Earlier this month, we reported that Baltimore was dubbed the ‘most robbed’ city in America, and also mentioned its population continues to collapse.

On a per capita basis, the city has the highest rate of homicides per 100,000 in the country. With the local economy basically a black market, gangs roam the streets like a third world country.”
Now there is new data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s annual population that has confirmed our thoughts: Baltimore is descending into chaos as a mass exodus of its residents is currently underway.
Government data showed the city lost 7,346 people, or 1.2% of its population, during the 12 months that ended July 1, 2018, reported The Baltimore Sun.
The exodus, which puts Baltimore’s population at 602,495 as of July 1, 2018, is one of the biggest losses the city has seen since 2001.
Census data showed domestic migration was the primary reason behind Baltimore’s annual population decline. Between July 2017 and July 2018, the city lost 10,000 residents who fled to surrounding counties or other states.
Baltimore officials will never admit it, but the primary reason for the recent acceleration in population decline is due to the 2015 Baltimore Riots.
The Census said international migration added almost 2,000 new residents to Baltimore from abroad, including military personnel, students, and immigrants. Government data showed the natural increase in the population was about 1,037.
International migration has added 22,575 residents statewide, which was greater than the natural population increase of 19,845 and partially offset domestic population loss of 24,518. As a whole, Maryland added just 17,827 residents over the year, a less than 0.3% increase, bringing its population to 6,042,718.
Since 2010, Baltimore has seen 18,500 residents flee the city, or 3% of its population, while the counties that surround the region have gained tremendous population.
The overall trend for Baltimore is down. In the mid-1950s, Baltimore was America’s sixth most populous city, with more than 900,000 residents.
The city was one of the beating industrial hearts of America for decades, but since de-industrialization started in the 1970s to the present date, the city teeters on the edge of collapse.
Case studies are currently being written about the failures of Baltimore. The goal of the nation, the goal of “Make America Great Again” should be understanding how to solve Baltimore’s problems before the city collapses, could be used as a blueprint in fixing inner cities across the country.
Time is ticking, Baltimore is running out of time.

I grew up with a front row seat to Baltimore’s downfall . My parents moved to suburb Baltimore county when I was 2 but the elders in the family lived worked and owned and operated successful businesses in the city . The riots by the blacks in the sixties cured the family of investing any more time and effort in the city and at the proper time sold all of it off , a shop that did truck & bus repair for commercial , city and private entities a bowling alley a barbecue stand and a twin kiss drive in .
As the city government and population went dark and big industry and government colluded with the circle jerk of Wall Street to K-Street to Capitol Street . That collusion created a 500 plus % income increase for the Circle Jerk players and blue collar jobs with high wages and benefits evaporated and the city turned to shit !
The Baltimore school system was the pinnacle of public school systems till it went dark .

Here is the reality. Blacks move in next door. White, or red, or brown folk say fuck that, I am leaving, and they do. So, in that vacant house, it is far more likely that only a black will move in, if anyone. Rinse and repeat, 800,000 to 1.6 million times like in Detroit, which went from 1.6 million whites to zero whites and 800,000 blacks.
There are some wonderful black families. I have known some. But the odds when viewing blacks as a group mean that living among blacks means more crime, more poverty, more broken or single parent homes, and lower educational standards.
And whites, smart browns and reds say screw that, we are out of here.
The result is an area of falling population, higher crime, lower levels of population, lower tax take, lower average income, lower levels if education, etc.
Seriously, who would voluntarily live around large numbers of blacks given the odds that you would be caught up in all the crime, poverty, etc.? Those are the realities. The idea that it is racist to move away from that shit is absurd. It is not racist, it is reality. Even smart, well educated blacks will not live around lots of other blacks.

Once vibrant communities are all worthless shitholes with small enclaves of prosperity . In the shadows of that prosperity at every major intersection are beggars panhandlers homeless and of course the ever expanding gang of squeegee kids many that either should be in school and still many more at an age where they should be working full time or in college .
The city survives on section 8 vouchers because land lords collect astronomical rents and pay the high city taxes on property . Add the culture of the black population and that’s it the city is finished . There is no fix for sub species of people that have no responsibility or accountability for their disgusting actions on display in public
