Binney is a genuine hero and Jimmy Dore is in the Glenn Greenwald camp-socialists who deserve great respect and attention, because they’re honest, even when it pisses off progressives.
As for ‘our’ precious constitution having mere passing value at best? No shit Sherlock. It was designed to do exactly what it did-support a ruling class.

We need a truly independent judiciary – one root of the problem is that judges get their paychecks from the same Treasury that the spooks, the DOJ, the FBI, the IRS and all the others do.
Were the judiciary independently funded they could afford to actually uphold the Constitution – although, if the NSA has the goods on them, they could publish the details and justify an impeachment of any judge who becomes corrupt.
Would prefer that tax money somehow be set aside to pay judges without going through the Treasury – not sure about the mechanics, but as long as the Exec controls the judges paychecks then independence of the judiciary is a joke.

I asked the State of Maryland to hold a lottery and build a $200millon dollar Marina complex that I would rent for a dollar per year . I promised to employ an undetermined number of part time seasonal employees at an undetermined rate of pay . After all I’m a nice guy just like the owners of sports teams that get sweetheart stadium deals . Now the talk is saving a race track for The Preakness , a once a year sell out at old hill top Pimlico . Now there is some in your face corruption .
You let Martin O’Malley in or near the White House clinging to Hillary’s pants suit leg . Boy there is a team that will show you how to fuck up a country . Bushes , Obama and all their crony boot lickers are rank amateurs .
