When a law enforcement elected or appointed official puts government reps on notice that he will not allow enforcement of unconstitutional laws upon the people he is oath and honor bound to protect and defend that says a great deal . Let’s hope there will be as much action behind his words !
Look closer, NC is solid purple……mostly from NYC shipping their low/no income here (look it up, bus ticket and 3-6 months free rent). All of the counties around Mecklenburg have passed similar laws, unfortunately all the libtards in greater Meck outnumber the saner outlying areas. Don’t even get me started on the Raleigh area.
There are getting to be less and less safe areas to move to in this country.
FWIW, lessons learned from Virginia.
It was good to see large numbers of peaceful 2A Americans gathering to express their opinions.
It was bad to see the MSM attempt to still portray them as white supremacists. It was worse to see the Virginia government turn a deaf ear to the crowd and not miss a beat in furthering their anti 2A agenda.
Take away. There is no protesting your way out of this. Minds will not be changed. Look for plan B’s based on these observations.

I have stood in public and once in a serious confrontation against Antifa with the TEA Party, the Oath Keepers, the Proud Boys, The Virginia Citizens Defense League, last but certainly not least I hope to stand with my County Sheriff…if he forms a Posse in our County and accepts an old retread Grunt with a pocket Bible, a pocket Constitution, an M1A, and a .45 who is kitted up and ready to stand or fall if it comes to a fight for what is left of our freedom and liberty, as a Posse Deputy.
