Recently, Mayor Rahm Emanuel dissolved the gang task forces, relocated detective bureaus away from high crime districts … wink wink, and burdened beat cops with a kilo of ACLU paperwork for every street stop, no matter how minor.
It is my sincere desire to provide readers of this site with the best unbiased information available, and a forum where it can be discussed openly, as our Founders intended. The quality of Chicago’s policing has been deteriorating for decades. Back in 1991, 67 percent of murderers were arrested. When Mayor Richard M. Daley finally left office 20 years later, in 2011, the arrest rate was down to 30 percent. This troubling drop only continued after Rahm Emanuel became mayor, hitting a new low of 20 percent in 2016
With every passing year fewer of us actually give a ha’penny. This isn’t the demographic we look to to keep the engine of civilization ticking over. After generations of mandatory lies and ruinous expense, without result, we can assume with confidence they’ll live as they wish to live regardless of our interventions. Perhaps a better use of resources would be to rigorously enforce acceptable behavior in public places but take them at their word and stop routinely policing their neighborhoods.
At this point maybe we should just give them MORE guns. And put all our muslim immigrant friends in there with them. Let snake pliskin run the place.

Property owners can refer to a neighborhood as theirs if they own (and try to maintain) property there. For those living in a place with their rent paid by the local or federal government, where do they get off calling the neighborhood theirs?
As an aside, saying that “CHICAGO REAPS WHAT IT HAS SOWN” is inaccurate. Chicago politicians did the sowing and the property owning taxpayers in Chicago are reaping the result.

Those of us “trapped” in IL are going to get corn-holed. This is why I don’t put a lot of money into my home here. I am fully aware that someday I may have to simply abandon it, if they raise taxes enough to cause the value of my home to converge on the annual tax bill.

I live in NW Indiana we are getting the dregs from Shitcago spilling over here to rape rob and pillage. however most people here are armed so they cannot get the upper hand here.
In Chicago, they keep electing and reelecting people like Rahm that do things like this.

Science might help you here, try an experiment:
(1) Build two enclaves in Chicago, with twenty-foot high cement walls and barbedwire tops, guarded gates to prevent infiltration, retina-scan security, and so on to maintain isolation.
(2) In the first put 10,000 Chicago natives, unmodified; just build the walls without any other interaction. In the second, put 10,000 Chicago seized firearms, no humans.
(3) Observe the murder rates in each over time.
Variations:
(A) In the second, put 10,000 Amish (be sure to include farmland) and their equipment, livestock, etc.
(B) In the second, put 10,000 white people. They will build their own housing, factories, etc.
(C) In the second, put 10,000 D.C. bureaucrats and their families.
(D) In the second, put 10,000 SJWs.
(E) In the second, put 10,000 Marines. The enclosure will not be sufficient, no matter the construction.

Actually let me be precise: the males DO have consequences for poor decisions – they either get killed or go to jail. The females have INCENTIVES. And guess what? YOU pay either way for extra policing or to jail the criminals who make up a fraction of the population but half of the inmates, AND for the SNAP, medicaid, SSDI and child support collecting women. Yes, fed.gov reimburses states for child enforcement and dollars collected, so even when the hapless babydaddy is getting fleeced, YOU still pay YOUR “FAIR SHARE”! It takes a village.
Congrats middle class of the USA, your taxes feeding the welfare state and family court systems have created this reverse eugenics experiment, and Chicago is the main petri dish.
As you can imagine, both items identified create a never ending feedback loop which will only be broken by a monetary collapse to starve away the dependency and indigence. Incidentally, they have also become the perfect cannon fodder for our drive to global communism, useful idiot style. Read between the lines on that one ladies and gents.
I spent a terrible few years in that neck of the wood in the early 1980s. I accidentally ended up driving around the edge of Cabrini-Green… needless to say… I stuck out. I did remember the rule that you don’t stop for stop signs and keep driving no matter the issue. The whole area was a sh%t h@le. Mayor Jane Byrne moving into the projects of that area at the time… what a joke.
We lived in a heavily union town with 7 Catholic churches …. one for each ethnic group. I broke with tradition and went to the German one as a fine young Irish lad and was always fond of receiving the “what’s he doing here looks?” That area got obliterated in the late 70s with steel end mills closing hard and fast. I struggle to find the words just how bad of a depression had hit that area and how tremendously glad I was to finally leave the state of Ill of noise.
Nothing changed since I went to grad school in Chicago over 30 years ago.
I recall when Lori Ricetti, a medical student at U of I in Chicago who was in her 20’s, was raped, sodomized and murdered. They arrested 4 black teens for it, eventually decided they had the wrong people (after a few years in prison) and eventually a “community member” finally came forward to reveal that a relative of his had killed the girl.
She was a target of opportunity two scum came upon when she was
–parked in a dark alley
–unloading her car
–well after midnight
It cost her her life in a horrific way.
I never cease to be amazed at the Eloi who think they live in a Bubble of Safety while surrounded by throngs of animals far more dangerous than any four-legged creature on the Serengeti Plain.
The problem is that Blacks allow the crime to occur . I live in a complex of apartments .I used to call the cops when crazy shit happened . I don’t bother anymore . the young black couple downstairs had a blow out she came running out in her panties with her nig weave all disheveled last year saying he was crazy and was going to kill her and her kids .we called the cops she denied everything and he was back in days . Fast forward a year same couple and their friends another couple were getting drunk and high. 3am hes chasing all three of them out of the building into the parking lot brandishing a gun. His girlfriend running with her 4 yo daughter in her arms . Did I call the cops ? did any other neighbor ? Fuck no LOL. I belive that when they kill each other off the working taxpayer is the one who wins !
I grew up in “Mayberry” and am so old now I remember when Colored folks were our friendly neighbors and raised food like the rest of us. Many of the women worked as maids in professional White’s homes, caring for their kids and cooking dinners like grandmothers. I fondly remember the grammar school cooks who would sneak us poor and skinny kids a boiled egg behind the cafeteria in the mornings. There was official segregation but it wasn’t slavery; colored kids were disciplined and getting an education close to us Whites because I saw it. Most people accepted integration when it came as fair but recognized there would be some risks. Those risks were magnified by Liberalism and Reconstruction ll. Then people like the Black Mahdi Community Organizer pushing Communism began destroying Blacks here just like they did in developing countries like Rhodesia, South Africa and the Congo (ref Moise Tshombe and Katanga). Lady Liberty is close to self destruction herself and the importing of hostile Muslims will become the last straw.
