With his Sunday tweet that Bashar Assad, “Animal Assad,” ordered a gas attack on Syrian civilians, and Vladimir Putin was morally complicit in the atrocity, President Donald Trump just painted himself and us into a corner.

“Many dead, including women and children, in mindless CHEMICAL attack in Syria,” tweeted Trump, “President Putin, Russia and Iran are responsible for backing Animal Assad. Big price… to pay.”

“Big price… to pay,” said the president.

Now, either Trump launches an attack that could drag us deeper into a seven-year civil war from which he promised to extricate us last week, or Trump is mocked as being a man of bluster and bluff.

For Trump Sunday accused Barack Obama of being a weakling for failing to strike Syria after an earlier chemical attack.

“If President Obama had crossed his stated Red Line In The Sand,” Trump tweeted, “the Syrian disaster would have ended long ago! Animal Assad would have been history!”

Trump’s credibility is now on the line and he is being goaded by the war hawks to man up. Sunday, John McCain implied that Trump’s comments about leaving Syria “very soon” actually “emboldened” Assad:

“President Trump last week signaled to the world that the United States would prematurely withdraw from Syria. Bashar Assad and his Russian and Iranian backers have heard him, and emboldened by American inaction, Assad has reportedly launched another chemical attack against innocent men, women and children, this time in Douma.”

Pronouncing Assad a “war criminal,” Lindsey Graham said Sunday the entire Syrian air force should be destroyed.

So massive an attack would be an act of war against a nation that has not attacked us and does not threaten us. Hence, Congress, prior to such an attack, should pass a resolution authorizing a U.S. war on Syria.

And, as Congress does, it can debate our objectives in this new war, and how many men, casualties and years will be required to defeat the coalition of Syria, Russia, Hezbollah, Iran, and the allied Shiite militias from the Near East.

On John Bolton’s first day as national security adviser, Trump is being pushed to embrace a policy of Cold War confrontation with Russia and a U.S. war with Syria. Yet candidate Trump campaigned against both.

The War Party that was repudiated in 2016 appears to be back in the saddle. But before he makes good on that threat of a “big price… to pay,” Trump should ask his advisers what comes after the attack on Syria.

Lest we forget, there was a reason Obama did not strike Syria for a previous gas attack. Americans rose up as one and said we do not want another Middle East war.

When John Kerry went to Capitol Hill for authorization, Congress, sensing the national mood, declined to support any such attack.

Trump’s strike, a year ago, with 59 cruise missiles, on the air base that allegedly launched a sarin gas attack, was supported only because Trump was new in office and the strike was not seen as the beginning of a longer and deeper involvement in a war Americans did not want to fight.

Does Trump believe that his political base is more up for a major U.S. war in Syria today than it was then?

The folks who cheered Trump a week ago when he said we were getting out of Syria, will they cheer him if he announces that we are going deeper in?

Before any U.S. attack, Trump should make sure there is more hard evidence that Assad launched this poison gas attack than there is that Russia launched that poison gas attack in Salisbury, England.

One month after that attack, which Prime Minister Theresa May ascribed to Russia and Foreign Minister Boris Johnson laid at the feet of Putin himself, questions have arisen:

If the nerve agent used, Novichok, was of a military variety so deadly it could kill any who came near, why is no one dead from it?

Both the target, Sergei Skripal, and his daughter Yulia are recovering.

If the deadly poison was, as reported, put on the doorknob of Skripal’s home, how did he and Yulia manage to go to a restaurant after being contaminated, with neither undergoing a seizure until later on a park bench?

If Russia did it, why are the British scientists at Porton Down now admitting that they have not yet determined the source of the poison?

Why would Putin, with the prestige of hosting the World Cup in June on the line, perpetrate an atrocity that might have killed hundreds and caused nations not only to pull out of the games, but to break diplomatic relations with Russia?

U.S. foreign policy elites claim Putin wanted Trump to win the 2016 election. But if Putin indeed wanted to deal with Trump, why abort all such prospects with a poison gas murder of a has-been KGB agent in Britain, America’s foremost ally?

The sole beneficiaries of the gas attacks in Salisbury and Syria appear to be the War Party.

No doubt.
https://voxday.blogspot.com/2015/06/transcript-available.html

VOX: Speaking of the US, I am curious to know what the general opinion in Israel is of the American neocons who, like you said, have been trying to overthrow Assad. They have overturned the Ukrainian government, the Libyan government, the Iraqi government, etc. What is the general view of the neocons in Israel?

MVC: Oh, we love them. The Israelis are very happy to fight the Arabs and the Iranians with American blood. During the first Gulf War, Israel was then under Yitzhak Shamir and did whatever it could to encourage an American invasion of Iraq. I wouldn’t say that this was decisive but they tried. It was the same when the Americans invaded Iraq for the second time. It was the same when Americans clashed with Iran over nuclear weapons. Each time you can see this very consistently. You can see the Israeli Right and, to some extent, even the Left say okay, this is lovely, we are going to let the Americans put the chestnuts in the fire for us.

Myself, I must say, that I dislike this policy very much. But certainly most Israelis like it. They like to be on the side of the strong as I see it. They push America as much as they can into these ventures. Just today I saw a famous t-shirt that says “Don’t worry America, Israel is behind you.” I also know that some Americans, like Pat Buchanan, have been writing that these lousy Israelis have been trying to use American for their own purposes and have unfortunately they have succeeded. So, personally I am not happy about this policy. I think that it may well one day act as a boomerang.

VOX: Do you think it is bad for Israel to be dependent in that way?

MVC: Yes, because, as we say in Hebrew, “the one who’s got the money has the say.” It’s bad in several ways, it is bad in the sense that we are tilting too much in the Republican direction. That is a bad thing in my view. It’s not bipartisan. There is a danger that one day support for Israel will probably fade and people will say enough of this. They will say Israelis are exploiting us with American-Jewish help. They are exploiting us for their own purposes. Let them go and fight their own wars. I have been warned more than once by my American friends that this is one day going to happen. It hasn’t happened yet but it is going to happen one day and it worries me. Frankly, it worries me.

VOX: Yeah, you don’t want to use your allies on a war that you don’t need and then not have their support when you actually need it.

MVC: Exactly.

No, Pat. They hooked you. And that should come as a comfort to those of you who also got sucked in by the Orange Crusader. Pat is one of the most astute and decent men in that fetid, purifying shit hole on the Potomac. If it could happen to him it could happen to a lot of people. Here’s where you all went wrong: Democrazy is a fucking scam designed for the benefit of the ruling elite. Is it me, or do many people who consider themselves “conservative” act like a bunch of blue-haired old ladies? We already had this discussion. Is Trump a neocon, is Trump going to repeal the 2nd amendment? Conservatives get ‘played’ by the libtards so easily, is a little sad watching you guys get your panties in a wad. Just sayin………..

That seems to be the gist of many comments here. They don’t even know what a conservative is, they just know if Fox tells them it’s bad, then it’s bad.

I have been banned from several “patriotic”websites over the past two years for repeatedly trying to point out the fraud that is ‘American politics’. According to the owner of one such sites, the latest Trump tweet about ‘animal Assad’ was the result of hacking, and that Trump himself did not make the comment ! I warned again and again not to trust the campaign rhetoric, that the freemason’s goal was on course, and that we were once again witnessing the Hegelian dialect in action. Is there anyone who thinks Trump’s comment about leaving Syria was only made to give cover for the current dilemma he now faces? As if a politician would ever lie to the American public? (if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor)
No, people are too busy praising the half-assed effort protecting our border with a few thousand weekend warriors instead of the army, whose primary constitutional duty is to protect our borders !
I have no ability to put pen to paper and arrive at a coherent summary, so I will not embarrass myself any further (some of the best writing I’ve found anywhere on the web can be found here, both in the articles and the comments), but suffice to say; “meet the new boss-same as the old boss”

False Flag events are the pattern of the deep state . These atrocious events are always used to disguise or cover up some other naferious purpose . Talk about 3/D chess , the United States is and has been walking that razors edge of economic disaster for several decades . The circle jerk of Wall Street to K-Street to Capitol Street will never give up their strangle hold on the American people . They see our patriotic efforts especially by our brainwashed young people as an end to their diabolical means . Never in history have so few benefited so greatly from the extraction of wealth from so many for little or no true national gain . Remember our elected representatives do not give a fuck about you , your children nothing . Republican or Democrat , it’s a big club and you and I are not in it !
Oh boy we are staying in war mode for the children , for the troops naaa fuck them ! They need to coverup how fucked we as a nation really are as long as possible !

So now we’re at war with another country?

Active wars with North Korea, Russia, Syria,Mexico and so on with millions and millions of dead so far and no end in sight.

Trump has truly brought us WWIII and the bodies are piling up higher than Mt. Everest and still adding to the pile as we speak.

But at least Mueller is doing his patriotic duty and getting closer and closer to removing him so the world can be at peace again soon.

I have supported Trump through thick and thin. If, through weakness, stupidity, cowardice, or blackmail, he caves in to the Neo-Con/Israeli pressure to attack Syria in response to yet another obvious “gas attack” hoax, that is the end. Such a wild, foolish and reckless act will earn a well-deserved military tesponse from Russia and the outcome of that is hardly a foregone conclusion. It will also mark the end of his presidency and the final effort to take back our country through peaceful means. A Trump attack on Syria will be the hanging of John Brown for Civil War II. God help us!

I am not one to be taken in by hope, but old habits die hard.

As much as I enjoyed the frothing of the left over Trump it is no longer possible to believe that he has what it takes to turn this ship around. His only play was to do the right thing even if it cost him his life, instead he let them get him by the balls and now it looks like a fait accompli.

CCRider nailed it-

About covers Trump from all angles . Regardless the true face of Trump, he is what I said he would become from when he first entered the primaries. He is the weapon that murdered the GOPe. The party of cuckservatism no longer wields the unmitigated support they once had over white Christian America . The field is now open for the total destruction of the back stabbing GOP or a total takeover.

Israel is the key. It is the house of Satan. While neocons may want a war with the Norks, Israel doesn’t because it doesn’t benefit them. What they do want is Iran tamed and Assad overthrown. In fact they demand it. Trump will obey. Oh sure he will look tough in public but behind the scenes he is a whiny little lap dog. Since we cannot pull out of Syria and Russia will not let Assad go down, a war is inevitable. I said this weeks ago and it’s more true today than it was then. Just pray that it is contained to Syria.

What will Trump do when we lose a few ships and aircraft. Will he have the balls to take it like a man, knowing we deserved it or will he go full bitch and escalate? I think the latter. We are led by fools, traitors and pussies. Worse yet if Putin thinks the same as I do as he would not wait for the blows…

When the first ship goes down, I will cheer. The US needs to lose a war and badly. I think this is the one.

The odds of it ever being released are beginning to look slim.

A strategic, 6-dimensional chess move would have been for Trump to announce plans of a Syrian exit in order to set a trap for for those desperate enough to stage another false flag. Then he could have exposed them at a later date and possibly have prevented World War III. That would have been a great plan to execute exactly one year after last April’s false flag in Syria. If only he would have learned and just done that. I’m surprised he hasn’t bombed Assad already. What the hell is he waiting for? Occum’s Razor sucks.

Trump’s gravest error was in the initial selection of the key players in his administration. That cast of characters and swamp rats -surprise- were not in the least interested in reforming anything. A year was wasted with an ongoing fight with external vicious enemies aided by traitors within his own circle. It’s to his credit and determination that he had any accomplishments at all.

The poor choice of advisors continues. He is either being blackmailed or is more naive than I imagined, or in such a state of stress and exhaustion that he can’t think straight when he is targeted by the tough-talking neocons appealing to his alpha-male persona.

Whatever, it doesn’t matter. There is an epic war going on for the soul of humanity, and Trump’s call for self-determination rather than absorption into the New World collective is anathema to the evil ones. The one measure of his credibility that remains is the rabid hatred they have for him.

I saw an interview he did in 1987, when he was 34. He was asked about going into politics. He said one thing that gave him pause was that “It is a mean life.” Just how mean, he had no idea.

It’s the same story that’s been repeated over and over again for decades: Lucy, Charlie Brown and the Football. This time it was supposed to be different (just like the Tea-Party congress of 2010, Jorge W. Busheron in 2000, the Gingrich congress of 1994, Reagan in 1980, Nixon in 1968). Every single time, it really looks like like they’re going to do something about it at long last … and every single time, Lucy pulls the football away at the last minute as our (((overlords))) laugh at the hapless Charlie – flat on his ass yet again. The only westerner who ever did anything in recent times was Anders Breivik, and even he might have been a Mossad operative.

But cheer up lads, Q tells us that there are 25,000 sealed indictments and that Darth Sessions will pull the trigger to arrest large numbers of (((them))) any day now. A common definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over thinking there will be a different result the next time it’s tried. How’s that workin’ for ya, YT? Mark Twain noted a very long time ago that if voting actually accomplished anything, it wouldn’t be allowed. He was telling the truth. The system – political, economic, even religious – has been completely rigged for a long time. The cabal running the show isn’t going to allow anyone to even run for office who they do not own or control in some way – even down to the local level.

Perhaps the contemplation post on the other thread here is a good place to start. There are a few simple things most folks can do, even in this late state of things:

*Turn of the damned television. It’s total propaganda.
*Remove children from public school. They are 100% enemy territory. As Vox Day has been saying for at least 15 years: Homeschool or die.
*Stop borrowing. If you cannot pay for it with cash, you cannot afford it.
*Pay off your debts, if you have any (related to the above).

Aw spring is around the corner. The time when Neo-Cons and the MICs think of birds, bees, bodies and bombs.
Northern War of Aggression : 12 Apr 1861
Spain – American War : 21 Apr 1898
World War I : 6 Apr 1917
Korean War : 27 Jun 1950 (late start)
Bay of Pigs : 17 Apr 1961 (CIA)
Operation Eagle Claw (Failed IRAN hostage mission) : 24 Apr 1980
Bombing of Libya : 15 Apr 1986
Bosnian War : 15 Apr 1992
War in NW Pakistan : 16 Mar 2004
Bombing of Libia (Hilliary’s turn) : 19 Mar 2011
IRAQ Intervention (American led) : 15 Jun 2014
Yemeni Civil War : 19 Mar 2015

Of course we have been in many more, but spring seems like a popular time to start killing.

If you have been to Israel, you would realize that it is tiny…..a country you can fit in your pocket. You would also realize that far from being a monolith of opinion the divisions in Israel are just as stark as in our own country. Being a nice Goyim, I was hassled on the way out of the country the first time, I guess telling the young Mossad agents to fuck off and flipping the bird at the cameras I could see was not the appropriate response…….at least I didn’t miss my flight and was ignored on subsequent trips. The intelligence services grab you on the way out mostly because they are interested in what other Israelis are doing (see divisions above).

So this whole meme about a tiny country controlling the giant Gulliver is a crock. We use Israel as a land based aircraft platform and intelligence gathering platform…..and for that we tend to support them, though if they had not made nice with the Saudis its an open question…….we like oil a lot!

We being a putative democratic republic also side with Israel as the only democracy out of 27 countries in the area. For all its faults Israel is still better than the Arab countries.

So I would think we would be served thinking about realpolitik vs. obsessing over Hebrew machinations as if they were all powerful.

The War Party is a misnomer, while some may be psychotic enough to relish the red mist and suffering, the war party folks don’t get to participate……but boy do they benefit.

I think Statist is a more representative term…..those who value the State over the individual and who in turn use the power of the State for their own ends, usually money and for some power as a goal. E.g. BJ Clinton wanted to get laid and make money……..Hillary is in it (or was) for the thrill of wielding power over others (Mostly Deplorables).

The Statists now however want the whole world……no longer satisfied with making $Trillions (collectively) in the background ruling western countries from the shadows, they now want to squeeze the juice from the whole world…..Russia, China, the other BRICS etc…..and have been using Islam as the catalyst to trigger a world war (crisis) allowing for massive changes to take place.

Globalism is replacing Statism……and the backlash against that was why Trump was elected (could you imagine Cankles right now). But the Statists see this as a temporary setback….and have been aggressively attacking Trump on all fronts……hoping he will crack just once and then they own him.

If DJT does launch in Syria on this obvious false flag…….well his presidency is over and its very ugly for awhile……But I have faith in collection of natural rights we recognized in 1789, the supremacy of the individual and freedom…..which is short supply right now.
