My generation grew up drinking out of glasses with Foghorn Leghorn and a fucking bomb on it. There was no time for us to get triggered; we had too much dangerous shit waiting outside to do. pic.twitter.com/V5U7R0QpTc

It is my sincere desire to provide readers of this site with the best unbiased information available, and a forum where it can be discussed openly, as our Founders intended. But it is not easy nor inexpensive to do so, especially when those who wish to prevent us from making the truth known, attack us without mercy on all fronts on a daily basis. So each time you visit the site, I would ask that you consider the value that you receive and have received from The Burning Platform and the community of which you are a vital part. I can't do it all alone, and I need your help and support to keep it alive. Please consider contributing an amount commensurate to the value that you receive from this site and community, or even by becoming a sustaining supporter through periodic contributions. That Foghorn used to abuse that dog something awful and call him boy.
I grew up on all of that.

Do children still have the right to watch that Warner Bros Bugs Bunny stuff?
Speedy Gonzales was one heck of a Mexican mouse. Bet he’d be a member of MeCha and want a liberated Atzlan today.
Those were the good old day for sure.
Love it. Can you even fathom the below toons being created by a Millennial? Pussies.
Anyone remember the Jelly glasses?
we had a bunch of those jelly glasses in our house–
Grape and apple
Yup.
My favorite character of all time was Slowpoke Rodriguez. He is the cousin of Speedy Gonzalez.
During one episode Slowpoke got caught by Jose the Street Cat on his way to Speedy’s house. Old Slowpoke kept moseying along and Jose cornered him – for all of about five seconds.
Slowpoke didn’t need to be fast because he carried a big-ass revolver, which he then pulled on Jose. It’s the sort of stuff you’ll NEVER see on network TV anymore as the snowflakes would immediately crap a cow from witnessing stereotyping and gun violence.
LOL I remember him. Tom and Jerry will always be my favorite, but man they don’t make quality cartoons like this anymore. I remember Mel Blanc on Letterman talking about the hour long special with Looney Tunes…the one where Daffy jumped on the genie to get him back in the lamp. Blanc said it took months to make that episode. I believe that was when they drew every cel.
He had a gun. I need a safe room
great meme.
“Subversion for thee, not for me. “
– some communist POS
In the sixties we routinely had to watch the old “Duck & Cover” nuke blast videos in elementary school.
Good times…..
