Putting aside the incredibly poor judgment of allowing an emotionally fragile teenage girl to be thrust front and center into one of the most contentious political issues of our time, I cannot help but notice the complete absence of joy or happiness in any of her appearances.
What kind of parent could possibly feel good about their choices when they look at her face? It’s heartbreaking.
