I see two attempted coups here. One is against Trump being elected which is de facto overthrow of the government. I feel strongly that there would have been a military coup before the sovereignty was turned over to anyone. While most of GovCo is definitely full of treasonous bastards, I can say from personal experience that the military is still quite full of America First’rs. James , you need to research how the confiscation forfiture issue works . It will happen one of a few ways either at early morning hours with a no knock warrent or you will be out and when you come home your door will have a note from the feds itemizing what was confiscated and when and where you must appear or they will be waiting for you with as much force as necessary .

Unless you’ve set up some rather special protections in advance, there is no real way to prove those were implanted to use against you.
Of course, you can always wipe and then smash your hard drives on a regular basis, that protects both the innocent and the guilty from any false or real evidence that may exist.
But it’s usually only the guilty that do that on a regular basis, it’s usually something that never occurs to the actual innocent ones.

Your average soldier probably isn’t paying much attention to this and probably doesn’t care too much. They’re too busy, too tired, and too dedicated to video games, drinking, partying, PT, and chasing tail to worry about anything else.
And nobody does anything without orders.
The military is unlikely to do anything. Anyone who starts talking rebellion or the like will probably be reported to CID and/or removed from anything they can damage before they can do more than post nasty comments on their Facebook page.

The closest thing to an insurrection we’ve had was GEN Dempsey, who directed the military to secretly cut a deal behind Barry Soetero and Killary’s back to undercut Barry’s ISIS friends and feed secrets to Syria via Germany and Israel. Dempsey and the Joint Chiefs were actively opposing The Pretender’s orders and secretly aiding Syria against ISIS.
That being said, I met a Chaplain Colonel once years ago who was doing some National Guard time at the Pentagon. He was a nice gent. He proceeded to tell me about how, during the Watergate crisis, he was going on CQ duty as a Corporal when his BN CDR, a Colonel, walked in the door to talk to him alone. This was unheard of in the old Army. The Colonel proceeded to give him some very unusual orders. “If anyone calls you tonight and orders you to wake me up and wake up the Sergeant Major, DON’T. If anyone calls you tonight and orders you wake up the Company Commanders and all the troops, DON’T. In fact, don’t even answer the phone tonight.” To this day, he told me, he’s certain there was almost a military coup that night and only at the last moment did cooler heads prevail.

Don’t think so. The Chinese military is not much of a military force in the traditional sense. They’re not actually there to fight wars and go invade other countries. Their primary mission is to protect the Party and the Revolution from internal and external threats. To that end, they’ve never really had much of an offensive ability. (They’re really only good at beating up on weaker neighbors. Vietnam even beat them in the 1970s.) Most of their training is party political indoctrination, singing songs, and marching. Most of their leaders are senior party members. Until recently, they didn’t have a joint staff or unified command. Their troops are primarily conscripts who serve briefly, then go home. And much of their equipment and gear is unservicable, since it was designed for troops in previous generations who were smaller, skinnier, and healthier. They also receive only a meager allotment of gear compared to the lavish spending US and modern Western forces receive. They have quantity, but not quality.

You may not have signed, but if you have a birth certificate and ssn you are a voluntary serf.
