Meatballs ,was thinking about you last night as I drove through the night looking up at all the Stars ( Angels ) in God’s Firmament. Hey knuckleheads , get on the internet (YouTube ) and see what the Stars really look like. It’s almost like they are alive. The planets are stars. See what Mars or Venus or Jupiter really look like. Everything NASA has ever showed us are lies.

It’s Magna Cum Laude Stupid Liberal Democrat thinking because it is extremely inefficient to go from diesel energy to electrical current to storage batteries to DC motors to propel the car. This probably takes four to eight times the amount of diesel to run the generators as it would take gas to move the cars from A to B.
Not to mention the cost and pollution of the truck that has to deliver and refill the diesel for the generator.
During the last big hurricane in Florida I saw a picture of a guy in a Tesla towing a small trailer with a generator on it heading north. Folks found out when it is time to get out of Dodge there is no convenient or sure way to recharge before you get away from the danger zone. You couldn’t give me one of those stupid things.

It’s called a hybrid Prius, idiot.
And diesel fuel is even better. Much more latent heat in a gallon of diesel vs gasoline. Diesel engines are much more fuel efficient too because they use higher compression ratios to create the heat to light the fuel without a spark. Their one down-side is they smoke a little.
All the electric car pushers don’t talk about the cost of charging or the draw on our grid. I think Prius are decent versions of an electric car. Having a diesel charging engine would make even more sense.
Our hybrid Prius runs on gas and has a small generator fed by braking that recharges the battery. It typically averages over 40-plus miles per gallon and I’ve exceeded that on occasion, sometimes going 50-plus. Doing 60-65mph on a flat road for long periods helps and we’ve made multiple trips from NJ-Vermont on less than one tank of gas. We fill up before hitting Pico Mountain and points north because the hills are a real PITA – it’s ski country.
I drove a VW Rabbit diesel (not a hybrid) for a short while. It routinely averaged 50 mpg.
And yet the war on high MPG, low emission, diesel cars continues.
Because the socialists and Greens have the idiots convinced batteries can run the transportation economy. Natural gas is plentiful and requires some pressurization/modification of internal combustion engines while being economical, but that isn’t relevant to idiots bent on wrecking the gas/oil/ manufacturing industry.
They’re wrong, and even AOC’s campaign manager admitted the “Green Deal” was never about the environment it was all about changing (wrecking) the contemporary capital economy.
