Ten people were shot–two fatally–on Sunday during a memorial for a Chicago man who had been shot and killed earlier in the day.
The shooting at the memorial occurred in Brighton Park around 5:20 pm.

The Chicago Tribune reports that the memorial was being held for Daniel Cordova, who was killed when “two people fired rifles from an alleyway” earlier on Sunday.
After shots rang out at the memorial, a 25-year-old male was dead and a 29-year-old female lay fatally wounded; she died at Stroger Hospital. Eight others were wounded by gunfire. All eight were between the ages of 19 and 26 and all were listed in “good condition.”
Breitbart News reported that Chicago had nearly 4,400 shooting victims in 2016 and the city witnessed nearly 800 homicides. The Tribune reported that Chicago passed 1,000 shooting victims for 2017 during the time period of January 1 to April 25.
The violence in gun-controlled Chicago has resulted in multiple dead and wounded over the course of a short period of time again and again already this year.
On February 22 alone, seven people were shot to death and 13 others were shot and wounded. A pregnant woman was among the dead.
On March 31, Breitbart News reported that two sons were shot to death in front of their mother. Nineteen-year-old Raheem Jackson and 20-year-old Dillon Jackson went to the restaurant where their mother worked to say hello and eat. They were killed just outside the restaurant while their mother looked at them through a window. And on April 15–during an 18 hour period beginning at 2:30 a.m.–29 people were shot in Chicago, one fatally. The Tribune reported that some of the shooting victims were as young as 14.
On April 25 Breitbart News reported that Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel (D) responded to the ongoing gun violence by calling for more gun control. He is specifically pushing for new regulations on Federal Firearm License holders (FFLs) in Chicago. In other words, while street criminals and gang members gun down innocents on the streets, Emanuel wants to go after gun dealers who have gone through the proper legal channels to get an FFL and who are required by federal law to conduct a background check on every gun they sell.

FBI statistics for police nationwide is only 20%.
8 out of 10 rounds fired miss their intended target.
Reality based training/force on force makes a difference.

Obviously the country needs several walls: Detroit, South Chicago, Baltimore etc to keep those illegals in.
Think of how cheap it would be to set up a range for these fuckers. I’m sure it would be easy to get volunteers to teach them how to shoot straight. Dollar-for-dollar I can’t think of a better investment. Less medical expense, and through attrition, the problem solves itself.

Shooting a moms kids outside a store tells you all you need to know about them. Used to go to Chicago sometimes for a day. In the late 80s to early ninetys was still ok. The only place I could find good blues live, Robert Cray, Albert Collins, many others. It’s a shame I won’t go there anymore.
Little weasel fook Rahm is the lowest of all possible scum. There are NO FFL holders in the city. He wants all gun dealers shut down because of ridiculous claims like Chicago criminals go to Indiana or Wisconsin and break into gun shops. All of which are burglar alarmed and have cameras etc. and are rarely successfully robbed. Ask him how much the Sinaloa Cartel donated to his campaign or Obama’s? Strangely enough Chicago has the fewest prosecutions of gun crime of the ninety largest cities in America. Illinois’ second largest city, Aurora is only thirty miles from Chicago, has 200,000 people, is majority minority, yet goes more than a year sometimes with no murders.
The Illiterate Chicago delegation is right now pushing a bill through the legislature that will make it impossible to be in the gun business in Illinois. If you have ten guns you will be considered an illegal gun dealer.
This is probably a good thing long term because outside of Shitcago, Illinois is as non Democrat as a state gets. Time to start circulating petitions for a referendum splitting Shitcago from Illinois. Shitcago will be called the State of Corruption.

It amazes me how places like Chicago continue to exist. All the liberal shitholes in the world have one thing in common, A huge megapolis, surrounded by many conservative areas. I ask myself why these megapolis always vote 95% plus or more for the most extreme liberal ass clowns.
I don’t believe the narrative that anyplace has that much imbalance, it seems more likely it is just easier to commit vote fraud on a massive scale once than many times in many locals. Soros and his pals do this almost everywhere. It just happened again in France, as I read almost everyone in Paris voted for macron. Until these large areas are forced to go back to paper ballots, nothing will change short of a giant meteor strike.
That was my first thought too, Norm. Vote fraud seems always to be behind the media’s trumpeting of forecast by polls. When I see the media heavily favoring one candidate over the other, I suspect that the polls are fraudulent and that the votescam is laid on in advance.
Qualifying on a range and surviving under fire are two completely different experiences . When you are surprised by the live fire , training , experience and luck are all you have in your corner . I do not know the racial mix of those shot or shooting but I am willing to bet a majority were black !

Indianapolis put up those big ole barriers all along the interstate, I wonder is that to keep them in or out, or just funnel everybody the right direction. We might know soon enough.
