Question: Trump had ZERO (less than zero, if possible) foreign policy experience AND probably didn’t even have one iota of knowledge in military matters when he became POTUS. As such, I am TOTALLY convinced that Trump’s advisors (such as Bolton the Dolt) AND the military Chiefs control Trump.
Keep in mind that more than a few military Chiefs since WWII have wanted to seriously nuke various so-called enemies of America. Therefore, the likelihood of a nuke war — even if it is still small — increases exponentially under a Trump administration.
Trump says aloud,
“And they think I chose to wear this ‘red’ tie on my own because I’m Dotard n Chief?”
The DEEP STATE controls BOTH.
Mr Liberty, it seems to me the phrase Deep State references elements of the United States government and associated cling on’s. In light of this I tend to disagree with your position, whomever or whatever “controls BOTH” is on a higher plane than the Deep State, decidedly more international and less U.S.
The Cabal is a term floated often to describe this international group, older than even the United States.

Trump commands the US Military; the Deep State normally commands the POTUS but I think Trump has a mind of his own and the Deep State has been trying to get rid of him short of murder, so far.

I believe elements of the Military reached out to Trump, they have had enough.
Technically, Trump controls them on paper.
Trump would be dead with out their support.
Synergy, brought about by a common enemy and unified goal, is how I would describe the relationship at the highest levels.
That said, the relationship is missing a financial component, that I do not have a comfortable understanding of at this point.
