Brewer thank you posting that!

There many here who could stand to read it and I’ll leave it at that..

I really liked this bit…

However, COVID-19 has not been associated with pediatric illness anywhere. Not China, South Korea, Italy, or Spain. So on March 29 when BuzzFeed.News and an Illinois paper, The Guardian, led with the headline “The First Infant Has Died In The US After Testing Positive For The Coronavirus,” it caught our attention. The article goes on to say the infant’s death was announced by Governor JB Pritzker and, depending on which article you read, either Pritzker, or Dr. Ngozi Ezike, director of the Illinois Department of Public Health, said: “If you haven’t been paying attention (to COVID-19), maybe this is your wake-up call.” On April 2, CBS News reported Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont had announced “It is with heartbreaking sadness today that we can confirm the first pediatric fatality in Connecticut linked to COVID-19.” He went on to say it was likely one of the youngest deaths from the disease “anywhere.”
The problem is neither death has actually been attributed to COVID-19. On April 3, the Hartford Courant correctly clarified that all patients who die in Connecticut hospitals were being tested for the virus, regardless of manner of death, and that Connecticut’s Chief Medical Examiner had not ruled COVID-19 to be the infant’s cause of death. Just yesterday, April 18, NBC 5 Chicago reported Chicago Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Allison Arwady said it is preliminarily believed the infant in Illinois did not die from coronavirus.

I wonder what the rebuttal will be to this from Mr. Peak Prosperity…

The old saying about idle hands is quite true. I wonder how the millions of other healthcare personel out of work regard this, or the millions of people who cant get needed surgeries/health care done bc of this insane overhype feel? Sadly, this kind of idiotic behavior only feeds the “Grapes of Wrath” sequel that is coming….

I was trying to figure out if that is a real hospital employee lounge. It looks like it probably is.

Do you know where that picture came from? Since they have so much time on their hands, maybe they should do something useful like challenging the narrative. Otherwise they may all be out of a job sooner than they think.

One should judge organizations by what the do not what they say in their fluff PR news. Case in point, a Denver hospital is asking staff to take unpaid leave to cut costs while at the same time paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in bonus to administrators. The CEO makes almost a million a year and took in the max bonus.

Speaking of the money end of this whole shitstorm … it was reported about 4 weeks ago that there is a strong incentive for hospitals to show the wu-flu as the cause of death on a death certificate … the Feds (i.e., we taxpayers) pay the hospital $13,000 if someone dies there of any cause during this ‘pandemic; — but it pays the hospital $39,000 if the cause of death is attributed to the wu-flu …

Fake number$, anyone?

There is a script here, it follows the usual scripts for pushing propaganda. In some versions of the script, when the enemy is a muslim terrorist, then the heroes are the military. 9-11 the heroes were firemen and now….the ‘heroes’ are the medical ‘professionals’ battling on the front lines.

Or something like that. I get the feeling these photos and videos of ‘medical professionals’ are staged, most medical professionals I’ve run into are often fat, out of shape and not real literate as to staging a set from DaVinci’s Last Supper mural.

I agre about being staged. Somethings rotten in Denmark. As a professional ER and ICU patient, they just aren’t the type who would agree to stage a picture like that or dance in the halls in a mocking way. At least not in small town America.
I see it as just another seed of resentment being sewn for Nefarious reasons.

I agree with Brewski’s point that we should lighten up. We have also seen videos of Chinese workers defiling hospital masks. You can’t believe everything you see online. What proof do we have that people wearing scrubs are necessarily medical workers?

Anyway, they are parodying a painting by Leonardo da Vinci. The only folks who would really be offended are those who cross themselves and kneel before a painting of a blond, blue-eyed Jesus. It’s a painting based not on actual events but an imagined scene based on the bible story of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

But why would they do that, what is the message? That one of them would betray another and all of them would scatter afterward? That is hardly a timely message.

Are they all Jews or celebrating
a ceremonial feast? Are they a group of disciples following a particular teacher who promises to show them a new way to salvation from ‘the enemy of mankind’ – covid-19?

Are they simply art students who like da Vinci and thought hospital scrubs would make a timely update to scriptural robes? I don’t see people getting the red ass about cartoonists using and reusing the photo of marines raising the flag on Iwo Jima over and over for various modern incidents.

In my mind, a hero is someone who does something great when they are not required. Such as a bystander who saves someones life. If it is your job to work in a hospital and save a life, you just better be good at your job.

I have had quite enough of health care workers being touted as “heroes” for doing their jobs during the corona virus problem. I was always under the impression that doctors, nurses and others in the health field were aware of the fact that they might encounter sick people in their chosen career. Now, I have as much respect as anybody for those who do hazardous work under difficult conditions. Power company linemen come to mind. That said, the media push to turn these people into icons of self-sacrifice is more than faintly ridiculous. I was especially angered to see these masked, scrub-suited narcissists standing the road, arms crossed, blocking a parade of cars protesting the so-called “lock down” of America. It seems that these heroes have time to interfere with the rights of citizens to peaceably protest. Perhaps they not as “overwhelmed” as they claim, eh? In fact, not a single hospital in America has been “overwhelmed”. Busy, sure, but overwhelmed? Hardly. A couple of weeks ago a saw a disgusting video on TV of some affirmative action “surgeon” (apologies to Dr. Carson) doing something called a “Tik Toc” dance with a white nurse. You could almost see the slobber dripping from his mouth.. I saw this fool again today. Now he is the “Singing Surgeon”. warbling some long forgotten pop song. Turns out he is a Haitian, now doubt an illegal immigrant amnestied in some fashion, who took a spot in a medical school from a deserving American kid. Admin now treats us to these idiots imaginign themselves as Jesus at the Last Supper!
Fortunately summer is coming on and this entire farce is going to fade away like a fart in whirlwind. Unfortunately the hysterical overreaction has destroyed lives, dreams, jobs, future and small businesses that took years of struggle and heartbreak to create. Fuck Fauci, fuck Bill Gates, and fuck that Ethiopian at the WHO.

It should warm the cockles of your heart to learn that during this lockdown, Kanye gathered up his receipts and sent copies to Forbes to prove he is now a Biyonair. Hmm, first Kylie then Kanye.

The family is charmed or something. This is the guy who was once tapping Zuck for a loan of $1B. That must be proof that if you don’t give free money to folks, they go out and make it on their own.

Sage – My Dad was a power company lineman and while I thought he was a hero, he would tell you he was only doing his job, just like the Dr. & nurses in today’s plandemic.

Probably the most heroic thing he ever did was to knock his partner out of a live circuit, saving his life.

The hospital that I work at is super slow. The normal census is around 650. Currently its around 450. There are no elective surgeries and no tourists. Also people are not being admitted for the usual minor stuff either. There are only 10 to 15 COVID patients hospitalized, and only a few of those are on a ventilator.

At best, the lockdowns are an overreaction, and at worst a cover for the collapse of the financial bubble. People seem to forget that the Feds had to backstop the Repo market late last year.

As far as I am concerned, politicians don’t have the skills to run a lemonade stand.
