I don’t find tattoos attractive one way or the other, but seriously, why do blacks, especially ones with darker skin, get so damn many?? You can’t even see them. And they cost a lot of money! At least on less pigmented skin, the artwork is clearly visible, as are the colors, and can be appreciated for all the money spent, etc. (if you are into those things).
