggressive behavior had it come from a woman, and that Hillary’s debate style would be much more likable if she were a man.

Ironically, the exact opposite happened.

The professors and audiences of the mock debates, however, were ‘unsettled’ to discover that the opposite was true –  Trump became more likable as a woman and Hillary became even less likable as a man.

At last. Although it took a scientific observation to remove the prejudice against Trump’s gender, these people could FINALLY see what the tolerant, open-minded “Deplorable” voters saw all along.

Reading about this experiment inspired me to consider other ways by which conceptual bridges might be built to span the ever-growing ideological gulf now separating America’s blue state people from her red state citizens.  The following is my proposed plan of action:

Neo in the Matrix – Blue Pill, Red Pill

I would start out by asking any interested, liberal-leaning persons if they have viewed the Matrix Trilogy in order to establish a common understanding. For those who have not seen this science fiction series, I would explain how the actor Keanu Reeves plays a hacker by the name of Neo who learns his entire world is a digital universe created by computers which had enslaved the human race.  In the first movie, a member of the “resistance”, named Morpheus (played by Lawrence Fishburne), entered the Matrix to recruit Neo by asking him to ingest a red pill to learn truth or a blue pill, whereby nothing would change.

Neo chose the red pill and, in turn, “woke up” to discover he was nothing more than a living “battery” whose body was electrically charging the computer simulation along with hundreds of thousands of other poor souls dreaming in a digital world.

For those who are philosophically inclined and scientifically minded, I would refer them to academics in the field of philosophy like, Nick Bostrom, and astrophysicists, including Neil deGrasse Tyson, who, today, propose our entire universe may actually be a simulation.

Neo in the Matrix digesting the red pill and waking up in a world of truth might be a good way to begin dividing my hypothetical “blue-state people” from the “hive”.

Bubblevison: The Mainstream Media

Next, I would inform my liberal “guinea pigs” that only six corporations control 90% of the media today and how these corporations comprise what is called “The Mainstream Media”.  This means a little over 200 media executives control the information regimen of near 300 million Americans. If this was NOT true, then how else could the following video be explained?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0vClCiXxUc

I would then make mention of Sigmund Freud’s nephew, Edward Bernays, who was the famous pioneer in the field of public relations and author of the book “Propaganda”, in which he wrote:

The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. …We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society. …In almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons…who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.

I would also quote Adolf Hitler’s Reich Minister of Propaganda, Joseph Goebbels, and his assertion that:

A lie told once remains a lie but a lie told a thousand times becomes the truth.

Then, knowing my liberal subjects would have most likely heard of Trump’s accused collusion with Russia and the alleged hacking of the 2016 presidential election, I would inform them of the recent WikiLeaks Vault 7 revelations and the program entitled UMBRAGE whereby American intelligence agencies were revealed to have the ability to counterfeit internet hacks from other countries.

Next, I would point out how the Wikileaks dump occurred on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 and, by Thursday, the next day, there were no Russian election hacking stories in any of the mainstream media. Zero.

“How could this be?” I would ask my blue-state identifying test subjects before continuing into the next stages of experimental elucidation.

The Military Industrial Complex & Secret Societies

In his farewell address on January 17, 1961, President Dwight D. Eisenhower challenged the American people with the following solemn warning:

In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.

On April 27, 1961, John F. Kennedy spoke before the American Newspaper Publishers Association in an address that later became known as his “Secret Society” speech.  In this address, President Kennedy stated:

For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence: on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.  Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.

Thirty months later, President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963.

In the documented annals of history, two twentieth-century American Presidents warned regarding very distinct threats to the citizens of the United States.  I would ask my test subjects to consider if these revealed threats might have diminished or become stronger over the past several decades.

The Deep State

Over time, more and more public figures have been referring to what has become known as the Deep State.  Congressional aide, Mike Lofgren, who retired after 28 years on Capitol Hill, has written a book regarding the Rise of a Shadow Government.  Conservative radio host, Rush Limbaugh, refers to the Deep State as unelected influential bureaucrats working to consolidate government power, often against the will of the American voter. Even liberal news outlets have published articles about it; and politicians, like Ron Paul, have railed against what he has identified as the Police State.

I would ask my test subjects if they have noticed our ever-expanding surveillance society and the increasing militarization of police departments around the country, followed by the question: “How did we get here?”

Then, I would gently introduce them to the concept of “order out of chaos”.

The Hegelian Dialectic – Ordo ab Chao

There are some who claim governments achieve specific goals via “ordo ab chao”; or “order out of chaos”.  In other words, “conflicts bring change” and “controlled conflict brings controlled change”.  This means whenever you hear a politician speak of “change”, “hope and change”, or “fundamental change” what they really are promising is conflict in order to bring about their desired results.

This is done through the use of the Hegelian Dialectic; a method of operation made known during the 1800s by the German philosopher George Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel.  The Hegelian method creates change when a “thesis” is transformed into an “antithesis” and then resolved by “synthesis”.  A simpler way to describe it is as follows:

Crisis (thesis) + Solutions (antithesis) = Change (Synthesis)

Many speculate the Hegelian Dialectic was responsible for the financial crisis of 1906 leading to the Federal Reserve Act of 1913; World War I creating League of Nations; World War II forming the United Nations; the 911 attacks bringing about the Patriot Act with the ensuing societal surveillance; and the War on Terror combined with the ongoing collapse of our current Bretton Woods financial system (that began in 2008); the international migration crisis and the increased breakdown of civil law in the Western nations now guiding us into a political and economic New World Order.

If this becomes too much for my liberal test subjects to process, I would simply dial it back to Edward Snowden’s revelations regarding the modern-day surveillance state, the NSA, TSA, CIA and all of the other alphabet soup government agencies violating the Fourth Amendment right of American citizens against “unreasonable searches and seizures” without “probable cause”:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I would ask my test subjects to consider the following quote by former President Gerald Ford:

A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take from you everything you have.

And, finally, I would use the quote above to transition my control group into an understanding of how the governments of western nations “purchase” their citizens via consumer debt and welfare benefits.

The Federal Reserve

In his 1994 book “The Creature from Jekyll Island”, author G. Edward Griffin wrote about the birth of the Federal Reserve System, which occurred at a clandestine meeting at Jekyll Island, Georgia in 1910.  In the aforementioned book, the wonders of paper (fiat) money are explored along with the magic of fractional reserve banking which induced the inflationary death spiral of our American currency over the last century. I would further describe the Ponzi scheme that finances war and enriches global bankers at the expense of the common people.

In addition to helping my liberal subjects to understand how there is nothing “federal” regarding the Federal Reserve because it is a privately held corporation; the mechanics of fiat financial manipulations would also be explained and how it all contributes to the ultimate objective of global totalitarianism.

According to Griffin:

The Fed has become an accomplice in the support of totalitarian regimes throughout the world. As stated at the beginning of this study, that is one of the reasons it should be abolished: It is an instrument of totalitarianism.

Before moving forward to the next stage of understanding, I would need to make sure my observed control group understood how slavery is rooted in economics and the truth behind the ancient proverb

“The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender.”

Cloward-Piven

The author, Ayn Rand, once said:

The difference between a welfare state and a totalitarian state is a matter of time.

Under the eight years of President Barack Obama, food stamp usage increased 32% and the national debt grew by 86%.  Obama graduated Columbia University which also was the academic home of the professors Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, who developed a strategy to:

… bring about the fall of capitalism by overloading and undermining government bureaucracy.

Its supporting tactics include flooding government with impossible demands until it slowly cranks to a stop; overloading electoral systems with successive tidal waves of new voters, many of them bogus, shaking down banks, politicians in Congress, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development for affirmative-action borrowing; and, now, pulling down the national financial system by demanding exotic, subprime mortgages for low-income Americans with little hope of repaying their loans…

… much of their strategy was drawn from Saul Alinsky, Chicago’s notorious revolutionary Marxist community organizer.

Sound familiar?  It seems like an awful lot of community organizing to me.

I would ask my test subjects if they knew of the connections between Saul Alinsky, Obama, and Hillary Clinton: That Obama actually taught a college course at the University Of Chicago entitled “Alinsky Tactics 101” and Hillary’s college senior thesis endorsed the cause of Alinksy whose own book, “Rules for Radicals”, acknowledged Lucifer.

Hunger for A Global Agenda

Next, I would use the film “Hunger Games” as an example of prophecy, or perhaps, psychological programming, designed to transition the masses into accepting the Agenda 21 plan for a global-fascist dictatorship.

For those who were unfamiliar with “Hunger Games”, it would be explained as a book and film series which chronicles the totalitarian state of Panem, a fictional North American post-apocalyptic scientific dictatorship where the extravagant elite lead luxurious lives of high society in a shining citadel of fortified power while the workers, plebs and serfs all suffer in abject poverty throughout twelve prison districts.

For those who were unfamiliar with the global initiative that is Agenda 21, I would reveal its definition as:

a non-binding, voluntarily implemented action plan of the United Nations with regard to sustainable development. It is a product of the Earth Summit (UN Conference on Environment and Development) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. It is an action agenda for the UN, other multilateral organizations, and individual governments around the world that can be executed at local, national, and global levels. The “21” in Agenda 21 refers to the 21st Century.

I would then explain to my test group the real deception behind Agenda 21; that is how it promises to benefit future generations of mankind when, in truth, those behind U.N. Agenda 21 desire to reduce world population.

The British public speaker, journalist, governmental advisor and former political candidate, Lord Monckton, once described Agenda 21 as:

a United Nations action plan which aims to depopulate the nations, impose a world government and usher in the return of Communism.

Population Control

If, at this point, my liberal minded subjects attempt to label me a “conspiracy theorist”, I would remind them how this term was coined in 1967 by the U.S Central Intelligence Agency’s Clandestine Services Unit in a dispatch marked “psychological operations” designed to diminish investigative questioning of official government narratives.

I would then ask my test group:  “Besides, how can it be conspiracy if it’s all been published?”

Today, there are entire websites devoted to the cause of population reduction, complete with quotes from famous historical and contemporary luminaries alike.

Perhaps this is why some of the wealthy elite are planning to retreat underground and into their pre-prepared doomsday bunkers.  Of course, they know what’s coming because they’ve been speaking for many years regarding their overt desire to see world population reduced.

CNN founder, Ted Turner, once stated his dream of:  “A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels” as being “ideal” which closely corresponds to the first of the secular globalist Ten Commandments as revealed on the Georgia Guidestones, as follows:

Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

From seven billion current souls on earth to a few hundred million. That is quite a reduction.

The American military contractor, Deagel, with ties to the U.S. Navy, the NSA and the CIA, made headlines recently when they forecasted a U.S. population decrease from 321 million in 2015 to only 61 million by the year 2025. In addition, they are also predicting massive declines to America’s Gross Domestic Product and Military Budgets.

Could this be why hollow point ammunition is being purchased in the last several years by multiple U.S. government agencies including the Postal Service? The Postal Service? WTF? If the ammunition is destined to be used for governmental agency target practice, then why would they want to incur the additional expense for “jacketed hollow-point” ammo that is engineered to cause maximum damage to the human body?

Also, what are we to make of 2,700 armored vehicles recently acquired by the DHS and the previously mentioned militarization of police departments around the country?

A War Being Waged Over You

Although there are some who lament the jingoistic League of Nationalists like President Donald Trump and his American Deplorables, The UK Independence Party in Britain, Marine Le Pen of the National Front in France, Austria’s Freedom Party and Geert Wilders of the Netherlands, it really has become battle of sovereign nations fighting against global hegemony; of individual freedom versus collectivist tyranny.

Here in America, the phenomenon behind Trump definitely transcends “left-right” politics and is predicated, instead, upon a man who is viewed by voters in both parties as one who loves his country, is financially independent and unafraid to speak truth to power.

Just eight days before Donald Trump’s presidential inauguration, the New York Times reported on an unprecedented action initiated by President Obama:

In its final days, the Obama administration has expanded the power of the National Security Agency to share globally intercepted personal communications with the government’s 16 other intelligence agencies before applying privacy protections.

The new rules significantly relax longstanding limits on what the N.S.A. may do with the information gathered by its most powerful surveillance operations, which are largely unregulated by American wiretapping laws. These include collecting satellite transmissions, phone calls and emails that cross network switches abroad, and messages between people abroad that cross domestic network switches.

It is no wonder why the corrupt establishment politicos, political commentariat, Neocons and the operatives within the Deep State desired to expand their communications, while simultaneously increasing the chances of national security leaks, prior to Trump taking office. Perhaps these measures were put into place so the Washington Post could later blame any leaks on Trump for being a “clueless child” and not because he was surveilled in Trump Tower.

Conclusion

The globalists, the entrenched agents of the Deep State, and the purchased Establishment Neocon Politicians are threatened because their grip on the reins of power are being challenged by a big-haired billionaire whose very existence is daily exposing widespread governmental corruption, collusion, and deceit.

The Deep State desires global domination via Agenda 21, the demise of constitutional law and the abolishment of national sovereignty in order to implement their final plans for worldwide depopulation.

President Donald Trump wants to make America great again.  The globalists want you dead.  Perhaps this is why the Deep State and the captured corporate media are promoting a war with Russia.

I would then ask my blue-state identifying test subjects:  “Have you even considered that?  Why not?”

Good luck with your subjects, but I’m afraid that trying to teach them to think logically will be about as effective as an attempt to teach your dog the basics of C++ programming.

I agree, Crimson. These people are too entrenched in their Identity Politics. I don’t believe that they are capable of escaping the emotionalism or have the ability to critically think.

Ed,

Had this conversation with a customer yesterday. He was a blue collar, hard working guy. He came to the conclusion that trying to have a rational discussion on anything with a liberal is impossible, they are too emotionally married to their ideas to discuss without going into a rage. He says he has given up. I comforted him by letting him know that liberalism was a dying ideology and that it and its adherents would eventually fade into nothingness.

The left’s time in the sun is over.

Uncola,

Excellent job in summarizing the evil that faces all freedom-loving individuals, whether Americans or not. Particularly liked that you included the Cloward-Piven strategy–Obamacare is a prime example of that tactic. Welfare (EBT cards, Section 8 housing, Obamaphones), and especially illegal immigration are right up there, too.

Obama shifted Cloward-Piven into hyperdrive, and I hate him for that (and a million other things). Of course, he had help from both sides of the “aisle”.

Extremely well done. You get an A+ professor. One does hope that the average attention span can assimilate something like this. I would suggest that if one mind is opened your efforts are not in vain. Like the old saying goes, ‘none so blind as those that will not see.’ The hour is late. The canaries are singing in the coal mine. Is the opposition from those awake too little, too late? I am a glass half-full kind of guy. Half-empty leads nowhere! This piece is eminently suitable for forwarding to our friends who need it. Thank you for the excellent effort!

Apologies for the length of this comment, but an event yesterday illustrates some of this great article. My first ex-wife (I am not running for sainthood) gave me a ration of shit and said, “Ah, come on, Russia DID hack the election.” Whereupon I felt compelled to reply as follows shortly. I would add that yesterday MY computer was infected when I read an article on Information Clearing House, a site full of many well-reasoned essays exposing the workings of the post-Constitutional state. A perfect example of what Assange warned us about in his recent revelation of CIA hacking tools including just such nasty viruses that can be used to compromise websites critical of the deep state. My rant yesterday with the link to Assange’s press conference below for those who have not seen it:

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS UNPLEASANT AND ANGRY BUT MOTIVATED BY A GENUINE LOVE OF COUNTRY

I find this “Russia hacked the election” meme profoundly idiotic beyond
the obvious fact that Russia did what all nations have been doing
since the beginning of recorded history: i.e. influence events in
other countries that may affect their own security and prosperity.
The phrase, “hacked the election”, is in itself technically
meaningless and betrays the complete intellectual bankruptcy of the
major media. It is a way of saying, without saying explicitly, that
Russia caused incriminating revelations about Hillary to be revealed.
This skirts the more important issue of WHAT was revealed regardless
of who revealed it, an obvious diversion. It is also an attempt by the
talking haircuts to find an excuse for their being so demonstrably
wrong about the election.

If you’re interested in understanding these events, check out Julian
Assange’s recent press conference during which he explained in a
general way the vast arsenal of hacking tools and viruses which the
CIA created and subsequently lost control of, thereby enabling any
number of rogue players (other than themselves) to compromise security
on the internet. This “historic act of devastating incompetence” will
not, of course, be covered in detail by the mainstream media.
Meanwhile, companies like Microsoft are working with Assange’s help to
solve the problem created by our friends at Langley. Being
internationally distrusted is not good for business and the US
economy.

Of course, Russia wants pipeline routes through places like
Syria…duh…energy is their main resource…no Putin is not in line
for canonization. But the Russians have had plenty of experience with
war and they do not want more. They certainly do not want to annex
territory. Supposed areas of Russian aggression have been part of
Russia for most of the last few centuries (Ukraine and Crimea) and
have largely Russian populations, not that their opinion matters in
Washington. We in the US, taking our marching orders from treacherous
elements in our own government and Israel can’t allow Russia efficient
access to European markets.

The Democrats ran a war criminal for president whose main
accomplishment was creating the worst refugee crisis since WW2 and
killing countless civilians of both sexes and all ages in the Middle
East. A consistent explanation of what happened in November is that a
disgruntled Democrat involved with the campaign, Seth Richards, who
was shot in the back of the head on a Washington street after the
release of Hillary’s emails (wallet and money not taken) released the
Clinton files. The recent trove of CIA documents is consistent with
this scenario and supportive of it. Hillary was the candidate of the
people who brought you the dead Kennedys and 9/11 and her active
propagandizing on behalf of cold war 2.0 and control of the Democratic
Party has done great damage to the US. The final feather in her cap has
been the election of Donald Trump, a much lesser evil in spite of his obvious flaws. To the extent that the Russians may have influenced the election, not
“hacked it”, God Bless them. I find the liberal class’s willful
acceptance of Russia as the new necessary enemy despicable and
revolting. The sight of progressives tearfully bemoaning our reluctance
to take in thousands of refugees while totally ignoring the US role in
destroying the countries of those refugees is one of the most
outrageous examples of infantile hypocrisy I’ve ever witnessed. They
should put on their pink pussie hats and go marching down the street
in Aleppo or spend a day picking up the body parts of small children
in Mosul.

I’m sorry for the rant, but I REALLY hate to see supposedly educated
smart people accepting the unstated and unexamined assumptions which
comprise the foundation of most mainstream “journalism”, and you are
college English teacher!! I think the survival of the United States ever since 9/11 has been in doubt. If people, in order to remain comfortable, are willing
to believe that TWO crashing airplanes can make THREE gigantic steel
framed buildings collapse into pulverized piles of rubble, they
clearly have opted for a kind of magical thinking that precludes
self-government.

The dirt on Hillary is extensive, but she herself revolted me long
before I did any research. I heard her castigating people (as per that
CIA position paper written to disguise involvement with the Kennedy
killings) who were silly enough to believe in “conspiracy theories”, a
term now used regularly as a pejorative. Of course, any historian who
doesn’t believe in the importance of conspiracies wouldn’t be fit to
teach elementary school. My other favorite Hillary moment was when she
was interviewed following the murder in the street by sodomy and
beating of Kadaffi and the descent of Libya into chaos. “We came, we
saw, he died,” she said echoing Julius Caesar. Then she burst into a
fiendish cackle of delight that sent shudders down my spine. So much
for an independent gold backed currency for the African people.

You want sources? Start below, and remember that internal consistency
is important when questioning sources.
The link below to Paul Craig Robert’s article with a link to Assange’s press conference is a good place to begin.
If we had more real journalists like him, we might be able to save the
republic.

Sorry but not necessary. As he admits everything he says comes from somewhere. The summary point being that all of this information out there and widely available. Alex Jones, Matt Drudge, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, George Noory, etc, etc are blasting this same info on a daily basis to an audience 10 times the size of the MSMs. Sure 6 people control the entire MSM, but don’t overlook the fact that they only have 6 viewers/readers out of every 100.

What needs to happen is that YOU and everyone else need to understand that the MSM paradigm is dead. YOU need to grasp that being on TV is no longer the standard of legitimacy. The Easter Bunny video linked above should prove that. Especially since there are hundreds of videos like this on YouTube that also have more views than the entire MSM gets in a week. So take this information, memorize it and act on it. Campaigning for it to be elevated to some higher status shows how much you are still locked in the old paradigm. I linked to this article from Lewrockwell.com. LRC has more daily readers than the New York Times. So this article (and follow up posts) represent ground zero. This info IS already reaching the biggest audience. The post above WILL be seen by more people than will watch MSNBC today. No further action is needed. The time for hoping for these ideas to catch on so that ‘somebody does something’ is over. These ideas have caught on and it’s time for YOU to take these principles and run with them, with their massive momentum behind you. But if you are waiting for Lester Holt to do a special report on them on NBCs Nightly News, then I daresay YOU are still missing the bigger point. Everything you’re looking for is right before your eyes. Just reach out and take it, and stop waiting for some long obsolete gatekeeper to tell you it’s OK (And that ‘you’ is a collective you btw, that includes all the people here who have ‘given up hope’ not recognizing that they are standing on the winners podium).
Look I get that until recently you only heard these ideas in echo chambers on the far fringes of the internet. And it was common to lament ‘why does nobody get it’? But the doors have been thrown wide open and these realities now echo in the minds of the majority. The same majority that elected Trump, voted Brexit, etc. So it’s time to move from drafting the mission statement to carrying the banner and executing the mission. We don’t need to convince the snowflakes of anything. The story is already written and it is THEM who will have to get with OUR program. That HAS to give you hope that the future stands to be really fun if nothing else.

Hey Dutch – There is another “Dutch” that posts on this website, but it does not appear that you are him. In any case, if you are new here, welcome. I enjoyed your perspectives above and I agree for the most part, with just two points of contention:

1.) According to the Alexa website’s global rankings: LewRockwell.com is ranked # 25,621 and NyTimes.com is # 129 – so I would say the MSM currently retains far more influence in the minds of the sheeple worldwide than the alternative media. Yes, inroads are being made, but there is still a long, long way to go.

and

2.) When you refer to the “majority that elected Trump”, we must not forget it was Hillary Clinton who, in fact, won the popular vote last November.

Other than these two variances, your comments are spot on. I hope you keep checking in here at TheBurningPlatform and continue posting.

PS: a masterfully written piece–I’ll try and just mail a dozen anonymous copies to liberal acquaintances–I don’t have the stomach to try and speak logic directly to these folks anymore.

I realize Alexa is owned by Amazon, and it is possible they may somewhat fudge the rankings / data for their own benefit.

However, the point remains valid that the MSM reaches far more Sheeple than the alternative media.

Thank you Javelin. I enjoy your posts as well.

Thanks Uncola. Appreciate that you even hung in to the end much less felt compelled to comment.

So when 20 million people a month go to the Drudge report and link to NYT articles, followed by an Infowars article followed by an American Thinker article, yes NYT scores high in Alexa rankings. But this is hardly the MSM being the primary source for news. Quite the opposite. At the newsstand where the Times doesn’t come free with something else sales are plummeting while LRCs growth shames NYTs declining audience. Take away Drudge links, archive links etc and I’d bet anything that more people enter Lewrockwell.com in their search bars every day than nyt.com. Disprove that and I’ll accept your point and beg your pardon. I’m not so easily swayed by simplified statistics like Alexa rankings. It’s just not that simple. Who benefits from making it seem that it is?

And again a majority DID elect Trump. A majority of counties, a majority of states, and a majority of electors. And also probably a majority of registered, legal, real, alive people that only voted once. You know who else was elected by a majority? Bernie Sanders. Hillary is completely irrelevant to the conversation. And I won’t have my optimism about that sidetracked by inane arguments about her. She’s further from the Presidency than me. I still have a zero in the loss column. That’s just how it is.

So thanks for the consideration, but part of occupying the high ground is not letting someone else control the narrative. It’s clear who benefits from you believing the things you’ve told me. Just as it’s clear how thin these statements are as soon as you sign into them the tiniest bit. Reject it all. Occupy the Winners Podium. Speak in your own words. That’s my message. The details be damned.

I appreciate your perspectives, Dutch. Make new rules instead of playing by old ones that were put into play by the opponent. I get it. This has been Trump and Bannon’s successful strategy thus far.

I believe it was Malcolm X who said something similar to: “Mahatma Gandhi was a brown elephant who sat on a white flea, whereas Martin Luther King was a black flea sitting on a white elephant”.

Anything is possible and I do respect optimism and confidence. However, I still believe it would be unwise to underestimate the enemy. The time may soon be coming when words and narratives won’t matter to the Technocratic Powers-That-Be and their vast legions of useful idiots.

Like I said before, I hope you stick around TBP.

Wikileak’s Julian Assange claims that the source of the DNC and John Podesta e-mail hacks were NOT the Russian government. Who do you believe, the provider (Assange) of the leaked material (who knows who obtained them), or the lamestream media?

“After Crowdstrike and the DNC revealed the hacks and attributed them to Russian intelligence-connected groups, some of the files taken from the DNC were posted on a website by someone using the name Guccifer 2.0. While the individual claimed to be Romanian, documents in the initial dump from the DNC by Guccifer 2.0 were found to have been edited using a Russian-language version of Word and by someone using a computer named for Felix Dzerzhinsky, founder of the Soviet secret police. (The documents are linked in this article by Ars’ Dan Goodin.)”

https://arstechnica.com/security/2016/12/the-public-evidence-behind-claims-russia-hacked-for-trump/

“Guccifer, the hacker who exposed Hillary Clinton’s use of private email, has downplayed the White House’s claims that Russia tried to control the election using hackers, calling them ‘a fake cyber war’.

The hacker – real name Marcel Lazar Lehel – spoke toFox News from his jail cell in his home country of Romania, where he is serving time for illegally breaking into the email accounts of high-profile targets.

‘Americans are crazy about the Russian thing and that Russians are invading the United States,’ he said of the Russian hacking claims. ‘It’s crazy … it’s this hysteria you know?’.”

The author of the above article is as delusional as the snowflakes.

You could force feed them all the information you wanted, while holding them hostage in a “re-education camp” …and still they would spit in your face and call you a facist.

The only real method to control them is the butt of a rifle and to crush them like cockroaches with brutal force when the time comes. They need to be left bloodied and broken, sitting on a curb, rocking back and forth weeping–waiting for a block of government cheese to arrive and save the day (which will not come BTW).

A great article by Uncola, +100
try to look behind the print and find the logic of the elite:

those billions of hollow points? – they were bought by the gov to remove them from the market place (so you and I can’t get them), they will eventually be sent to Syria/Iraq/next oil conflict- for our enemies to shoot each other with.

The armor up vehicles? – they too will eventually wind up on a battle field 8000 mile from here, with a fresh paint job, for our “freedom fighter” to do our bidding.

Don’t get me wrong, I believe we are headed for some more change, but the real agenda has always been to shear the sheep, by giving the bankers a free pass to rob and steal for John Q Public.

the next financial crisis will probably lead to a more or less cashless society, and then the elite will then be able to introduce true negative rates.

This is the end game for the elites: no cash=no freedom=new world order.

until then it is all bread an circus.

In all sincerity you are one of the best journalists writing today. The points, the progressions, the analysis and conclusions are rock solid and there aren’t many writers out there who have the talent and the grit to churn out these pieces as often as you do. Mille grazie.

Let me tell you from long experience that those you think may be swayed by this type of logic are simply impervious to its effects. You are dealing with zealots. They are disciples of a new age religion devoid of God, reason and reality and dedicated to the extermination of everything that opposes them.

Thank you for your very kind comments, Hardscrabble.

Through experience, I’ve learned one should never try to “close a deal” until a rapport is established first. Once common ground is found, persuasion SOMETIMES becomes possible.

I write because it helps to keep me sane. It also allows me to vent some anger. But, perhaps most importantly, I write knowing there are some in my personal circle who read these essays. They hate me for it at times, and often they don’t understand, but they haven’t abandoned me yet. Therefore, I still hold out hope for them. Regardless, their perspectives are always illuminating.

Regarding the “new religion”, I believe it is called “intersectionality”. I may write about it soon, unless someone else beats me to it. Still researching….

And, finally, on another note, my family and I very much enjoyed your maple syrup last year. But now it is mainly just the wife and me and we are cutting carbs. Nevertheless, I will most likely order some more from you at some point. Now that we’ve sampled your syrup, we could never go back to that high-fructose corn crap in the grocery store.

Greetings,

I live in the heart of snowflake central just North of Malibu in S. California. Now, all the points you bring up are valid and I’ve used all of them in my discussions with anyone I’ve found that is willing to listen but to little avail. Mostly, I just bring up those points to troll them and enjoy the cognitive dissonance.

The problem, as I see it, is that most Americans under the age of 30 are now educated about as well as a 3rd grader (7th grader if they went to college). You can’t use logic and reason because 3rd graders are not equipped to deal with logic and reason. It wont matter what you point out because they lack the machinery to process it in any meaningful way. They are the living embodiment of the term “useful idiot”. You could no more reason with a bird.

Instead of politics, I have way more fun talking about climate change with these morons because they are less guarded of their ignorance in that topic and immediately assume that 98% of the entire world believes as they believe. Boy, are they in for a shock as I just plow into them and publicly expose to them and anyone around them that they are barely literate morons that cant hold their own in a “settled” topic. Anyone that knows me at all will walk a mile out of their way to avoid having a talk with me about history, political science or systems like climate. I’m a total buzzkill when it comes to those topics.

Great article but as has been mentioned before; very optimistic. Words aren’t going to cause change, logic has no effect, the truth doesn’t even matter.

They will never admit they are wrong about anything. The only way this changes is if they are allowed to fade away and be forgotten. And that is going to be very hard. Maybe I am overly pessimistic.

Great read. I have been pondering this same subject for quite some time now. You covered your points very well. I don’t think we will convert the hardcore snowflakes, but truth and common sense will prevail at the first crash. When everything taught becomes lies, humility starts to set in.
Population control? Abortion was put in place to cull undesirable populations. Birth control was not very popular yet. 43-45% of abortions went to African Americans, out of 55 million, takes out about 20 million. Who are the real racicts here? Let’s look at this from a Satanic viewpoint. We can call it child sacrifice, and sacrifice of the firstborn. Imagine trying to point that out in 1973.
Russian hacking? First it was Jill Stein’s recount that went silent after Michigan. It was stated that that 37% of the district’s had more votes than voters. They still cried “h” got the popular vote. It took less than 3 days to blame Russia.
IN is trying to make Vac. mandatory to go to IN colleges. Why?
We can always ask about “o”, and “h”s counts of treason. Or bodycounts, or bombs dropped. Real change huh. So many subjects so little time. Once again great article.

Good article, with plenty of links, facts, and logic. Unfortunately, this will be lost on 90+% of the public. Most are too lazy, secure in their version of the Joe Sixpack mentality, or are feasting on their favorite flavor of Kool-Aid. I’ve tried to reason with the anti-gun zealots, the debt doesn’t matter free spenders and the government-is-your-friend morons for years (these are my personal peeves). It works about as well as trying to talk religion to a jihadist or evangelical. I would prefer another method, but I’m afraid eventually this will be settled by catastrophe and bullets, not ballots.

These days at work I twiddle my thumbs too much. Business is slow. Anyways as I have mentioned many times before that I live in a wasteland of Liberal virtue signalling. Things being slow makes the inevitable tirades about Trump by others ever tiresome to listen to.

How to woo a Snowflake is question being asked. More important should be what’s the point. Today I got in another argument with my boss. He takes joy winding me up by telling with some glee the latest supposed transgression by the Don on his sensibilities. Anyways I find it amazing that he repeats in much the same way the message of the bunnies on TV. His words verbatim are the embodiment of McCluhan’s revelation that the Medium is the Message.

He spoke almost trance like and if you get close one can smell the kool-aid. It is to me an amazing display of Bernay’s methods of mass persuasion. I mentioned to him that there is more news than Trump’s Twitter. Asked him what he knew about Vault 7 and got stunned silence. The 1000 yard stare!

It is not possible to break that spell.
There are not enough hours in the universe to woo that fool.
The propaganda is too immersed and branded on his psyche.

There is a very easy way to reach and influence Trump haters. Talk to them, not about Trump or Killery, but about everyone’s concern: their money. Nearly everyone I talk to, including Trump haters, quickly sit up and listen to intelligent rants about government debasement of money, that we are being constantly fleeced by policies that steal from us through borrowing that puts everyone into unrepayable debt. Most people recognize the financial jeopardy. You can then introduce other information as long as you keep it linked to their money.

Nice job as usual Uncola, I agree with all the comments about you being a great journalist. If this country had a half dozen or so like you with a bigger megaphone we would not be in the trouble we are in. All my life I have tried to influence those around me, recently I have taken a slightly different approach. I start with something as simple as ‘we should be minding our own business’, or ‘illegal aliens don’t deserve on thin dime from our treasury’,or ‘the banks should have been allowed to fail in 2008 and the Dimons, Blankfiens, and Corzines of the world should be in prison’. If i get pushback or nonsense about not being compassionate, or its our job as the worlds only superpower to police everyone else. I know I am dealing with a lost cause and walk away.

I was recently employed by the county and had two guys working for me. One was fairly conservative the other was a true progtard, A year ago I started telling him only trump could beat hillary and I would constantly try to educate him on how evil and corrupt Hillary truly is. This 30 somethings only reason why Hilary should be president was because she was a women and that it was time for a women president. When I asked him to give me one example of something she has accomplished of course he would talk about how much she cares for children or some other nonsense. He really believed that her rhetoric was accomplishment. whenever we would talk and he would start with this I would tell him to shut the fuck up, that this is not his high school prom, and I refused to have a conversation with him unless and until he could give concrete examples of her accomplishments.
After about three weeks of being shunned he took a red pill and acknowledged that she was really a pitiful human being.

I stopped working there about six months ago but I still see him in town on a fairly regular basis. He voted third party and he seems to have come to the conclusion the most of the red team/ blue team bs is a lie, point is I only spent time engaging with him because we found some common ground on 911. If a proggie wants to talk politics with me and is not able to admit the obvious flaws inherent in collectivist thinking I refuse to waste any time on them. My time is much better spent planting and trying to figure out how I can help my family survive this fourth turning.

Uncola you make the arguments against this failed ideology as well as any I have ever heard. Keep it up the country needs a few more like you. These ideas are winning, the reason I know this, Because if the powers that should not be had been willing to just wait maybe ten to fifteen years we would have aged out and they would have won. The fact that they were in such a hurry and are now losing their collective shit should tell us that they are scared of the awakening thats beginning to occur.

It’s sad that so many people have been duped…Fed lies and taught false history by schools and TV.
After one wakes up & realizes that he/she has been lied to & manipulated by the system of talking heads & sock puppets … it’s maddening. Then, also, reality slaps you in the face & says to you, “you can never trust anything they say, ever again”.
Think for yourself, do your own research, turn off the TV, read books, learn true history.
