I told people a month ago- Biden can’t help himself in this regard. Try as he might, that desire to get the hands right under the breasts is a sexual fetish for him and he can’t stop it. It is why perverts who like to publicly expose themselves keep doing it, even after being arrested 5 times. It just gets worse as he gets older- whatever self control he had 25 years ago is a lot less today.
