I think we were given free will by Jehovah God. Some use their free will honorably and others not so much. Politicians use their free will aggressively, i.e. they use power, violence. The Fed Bank is just one of the many looting schemes that politicians use. As there is no factual evidence that the constitution and law apply to you just because of your presence in some state such as corruptifornia, then the enforcers, the judges, who swore oaths to uphold the constitution are in effect swearing an empty oath, i.e. the judges are frauds when people demand proof of jurisdiction and the judges can’t provide it. Ask any judge to produce an affidavit of truth stating what, when, where, why, how and by whom one is made subject to the jurisdiction thereof. They can’t because if it existed then one would be a slave to the stinkin’ politicians/masters and their overseers/enforcers/judges and we would be living on the plantation state.

It’s a vote power struggle between the two Parties. The Treasury’s Safe is full of fiat money per se but it takes two keys to open it and get to it legally; the Rats are refusing to do their part unless the Republicans agree to let 3.6 million DACAs become legal voters before Nov2018. The Republicans are mortally pissed off because the Blue states stonewalled the DOJ investigations into the appx 20 million Blue state fraudulent votes (voters) which could vote again in Nov2018. Trump has declared that manipulation of the Electoral College is a National Security Issue and turned the investigation over to the Dept of Homeland Security. Ultimately, Rats will go to jail if they don’t win Congress in Nov2018. The MSM wants you to think it’s all about heartless cold blooded Reptilian Republicans vs Democrat Saints.

The US does not literally print money…It sells bonds, some of which are sometimes bought by the Federal Reserve, which does print money electronically….The Fed is owned by the large Morgan/Rothschild/Rockefeller banks and pays large dividends to them, along with some payments to the Treasury.
The US has to sell debt because people, and lobbyists for powerful interests, want programs that exceed the productive capacity of the economy….
That is why private banks should not be allowed to issue currency required to fund gov ops. Article 1 section 8 Clause 5!
