I stopped at the local Irish pub after work yesterday and had a quick bite- 2 corned beef sliders and chips. I only had time to eat one so I brought the other home with some chips for the SO. He was actually able to eat it which surprised us both, the one thing he’s been having the most problem eating is bread.

Yes, if you are doing it right, and drawing a Guinness.

I’m part Irish on my mom’s side if Scots Irish counts. They’re fucking protestants, right?

I once heard that a Scotsman is an Irishman that couldn’t swim.

Hey, what’s the difference between MLK day and St. Patrick’s Day?
Everyone wants to be Irish for a day.

Began the day with two Irish Coffees, made the way the first ones were made in the US at the Buena Vista Cafe in S.F. None of that creme de menthe or any other crap. Just coffee, Irish wiskey, sugar, and hand-made whipped cream. No better way to start the day.

Mom did one of those DNA tests 99.6 % Irish. Some Swedish blood from centuries ago. Damn Vikings.
