Of course they can’t get fired. Has anyone see the mess of regulations that are involved in the hiring/firing of any employee, much less one with Civil Service/Federal Employees Union/military industrial complex connection?

I will try to go get a few of the regulations I dealt with regarding this issue.

Off the top of my head, there is a doctrine called “Past Practice” used by the unions to get additional benefits and monies (unions do nothing unless it garners the union money) for the union members. The Past Practice doctrine goes something like this:

The federal employee/union member/civil servant has been coming in at 7 and leaving at 3 to fulfill his/her 8 hour workday, when the office hours are actually 8 to 4. Well, the supervisor has to find someone to cover that one hour window from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. because the employee can claim Past Practice as part of his/her unwritten contract, meaning the supervisor only thought he had an employee from 8 to 4. The real shift according to Past Practice is 7 to 3.

Now, it isn’t always that cut and dried, nor would that argument win without additional documentation and other “witnesses” to say they also enjoyed flexible hours. But, I saw it work through a couple of nasty union CBA (collective bargaining agreements) negotiations. The company was running scared by the time the union got finished with them

if you ever worked for a local, state, or federal, you know that all your co-workers are the flunkies, the not smart, the lazy types, who show up, but then do nothing types. they are one step above the people of walmart, and one step below you.
they are the reason why bureaucracies exist.

The ONLY way to not have to worry about government is to not have one. Short of that, it must have SO LITTLE POWER over anyone and everyone, that there is nothing to fear from them. The entire point of the Constitution was to define a massively limited federal government that had virtually NO power over the states and that handled ONLY national affairs and foreign matters. But we see how little good a piece of paper does in limiting the crimes of man. Just shut it ALL down. Private enterprise can easily pick up the slack.

Private enterprise can be and many times is corrupt, too.

And consumers have a choice NOT to patronize a private business, patronize a competing business, or start their own (free of government protectionism of the industry of course – as we have today).

The Cycle: Enshrine freedom in a new territory, wealth grows explosively. The usual grifters and con men show up as Men Pretending To Be A Government, and promise utopia based on stealing a “only a small” percentage of that wealth. They grow and multiply like weeds because everybody and their wife likes something for nothing. Which soon becomes nothing for something as money is printed to pay for those promises, freedom declines and regular people have to ask permission to live, from those MPTBAGs.

The Takers overpower the Makers, the parasites kill the host, and collapse back to frontier living *where we don’t need to ask permission* may be needed to restart freedom. After all, who here is willing to give up their SSA to get a just little more freedom? Looks like freedom and slavery are mutually exclusive in the long run. Enjoy the Endarkenment …

“limited federal government that had virtually NO power over the states….:
But See: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.” (Article VI, US Constitution)

This second installment, much like the first, seems like a giant “so what?” to me. What they uncover is disturbing, but it’s a small number of low-level people. I’d be shocked if any government had no one among millions of civil servants who don’t like the political leadership and work against it. I was hoping that this series would implicate people at or near the top of these departments–the Comeys, Rosensteins, and so on. Who cares if Joe Blow deep down in the bowls of the Health Department is doing something else on company time? Hell, he’d probably do less damage to the country if he did non-government business. If the series doesn’t uncover something juicy soon, people will give up on it.

Big disagreement. That stunt at the Mexican restaurant against the DHS secretary has been played on the news over and over since it happened. The protests outside people’s houses the same. All these attacks on people in their private lives is all orchestrated by these same commieass bastards and they are using the resources we provide through taxes to do it. They are stealing from every one of us. They violate people’s rights and muzzle free expression and ability to travel unmolested. You have no idea whether one of these little “nobody’s” is the next Stalin or Pol Pot.

To do list: Win in Nov, build the Wall, get out of Syria, nail the Deep State Coup asses to the Wall, jail Harpy.

Given that NEITHER of the only two parties that anyone ever votes for will EVER follow through on ANY of those actions (beyond winning in Nov.), it hardly seems likely….or even possible.

Trump would a 2 term, 10 best president list winner, in spite of the SJW Socialist historians.
I pray that Sessions is going to unmask the greatest criminal enterprise in US history. However, I am still praying at this point. If he doesn’t, I hope he meets McStain in h*ll.

I dealt with clowns like this as a project manager in the Army, contractor in and around the national capitol region and as a “staffer”. These “employees” have carefully studied the rules, regulations, department procedures and work harder to get out of work than they do when actually working. When Clinton took over in January of 1993 the rules began changing albeit slowly and imperceptibly at first. They hired individuals that would “go along to get along” versus the best. Many young promising kids “unassed” the FED CIV SERV for the commercial sector as they could not deal with the staff members sleeping at their desks or running their weekend real estate businesses on government computers. Bottom line if a “hard charger” showed up and took over a staff section the would go into the “wait out mode” as the hard charger would be gone before they would.

Bottom line when you combine lazy criminals like this along with many slots for race, culture, gender and environmental billets the government and the tax payer is getting screwed royally for getting absolutely nothing done in the actual business of running, administering and managing the governments business……

The FED CIV SERV needs to be “at will” employment in that if you fail at your assignment then you are gone…..no 25 pounds of paper and multiple reviews to determine if you really are this fouled up….walked to the door with your clearance pulled with no recourse……

Another important factor is returning the supervisor to his or her position as “in charge” of the staff section and not just signing time cards and baby sitting the little bastards. No more runnin for the parking lot at the first snowflake in winter or “59minutes” to unleash the clowns to beat the traffic on holiday Fridays.

Real or limited hangout?

After reading the Miles Mathis article on the Bundy Ranch (made for TV) Standoff Scam, you’ll never *not* question a source or a spectacle again.

Almost all kikes, and we just passed a “mandatory minimum” $38B to Rothschild’s Minions in Israel. This comment would get me thrown in prison in Germany, France or the UK. Where being white is almost illegal, thanks to kikes.

Debt. Degeneracy. Division. The sons of David are cocksuckers, which makes sense, when you look at Amy Schumer and the rest of their women. Matter of facts, kikes are 4x more likely to be queer, than Christians.

Expelled 109 times. Lets go for #110. Let the pogroms begin…

Yes, its all quite disturbing. And like spoiled dogs and horses, they all turn on the hand that feeds them eventually.
