Yeah, there’s likely little to no gold there. It’s been lent out to the central banks to be re-re-re-rehypothecated 100x to keep the fiat currencies from falling to zero.

All the gold in Ft. Knox (what they claim is there) isn’t even worth half of one year’s military spending. LOL. If my maff is correct, it would pay off just 0.014% of the national debt.

Just take all that worthless gold (even though there is none) sell it for cash. Then buy up all the cryptocurrencies you can. All problems solved (snicker)

WHO OWNS THE GOLD is far more important than whether or not it is there at all.

Well….. I live not all that far from Ft.Knox. Ft.Knox was once the home of a full US Armored Division. Not any more. All its base housing, was torn down more than 20 years ago. The tank gunnery ranges were closed and shut down about the same time. The hospital is closed, and vacant, as is the tank museum, base PX , and most everything else, except for a few training mock ups, and a scaled down boot camp. They still use the grounds for “sometimes” training of domestic and “non-US ” SF Teams, but even that is fading away as the old buildings fall into disrepair without replacement or funding to maintain them. It is up for “base closing” sometime this decade. The gold vault is widely believed to be propaganda locally, as the army is for the most part LONG gone. Having packed up and left in the 90’s. But no one has been inside of it since the 70’s so who knows?
Spent 6 wonderful months there in the winter/spring of ’61, crawling in the mud of basic training and then assigned as a grunt to 34th Armor for the remainder. What a shit hole, glad it’s closing.

OH!! and FYI; The last time the government “officially” opened the gold vault was in the early 1970’s. There are only a handful of men ,still alive who have been inside of it. They have a higher security clearance than the guys who work at CIA or the NSA. They ain’t talking.

Pretty easy to find out if the gold is in there. As Zarathustra noted, even if it’s there, it’s not much anyway.

I would not be able to bowl with a 27.5 lb. bowling ball — few people could. And the Bowling Center people would be apoplectic! LOL The maximum weight for a legal bowling ball is about 16 lbs.
Wonder what other ‘erroneous facts’ there might be in this blurb?
Show me the gold……..as, this old man is from the Show Me state of Missouri…….jxproko No GOLD, no foolin.

My thoughts exactly. When I saw the BB weight I quit reading.
Inside Fort Knox
There is no prize
For when the doors are opened
You’ll see with your eyes
And realize
The extent of their lies

Wow, they did a great cleanup job…

When Obama was on his orientation tour after the inauguration, he was shown that there is no gold in Knox.
He told them to double the guard.
And to hire only black, gay, women to guard it (they get 3 boxes checked).
Those pics above look like Comet Pizzagate kill chambers…..perhaps there is a new purpose for the vaults since there is no gold.
