If that’s some sorta metaphor it’s a dumb one. Feeder lambs are fattened for slaughter. The pic is of newly sheared ewes and if you could see their bodies, they’re probably all likely pregnant. I’m guessing Rambouillet, and to me they appear like a young flock as opposed to culls. It does raise a good point that things aren’t always as they may first appear.

In this particular meme, a cow would be a better representation. You see, a cow has no idea it is a cow. It’s natural instinct is to follow the one in front of it. Follow it does, right up the chute until it reaches the kill room. Then, the sudden realization of what is happening. It smells the blood, piss and fear of the ones that went before it…….

Penforce: What happens to most sheep after their “useful life” of being sheared and producing babies that are either raised for wool (with this cycle repeating) or culled and headed to the slaughter house?
