CIVILIAN COURT OR MILITARY TRIBUNAL

I’m about 99.5% sure this Q business is legit. There’s still .5% that expects the gestapo to rub me out any day now if Q turns out to be a campaign by the Deep State to identify those unwilling to assimilate. Honestly, that’ll be an acceptable outcome as well because I’m NOT getting on the cattle car.

I’ve seen a few comments here regarding the legal justification for using Military Tribunals to prosecute the bad actors who have attempted, or are currently attempting, a Coup d’etat of the government  of the United States. There has been some back and forth about it on 8chan as well and I finally spotted a series of graphics along with a body of text put together by one on the anons over there. I’m not a lawyer but it looks like he lays it out pretty well. I welcome comments from all actual lawyers who might encounter this post.

The big fish must be fried before a military tribunal, there is no other way to do it. Q told us that.

So, first we should notice from the opinion Q linked to in post 64 that the President has the authority to detain Unlawful Enemy Combatants in order to protect the nation AND to punish them for their crimes with a military tribunal. That raises the question of who an Unlawful Enemy Combatant might be and how they get put in that class.

We then observe the Military Commissions Act of 2006 grants the President or the SecDef the authority to establish a tribunal that determines whether an individual is an Unlawful Enemy Combatant. If the tribunal determines the individual to be an Unlawful Enemy Combatant, their ass belongs to the military. They may be detained and tried before a military tribunal for the crimes they committed that caused them to be declared Unlawful Enemy Combatants.

(That means that even as US Citizens, they have no recourse to civilian courts.)

Guess what the Executive Order of Dec. 21st did? Declared a state of National Emergency due to serious humans rights abuses and corruption, worldwide. But while that EO only talked about blocking/seizing property, by declaring a state of National Emergency other measures became available.

Why were only foreign persons listed in the Annex to the EO?

Misdirection. Don’t look at nationalities, look at the representative acts they committed. The EO can easily apply to US citizens, but one has to decipher it to see that.

Then we discover another Executive Order on “Protecting Americans Through The Lawful Detention of Terrorists”. In another masterful stroke of misdirection, this EO says “Today, the United States remains engaged in an armed conflict with al‑Qa’ida, the Taliban, and associated forces, including with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.” It sounds like more “war on terror” but what that EO really did was cancel Obama’s EO shutting down Gitmo to re-establish Gitmo’s future availability.

We are in a state of armed conflict, but that EO does NOT mention that we are also in a state of National Emergency to deal with the problem with corruption and serious human rights, which leads anyone reading this to the impression that detainment only applies to those groups mentioned in the EO.

WRONG.

Sec. 2 (c) In addition, the United States may transport additional detainees to U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay when lawful and necessary to protect the Nation.

As we now know, appointed tribunals can declare US citizens Unlawful Enemy Combatants based on their corruption or human rights abuses and place them in military detention for trial before a military tribunal. That means Gitmo WILL be available to deal with the swamp creatures. Detention. Military Tribunals. Meat sandwiches.

All pieces are now in place to start taking the pieces off the board. The financial action authority to freeze their funds was issued on Dec. 17th. The authorization to start detaining them was issued just before the SOTU and ensured Gitmo would be available. But who pays attention to EO’s these days?

Instead, everyone will be talking about the SOTU address and the MEMO.

Give the team credit where credit is due, the two referenced EO’s are rather artfully written. Unless one already understands the issue of an Unlawful Enemy Combatant, it doesn’t look like it impacts US Citizens in any meaningful way. WRONG.

We have front row seats to the greatest show on earth and the curtain has just gone up.

Q dropped a clue which referenced “12 which have been sat for 39 days”. This refers to the military tribunal with 12 judges. Some discussion indicated that a tribunal can have fewer than 12 judges but 12 is that magic number required to impose a death sentence. Apparently the tribunal was convened about 12/17/2017 to begin reviewing the evidence against what is expected to be 43 defendants that meet the standard to be declared enemy combatants.

There is a near universal feeling that this initial work has been completed. There also seems to be some intel indicating that:

1. BHO was the target extracted during the ATL airport shutdown and he was whisked to Camp David where Trump was waiting that night for a little “get to know each other meet and greet” with the tribunal.
2. Another source of intel, Brendan Dilley, indicated that the recent traffic in and out of GITMO is evidence lower level bad actors have been given mini vacations to warm, sunny GITMO to view the accommodations, enjoy the beaches, meet the staff and more importantly meet the tribunal as well. This has been referred to by Q as “catch and release”. Besides creating a come to Haysus moment for the guests, it sows doubt and discord among the bad actors as to who might have said what to whom. Q has said that many are seeking deals…multiple attempts by some, and the answer has been no.
3. The recent train wreck chartered to take the GOP members to Greenbrier for their retreat seems to involve the tribunal judges who had to be moved due to intel about their location being revealed by a bad actor. The (minor) derailment was intentional.I believe the tribunal and Trump are all at the Greenbrier right now.
   
4. Dilley’s intel source said that three of Trumps Cabinet members have recently been discovered to be bad actors.
   
5. There will be more than one bombshell memo coming but no idea on timing or subject. First one is dominating the news cycle now.
6. We should expect more false flags.
7. Trust Wray. Q has said this many times. Q also says to “enjoy the show” because deception and misdirection are part of waging any war. Wray and Sessions are good guys as is General Flynn and Admiral Rogers. Those last two are going to have monuments built in their honor. Trey Gowdy is a good guy and is going back into law to take on a special role where he can be more effective. Hannity and Michael Savage are in the know and reporting truthfully.
8. Dilley’s guy also said to expect another big executive order.
9. The sealed indictment count is over 10,300 and climbing.

CEO’s, politicians and other assorted mediatainment scum continue to drop like flies. Have you noticed that the various media outlets are not marching in lockstep anymore. Topics are the same but the narrative is much more varied because operation mockingbird has gone quiet. If they were honest they might have actual independent journalists in the field looking for info such as “Q”. Q’s intel has proven correct more than enough times for a dogged journalist to turn up a story or two that might give his editor a direction to run. Sadly it looks like they will go down in flames before they get a clue.

If Trump declassifies the memo it will be out today. If he merely approves it’s release it goes back to Congress for some final procedural stuff then comes out after that.
