If anyone was baffled as to why Blue shitholes want to pump themselves full of illegals, it is to steal congressional seats from other states. There are probably already districts with fewer legal voters than the number of illegal squatters.
They would freak, but we should count only citizens, or at a minimum do the old 3/5th’s for an illegal alien.
Every one of us is being fuqued silly by congressional districts based on population as opposed to number of citizens.

it doesn’t take but a few thousand votes to change the outcome in many districts that have low population–

You’re assuming the IQ85 and the IQ130 vote against each other.
That’s a dangerous assumption to make, as is which side the two are on in the first place.
