Who sues a dead teen’s estate after he is ripped apart by a train? The person who suffered horrible injuries as a result of his massive stupidity….that’s who. Thank goodness the court sided CORRECTLY in the case. His stupid parents owe someone some money. And Amtrak should be suing them too for whatever losses they incurred as those are being paid for by the taxpaying victims of America that support that horrible subsidized train system. Finally some good news out of a court decision.
