Another Mystery: Dead in Haiti, Forgotten in America
AS WE SAW YESTERDAY with the attack on the Republican Congressional baseball team practice in Alexandria, VA, the bizarre 2016 U.S. Presidential election continues to reverberate and to claim additional victims.
Seth Rich appears to have been an earlier victim. Nearly a year later, Seth’s death remains unresolved as the authorities seem uninterested in investigating it as the political assassination it almost certainly was. Interest in Seth’s murder was revived a few weeks ago, but seems to have abated once again.
While yesterday’s victims are fresh in mind, and Seth’s death seems on the verge of being forgotten a second time, others have disappeared from memory. We stop here to remember one, Monica Petersen.
Monica Petersen (in Tikal?)
When we initially began our research into what eventually became “Finding Madeleine”, Monica Petersen had been living in Haiti for a year or so. She died there on November 13, 2016.
Monica had moved to Haiti on her own accord after a stint as a researcher at an NGO at the University of Denver advocating for trafficked and abused children and victims of sex slavery.
Monica was an advocate for sex worker rights. She appears to have declaimed the mainstream views on trafficking that do not allow for elements of choice or necessity among adult sex workers in impoverished communities.
According to the Washington Post, before a 2015 trip to Haiti, Monica asked for help locating pro-sex worker organizations, describing herself as “… a social anthropologist who wants do (sic) solid research on HT [human trafficking], rescuing people is not in my agenda (this is a stupid and imperialist concept)”.
Monica died in Haiti just after the American election and just before their election under still mysterious circumstances. Her death has been reported by some who knew her as an apparent suicide by hanging. Others says he was murdered.
Some say she was working undercover on her own account, or possibly with others, to investigate trafficking networks in Haiti.
Some say Monica was getting too close to the involvement of persons associated with the Clinton’s and the Clinton’s near monopoly over the Haitian “aid” racket they were running.
Others say she was investigating the Clinton’s involvement in the Haitian human trafficking industry. Yet others say Monica was investigating Tony Rodham’s (Hillary Clinton’s brother) involvement in a shady Haitian gold mining scheme.
Some say she may have had other, more nefarious, motives.
As with Madeleine Mccann’s disappearance, the investigation into Monica Petersen’s mysterious death is lacking. There does not seem to be an official ruling on the cause of death.
Indeed, there does not seem to have been any serious investigation at all by either the Haitians, the American government, or Monica’s family. Monica’s parents are reportedly resigned to never knowing what happened. It’s just one of those things that will never be satisfactorily explained.
There’s far too little publicly available evidence to know what occurred, but here’s our thought: Monica Petersen was where she wanted to be, doing what she wanted to do be doing. She had established herself as a researcher and as unique voice in her chosen field. If things weren’t working our for her in Haiti, Monica could have just have come home and continued with her work.
Monica died in Haiti, so it’s under their jurisdiction. Haiti is a third world hell-hole and basket case; they are either unwilling, uninterested or incapable of an investigation.
VOAT and Mining Awareness seem to be among few places where the circumstances of Monica’s death are of interest.

On August 15, 2015, Petersen announced her plan to visit Haiti to conduct research on human trafficking.[8] Based on her Facebook page, she seemed to have lived there since that day.[9]
On January 3rd, 2016, Petersen shared with Robinson some of her findings based on her field work in Haiti up to that point. By this time she had already become aware of corruption by the Clintons in Haiti or as she put it, “start[ed] to connect the dots on what I already suspected”. In fact, she was getting ready to dive in full time: Ms. Clinton has corrupt & dirty business to finish in Haiti … This is the theory my master’s thesis puts forth… this is modern structural slavery.
Robinson re-shared this post by Petersen to a Facebook group to which she belonged.[10]
In that same post, Petersen also links to a blog post discussing similar claims. The blog is written by Haitian native, Chantal Laurent, and the specific post Petersen provided is called Hillary Clinton’s Scandalous Conduct in Haiti: Charity Begins at Home.[11][Archived Version] The day after, on January 4th, 2016, Petersen again shared with Robinson some more of her findings: But the real significance of this scandal for me, I know you feel me Bella, is the link to contemporary slavery and trafficking. I can’t say to what extent, but there is human trafficking happening through the Clinton’s Caracol Complex.>

Also in that same post, Petersen expresses interest in investigating the Morne Bossa mining facility, which is owned by VCS Mining, a company which Hillary’s brother, Tony Rodham, sits on the board of. [13]) The Facebook post includes the link to another post that is on the blog, Mining Awareness, entitled Haiti Morne Bossa Gold Missing!?.[14][Archived Version] That blog would repost information from this investigation when they became aware of Petersen’s death and, thus, seemingly support the ongoing work researchers are doing here.[15][Archived Version] Also, one of the Podesta emails discusses Tony Rodham “hustling gold mining deals” which is likely related to this mining facility.[16]
Much of what Monica may have been up to in Haiti is based on indirect and second-hand information. It’s difficult to know for certain whether Monica had turned her attention to Caracol and the Clinton’s while she was there. But it’s certainly not outside the realm of Monica’s interests in Haiti, trafficking and institutionalized slavery, and is consistent with her on-the-ground research methods. It also seems implausible that someone with Monica’s skills and interests could have been unaware of what the Clinton’s were up to in Haiti.
If Monica Petersen was interested in the Clinton’s involvement in Haiti and Caracol there was certainly plenty to keep her busy.

THE PIPELINE OF CHILDREN fed into the trafficking networks is greatly augmented after a natural disaster strikes an impoverished country; as also for a war-torn country like Iraq and Syria. War always places its many victims and refugees at risk and children are at the highest risk of all.
While there hasn’t been a war there of late, there aren’t too many countries more impoverished and prone to natural (and human-made) disasters than Haiti.
After a series of devastating storms struck the country in the late 2000’s Bill Clinton was appointed as the United Nation’s special envoy to Haiti. Together with the Haitian President he was also co-chair of the Haitian reconstruction commission. Bill also helped direct the efforts of the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund and of his own family foundation.
Haiti had yet to recover from the earlier storms when it was wrecked yet again in 2010 by a 7.0 magnitude earthquake. It’s a good thing Bill was already on the job and that Hillary had not yet resigned as U.S. Secretary of State.
Bill is (at least until recently) the go-to guy for inflicting private reconstruction assistance (aka “disaster capitalism” when done with a large helping of corruption) upon post-earthquake Haiti. Little “assistance” happens in Haiti that doesn’t go through Bill Clinton.

Two projects that were of particular interest to Bill were the construction of a luxury hotel and an industrial park. Both projects were owned and/or developed by Clinton cronies. Both would have generated significant fees, commissions, and pay-offs, making it a great fit for the Clinton Foundation’s pay-to-play business model.
Reportedly, the industrial park was built on land seized from about 370 subsistence farmers. The subsistence farmers and their families were given just days to vacate.

The Caracol industrial park is located in the northern part of Haiti that was unaffected by the earthquake.
“The farmers did not understand why the authorities wanted to replace productive agricultural land with factories in a rural country that had trouble feeding itself. But, promised compensation, they did not protest a strange twist of fate that left them displaced by an earthquake that had not affected them.
‘We watched, voiceless,’ Jean-Louis Saint Thomas, an elderly farmer, said. ‘The government paid us to shut us up’”
In Port-au-Prince, meanwhile, with rubble still clogging the streets, former President Bill Clinton, co-chairman of Haiti’s recovery commission, had celebrated the Caracol Industrial Park as a glimmer of hope during a ceremony cementing an agreement with the anchor tenant — Sae-A Trading, a South Korean clothing manufacturer and major supplier to American retailers like Walmart and Gap Inc.
‘I know a couple places in America that would commit mayhem to get 20,000 jobs today,’ Mr. Clinton said, referring to the jobs that Sae-A pledged to generate over six years. In exchange, thanks to a deal that Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton helped broker, Sae-A looked forward to tax exemptions, duty-free access to the United States, abundant cheap labor, factory sheds, a power plant, a new port and an expatriate residence outfitted with special kimchi refrigerators.
Two and a half years after the earthquake, Haiti remains mired in a humanitarian crisis, with 390,000 people languishing in tents. Yet the showcase project of the reconstruction effort is this: an industrial park that will create jobs and housing in an area undamaged by the temblor, a venture that risks benefiting foreign companies more than Haiti itself.” (New York Times, 7/6/12)
The all-in cost of the Caracol industrial park including a power plant and nearby port facility is reported to have reached $400 million. As of last year, the sole occupant of the industrial park is a Korean garment manufacturer, Sae-A.
Sae-A reportedly employs 4,000 locals at its Caracol sewing factory. Or 9,000. Reports differ and no one other than Sae-A seems to know for sure. After all, who is going to go and count them? Whatever their number, most of Sae-A’s Caracol workforce is made up of women who are paid $5 per day.

Double Harvest is an authentic NGO that provides assistance to people in desperate need. Double Harvest is not a pay-to-play scheme. It doesn’t spend tens of millions on conferences and consultants like the Clinton Foundation. Double Harvest builds perfectly adequate homes in Haiti for $8,000 apiece.
Had Bill, the State Department or the Clinton Foundation (or it’s dopple-ganger, the Clinton Global Initiative) wanted to actually help the one million Haitians whose homes were wrecked in the earthquake they could hardly have done better than to have partnered up with Double Harvest. For the $400 million Bill directed to a crony-infested industrial park in an area that was undamaged by the earthquake Double Harvest could have built 50,000 homes in Haiti.
Moreover, the 370 displaced farmers and their families booted off their land where Caracol now stands largely vacant would still be producing something else Haiti desperately needs, food. But what good would that have done for Bill and his cronies?
FOB’s were treated very well in Haiti. Consider Tony Rodham, Hillary’s slacker brother, and key Hillary aide Cheryl Mills.
Interestingly, Cheryl Mills’ name also appears in Jeffrey Epstein’s address book. Cheryl’s boss, Hillary Clinton, may also have flown aboard Epstein’s private jet (the “Lolita Express”) and stayed at his private pedophile island resort and spa. Like Huma Abedin, another top aide to Hillary, Cheryl simultaneously worked for both the State Department and the Clinton Foundation. Cheryl donned a third hat after she began working with Sae-A.
Cheryl leveraged her overlapping State Department, Clinton Foundation and Haiti gigs to good effect.
Enter (and Exit), Monica Petersen
Around the time that Bill, Hillary’s brother and Ms. Mills were making the most of their Haiti-related opportunities, Monica Petersen moved there, ostensibly to teach and/or to start an NGO.
The Mining Awareness blog seems to contain the most complete information on Monica.
Haiti is part of the Caribbean human trafficking supply chain, which was of concern to Monica.
Monica’s death generated little attention when it occurred and has been largely forgotten since. Reports by friends and others say it was suicide, or murder. No one knows and its unlikely no one ever will.
What happens in Haiti stays in Haiti.
The teaching gig and NGO may have been a cover for Monica to establish herself in Haiti to continue her trafficking investigations. Or it may have a cover for something else as Mining Awareness has suggested.
We’re inclined to believe the former because Monica does not seem to be the kind of person who would have been on the side of the exploiters and profiteers.
At least we want to believe that.
If Monica did find something she took it to the grave. And may God forbid the Clinton’s inflict more of their “aid” on Haiti, or anywhere else.

Nice work as always, Centinel. Suicide heh? The depths of the Clinton depravity is breath taking as is the fact that apparently nothing can stop them or even stand in their way. There is not one law that applies to them, it seems. Truth does not fear investigation, but the Clintons surely do.

1- James McDougal – Clintons convicted Whitewater partner died of an apparent heart attack, while in solitary confinement. He was a key witness in Ken Starr’s investigation.
2 – Mary Mahoney – A former White House intern was murdered July 1997 at a Starbucks Coffee Shop in Georgetown .. The murder happened just after she was togo public w:th her story of sexual harassment in the White House.

6 – Paul Tulley – Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotelroom in Little Rock , September 1992. Described by Clinton as a “dear friend and trusted advisor”
7 – Ed Willey – Clinton fundraiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.
8 – Jerry Parks – Head of Clinton’s gubernatorial security team in Little Rock .. Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little Rock Park’s son said his father was building a dossier on Clinton He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house.
9 – James Bunch – Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a “Black Book” of people which contained names of influential people who visited prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas
10 – James Wilson – Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He was reported to have ties to Whitewater.
11 – Kathy Ferguson – Ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in her living room with a gunshot to her head. It was ruled a suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she were going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant along with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit Kathy Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.
12 – Bill Shelton – Arkansas State Trooper and fiancee of Kathy Ferguson. Critical of the suicide ruling of his fiancee, he was found dead in June, 1994 of a gunshot wound also ruled a suicide at the grave site of his fiancee.
13 – Gandy Baugh – Attorney for Clinton’s friend Dan Lassater, died by jumping out a window of a tall building January, 1994. His client was a convicted drug distributor.
14 – Florence Martin – Accountant & sub-contractor for the CIA, was related to the Barry Seal, Mena, Arkansas, airport drug smuggling case. He died of three gunshot wounds.
15 – Suzanne Coleman – Reportedly had an affair with Clinton when he was Arkansas Attorney General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head, ruled a suicide. Was pregnant at the time of her death.
16 – Paula Grober – Clinton’s speech interpreter for the deaf from 1978 until her death December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident.
17 – Danny Casolaro – Investigative reporter. Investigating MenaAirport and Arkansas Development Finance Authority. He slit his wrists, apparently, in the middle of his investigation.
18 – Paul Wilcher – Attorney investigating corruption at MenaAirport with Casolaro and the 1980 “October Surprise” was found dead on a toilet June 22, 1993, in his WashingtonDC apartment. Had delivered a report to Janet Reno 3 weeks before his death.
19 – Jon Parnell Walker – Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corp. Jumped to his death from his Arlington , Virginia apartment balcony August 15, 1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guaranty scandal.
20 – Barbara Wise – Commerce Department staffer. Worked closely with Ron Brown and John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died November 29, 1996. Her bruised, nude body was found locked in her office at the Department of Commerce.
21 – Charles Meissner – Assistant Secretary of Commerce who gave John Huang special security clearance, died shortly thereafter in a small plane crash.
22 – Dr. Stanley Heard – Chairman of the National Chiropractic Health Care Advisory Committee died with his attorney Steve Dickson in a small plane crash. Dr. Heard, in addition to serving on Clinton ‘s advisory council personally treated Clinton’s mother, stepfather and brother.

24 – Johnny Lawhorn, Jr. – Mechanic, found a check made out to Bill Clinton in the trunk of a car left at his repair shop. He was found dead after his car had hit a utility pole.
25 – Stanley Huggins – Investigated Madison Guaranty. His death was a purported suicide and his report was never released.
26 – Hershell Friday – Attorney and Clinton fundraiser died March 1, 1994, when his plane exploded.
27 – Kevin Ives & Don Henry – Known as “The boys on the track” case. Reports say the boys may have stumbled upon the Mena Arkansas airport drug operation. A controversial case, the initial report of death said, due to falling asleep on railroad tracks. Later reports claim the 2 boys had been slain before being placed on the tracks. Many linked to the case died before their testimony could come before a Grand Jury.THE FOLLOWING PERSONS HAD INFORMATION ON THE IVES/HENRY CASE:

34 – Richard Winters – A suspect in the Ives/Henry deaths. He was killed in a set-up robbery July 1989.
