When I take night sky photos and I keep the shutter speed around 25 seconds or less with a 14mm lens I’ll get sharp stars without motion blur in the corners.
If I keep the shutter open 60 seconds and longer you’ll get star trails in the entire frame.
To get an image of deep space or comets etc, you need a star tracker, which is a way to automatically track your subject and it will move the camera or telescope to keep the image sharp for a long exposure by matching the rotation of the earth and eliminating star trails. So you could keep the shutter open for an hour or more and the stars or your object would be sharp with no “trailing”
What they did here is use a star tracker while they kept the horizon in the frame so the milkyway and other stars remain stationary while showing the rotation of the blue ball.
It’s pretty cool really.

Any good telescope with photograph/video capabilities can do this (and that you have properly set up)- just unusual to see part of the Earth in the video field- usually all you see is the part of the sky you have it pointed at.
