I think these pseudo-journalists just change the term from juveniles, to teens, to youths for every other story. We must be politically correct and not tell the truth.
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police say a group of approximately 200 juveniles caused a disruption in Northeast Philadelphia Monday night. In total, police say four arrests were made — one for vandalism and three for disorderly conduct.
According to police, the juveniles left the Rolling Thunder Skating Rink in the city’s Castor section before heading out on Roosevelt Boulevard.
Police say several businesses were closed down due to the crowds. The Wawa at Tyson Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard and a McDonald’s at Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard were both shuttered.
Police were on scene trying to disperse the large crowd Monday night.
No injuries have been reported.

The shop where my wife works in a small town, had a very minor incident, a teenage (black) was skate boarding where he shouldn’t, when confronted, told the 60 year old female shop owner to f*ck herself, and shot her dual birds and kept going. I witnessed this first hand. Luckily, half a block down a police officer (white) stopped him. The parents showed up, (white but dressed very ghetto / gangster). The shop owner asked me if she should go talk to the policeman, I said no, the black kid was raised to behave the way he did. The parents could get physical.
The mob of black teenagers ARE raised to act this way.
The way they are raised is just part of it. Their fundamental nature is the biggest part of the problem. Look at the way they function in Africa-same as here. It is not just a difference in IQ levels; their temperament is different from ours. Look at Kaepernick-he was taught mainstream (European White) values by his adoptive parents, but he reverted to type. Judging from appearance, Kaepernick is only about 1/16 Bantu, but that is apparently just enough to cause him to act like an entitled, unappreciative Bantu.
The black kid’s parents showed up and they were white? That’s a tad odd…no?
