You see coyotes out in the daytime when the pickin’s are thin. I took a few days vacation to hunt during the daytime. I bagged a couple of coffee cup clutching pajama boys and one lonesome dove in Dallas yesterday.
I keep a box of #4 Buckshot near the front door just for these varmints, We have a pack in the neighborhood and the alpha is the biggest I have ever seen. He is at least 50 pounds and looks like a hyena. I will have him mounted should I “harvest” his nasty arse.

A pack of 4 coyotes killed one dog and maimed another this week here in southern NH. If I see any while sitting in my deer blind, they get a .308 through the shoulder.

Just like in The Fugitive, the final episode of the Roadrunner was when Wile E. finally got his bird. What a heartwarming Thanksgiving meal that was.
