FIND THE CAMEL

Alzheimer’s is rampant throughout my family. My father, uncles and aunts on both sides have died from it. My brother sent me this. Supposedly, if you can find the camel in the picture, your chances of getting Alzheimer’s is lower. I couldn’t find the camel. My brother and sister found it quickly. Looks like I’m a goner. 🙁

Me too! All the more reason to stock up on a few Easter eggs to hide so we can find them. We only need one friend with the same issues so we can make new friends every moment of the day. Cheers!

Yes, yes, but did you find the lines stating:

“this illustration brought to you by the makers of select pharmaceuticals used to treat alzheimer’s”

And

“Pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, nuclear testing, genetic modification, nuclear meltdowns, copper/lead water pipes, depleted uranium, and ionizing radiation should be ignored”

Those jumped out at me right away and then I didn’t even bother looking for a camel.

If you’re serious, I’m sorry to hear that.

Eat a shitload of Salmon weekly, the best you can find.

No fucking statins whatsoever, and no prescriptions if possible.

Now, you might have early Alzheimers if you believe cutouts Snowden and James O’Keefe/Project Vertias are legit whistle blowers!

I looked twice. Didn’t see it and moved on. I don’t think there is a camel. Is the point of the exercise is to see if you’ll go nuts worrying that Alzheimer’s is in your future because you can’t find the camel? BTW, Alzheimer’s isn’t a problem for the patient, it’s for those who have to care for the patient.

The camel is small, flat, and monochrome, in contrast to most of the other animals in the picture, and it separates three other illustrations with a very similar color, making it appear to the casual eye as simply background. I really doubt that this is a reliable indicator of future Alzheimer’s.

Thanks for the clue! Once I started looking between the pics as indicated, 5 seconds is all it took. Of course, it had taken me 3 minutes before I scrolled down to the comments to see if anybody got it. It took me a lot longer to spot the moose in Paula’s picture.

I didn’t see it till it was pointed out to me. There is no history whatever of Alzheimer’s in my family. I’m just hopeless at picking out details. Decades ago when my new wife was about to move into my apartment, where I’d been living for a year, she told me the wallpaper in the bathroom had to go, and I said, “What wallpaper?”

Since I found it I hope like hell it is extremely predictive.

Alzheimers is strongly correlated with peritonitis. How is your dental health?? Also, there has been a very recent finding in the UK where the brain of alzheimers patients was subjected to electromagnetic waves, it has been discovered that these waves do break up the tau proteins clogging the brains transmitter pathways. The patients who underwent the therapy regained memory and reversed symptoms.

Pylot,
That’s periodontitis. And you are correct. You must use an oral irrigator once a day to flush bacteria from UNDER the gums. Within 72 hours the oral bacterial flora shifts from gram positive aerobes to gram negative anaerobes, motile rods and spirochetes. The later being harmful but easily removed. After 72 hours they start to turn into bacterial condominiums called calculus or better known as tartar and is difficult to impossible to remove by yourself. IRRIGATE DAILY!!!

umm, if you have peritonitis then the least of your worries is alzheimers.

Didn’t expect the camel to be cream/beige color. Fun to see all the animals. Well done!

I’m never very good at these kinds of tests, and I don’t know of anyone in my very large family who died of Alzheimer’s disease. My grandparent’s generation were all old country, and raised in a still largely oral culture, which may have helped. I had a pint one time with a great uncle in his eighties, and he recited from memory a poem that would have gone pages long. I think people’s memories are not as good today, since technology has made things easier. With cell phones, who has to remember even a phone number anymore? Like most diseases, I’m guessing that Altzheimer’s is caused by a combination of genetic predisposition and lifestyle.
