America Doesn’t Have A Justice System Anymore

The good news is that you might get out of future jury duty, because when you are asked under oath about your own biases during a federal criminal case jury selection you would have to answer honestly by responding, “Your Honor, I don’t trust a damn thing anyone in the FBI says.”

If the heirs of Efrem Zimbalist, Jr., were to go up on the stand and testify, the recent disgraceful revelations about how their bosses tried to frame LTG Mike Flynn mean you would be entirely correct to grant them the same credibility as the dude caught wearing a black cape, a Lone Ranger mask, and a nametag that says “Willie Sutton” while tip-toeing out of First National carrying a big sack with a dollar sign on it as the alarm goes off.

Oh, and if an FBI agent asks if he can ask you some questions, try not to burst into laughter before you reply, “No, I assert my right to remain silent” and call your lawyer.

And this sorry state of affairs is all the FBI’s fault.

Every bit of it. At one time it was the pride of American law enforcement, a symbol of integrity, honesty and incredible courage under fire. But now when we think of the FBI in “action,” we think of a couple dozen special agents decked out in full Delta Farce chic dragging an elderly gadfly out of bed in his PJs after making sure to tip-off CNN that this high-risk op was about to go down.

Way to go, guys.

The FBI had an incredible legacy of honor and respect and took a giant Schiff on it.

Much like only socialism could make an island full of Cubans poor, or the Golden State a hellhole, only the choice of the liberal FBI leadership to go all in on using the power we entrusted them with to instead do the dirty work of the Democratic establishment could wreck the legacy of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Good job. Right now, J. Edgar Hoover is wrapped in a sleek black cocktail dress, turning over in his grave.

It’s all falling apart, the result of the dogged untangling of this abomination by super-lawyer Sidney Powell and a few actual journalists who have pieced together this grotesque conspiracy. Comey’s FBI decided that they didn’t like the American people’s choice for president so they lied and cheated to spy on him and his campaign, collaborated to spray him and his administration with a golden shower of lies that they knew were lies, and then, when all that failed, decided to try to set-up an innocent man to be fired or tossed in prison for the crime of being in the opposite political camp.

My favorite part is how those bastards were so arrogant that they wrote all this down, like a Bond villain who casually explains his entire plan to 007 because he’s positive that the spy is just moments away from being taken away and killed by his henchmen. And it worked out just as well in real life.

Until Attorney General Barr forced them too, the FBI hid the FBI document that said the FBI was trying to set him up even though the Constitution requires that any potentially exculpatory evidence be turned over to the accused. But hey, I guess laws and rules and stuff only exist to be used against the enemies of the elite and its agents. For the elite, they are mere guidelines. And, of course, when they break them it is no biggie. That looming doofus James Comey handed off classified material to his pals to leak to the media. You’d go to jail, but he gets tongue-bathed by the lib media. Andrew McCabe chooses to lie again and again in an investigation. Oh well, the IG is going to write a stinging report about his naughtiness. That’ll teach him. Telling lies under oath to the FISA court? Don’t do it again *wink wink*.

But those guys are special. You and the people who agree with you politically aren’t. That’s why the FBI leadership conspired to maneuver LTG Flynn into a crime that isn’t a crime – “perjury” is a crime only if the statement is material to an investigation of a crime and here there was admittedly no crime to investigate – and why they insist that he’s got to do time. Who cares if he is a 33-year veteran of our nation’s wars? LTG Flynn should have guaranteed himself immunity by being a skeevy bureaucratic hack or an illegal alien.

And let’s not forget the crimes of the Mueller gang, that team of consummate pros that we were dutifully informed by the rump-bussing media was made up of the bestest and the brightest of American law enforcement. It was not bad enough that they threatened to prosecute of LTG Flynn’s son on false charges to coerce a guilty plea and cooperation again Trump, et. al. No, they then hid the fact that they made this promise to LTG Flynn by not putting it in the plea agreement as mandated by law. That way, as honest ex-prosecutor Andrew McCarthy figured out, they ensured that when they put LTG Flynn up to testify against a someone from Trumpworld, maybe even the president himself, the jury would never know the real reason LTG Flynn pleaded guilty – that he was forced to protect his family from false charges. They did this intending to lie to future juries.

For us, this would be obstruction of justice and other crimes. For them, it will be nothing. The liberal elite will celebrate their aggressive protection of the elite status quo, the garbage media will nod in approval at their innovative dissident-removal strategy, and they will never, ever be prosecuted.

Sorry folks, none of them will ever see a day in jail. I hope I am wrong. I hope William Barr and John “Mind Flayer” Durham will see that these criminals are prosecuted for these outrageous crimes. But I don’t believe it will happen. Our justice system is really two justice systems, one for them and one for us, which means that we have no justice system at all.

That’s more than just galling. It’s poisonous. A free society cannot exist like this long and remain a free society. These people, who we trusted with the most solemn of duties, betrayed their oaths and betrayed us for grubby political advantage. This was not done for some higher purpose. It was not some misguided pursuit of justice by frustrated public servants who were willing to bend some rules to right some wrongs. These people were serving only themselves and their self-interest, hoping that when they brought down the Republican administration the American people elected, they would personally benefit from the largesse of the Democratic administration that replaced it.

They are worse than the gangsters the FBI became famous chasing. These disgraces, who frame political opponents, pretended to be public servants upholding their oaths while their criminal treachery served only their cheesy ambition. At least Willie Sutton was honest enough to admit (perhaps apocryphally) that he robbed banks because “That’s where the money is.”

Using Hillary as an example, she has committed the most egregious crimes for 40 years and she is somehow revered, even running for the Presidency. OMFG, what a country.
George Carlin warned us all.

Had to thumbs down.

You’re agreeing with the TITLE of Sphincter’s article, not its content.

The title is just a statement that’s been entirely true for almost two decades, and partly true prior to that.

His article and argument have nothing to do with the doubly-misnamed “Justice System” (it’s not a system, and has nothing to do with justice except occasionally and accidentally).

The article only has to do with his butt-hurt that the long-standing lack of a system of justice has impacted his God-Emperor.

I know, the title is obvious truth. But Sphincter’s article is just whining that the long-standing lack of a system of justice has hurt his idol/god.

THere is only one way to get the rot out of our government, and that necessarily involves the unceremonious application of lead to skulls and hemp to necks. N more pretense at justice or fairness or due process. Nope, the only way to get these mutts is to grab all of them, their families as well if needed, and do them in obviously and publicly. No quiet disappearances, or Seth Rich style whodunnit stuff. We are not willing to undertake a housecleaning of this sort, so our suffering at the hands of sociopaths will increase.

Then we turn into the very monsters we are trying to get rid of. Congress needs term limits. They do FAR worse damage than any president, governor, mayor, or FBI hack ever could because they can be elected basically for life, making them far more powerful than any arm of government ever could be. They commit graft, corruption, nepotism, and their tampering knows no bounds.
They commit insider trading and make it legal for themselves to do it.
They sell out their constituency to the highest bidding lobbyist
They appoint idiot spawn to positions of power where those spawn in turn commit more graft, corruption, and nepotism
If congress was limited to 2 terms, much of the corruption would go away, because the “long” game would be out. Real people who actually care and want to make a difference, would get in and do their job and then go home after 8 years, without the siren song of dark money and power twisting them into The Emperor.
And as we can see from Miss Katie Congress, smoke weed and cavort with staffers and then get all pissy like it’s an invasion of their privacy. I personally do not care if someone smokes weed and has sex orgies, but not if you are a member of Congress. What kind of mental defective are you if you are partaking on a regular basis in weed? Sorry folks, but you cannot be high as a kite and make life-altering laws for people. But again, it seems you can, because look at Mayor Marion “crack pipe” Barry.
Or Andrew “naked with meth” Gillum. Poof. Just no more news. I guess it’s ok to be a drunk zombie in a hotel room with drugs and semen everywhere and tell people you were trying to “help” a friend. Sure. Totally believable.
Or my all time favorite, Larry “wide stance” Craig. Raging homophobe caught soliciting sex in a BATHROOM STALL at an AIRPORT.
The list is long. There is apparently no low these people will sink to do what they want. And expect special treatment or cover up.
So if you know, as a lobbyist or other tick on society, that the people you need something from are wretched, vile, crooked, and just plain sociopaths, then it’s easy to get that thing. You both have that knowing wink, side eye, or handshake that says “hey, I know you like sending pictures of your dick to underage girls, or enjoy dabbling in some meth with gay men in Florida, or a high-priced call girl or two on the tax payer’s dime. So let’s stop pretending your all outraged about anything I am asking for, and just tell me what dollar amount I need to write down so we can shake hands and move on with our day”
Once we accept the people who are in charge are worse than a drunken frat party on a Saturday night, then we can all just say “enough” and put some limits on these people, like the corrupt toddlers they are.

Some personalities are just sociopathic and they seek out such opportunities in systems. They will never go away, it is human nature. Good peoples’ only defense is to be ruthless w/ them when found out. Today, that would be a very big job.

Realestatepup, You mean well, and have a (sort of) pleasant belief that voting matters. Wake up and smell the coffee. Do you think that Nancy Pelosi is running anything of significance, or Schumer or McConnell? Did Paul Ryan run anything? Do you think your Governor runs anything much? The governor might, but probably not. Do you really think that changing the sock puppet Rep or Senator is going to change the puppet masters script?

Do you think that SCOTUS decides things on the merit of the facts and pertinent Constitutional references, or that Trump really makes policy? No on all of them, and anyone who does not see it is either ignorant, foolish or too obtuse to be capable of seeing what is right in front of their eyes.

Human nature is the adversary you allude to. The Seven Deadlies have not changed in 10 thousand years, and are no different now. We are just fatter, lazier, and a lot more comfortable in our soft chairs and air conditioning. We have voted free shit to ourselves and partaken of it gladly, all the while feeling at least vaguely uncertain about where it all seemed to come from, maff being hard and all of that. Well, we have run the magnificent machine we had out of lube, out of fuel, shredded the tires, and all the old mechanics are retired or dead. Term limit that, homes.

I will disagree with the proposition that the FBI ever had a positive reputation. I do not remember the year, but about 1955-56, I was teenager listening to my father, a lawyer, discussing a reported FBI investigation currently in the news, when he turned to me and said “The single most dangerous agency in the government is the FBI.” That was in the 1950’s! Later, as a lawyer in my own practice, I had a couple of occasions to interact with the agency, and realized quickly the need to be extremely cautious in any dealing with them.

Even today, elderly and retired, I live in a condition of constant awareness. I belong to a local gun club,a pretty large one, with a good many retired and active law enforcement people as members. I can’t prove specifics, but I will bet money that our membership contains plants of active agents for the purpose of reporting on our activities. Condition Orange virtually all the time.

Another Kurt Schlichter home run. If you never remember anything else from this site, remember this. If any law enforcement agency tries to question you about ANYTHING (especially the FBI), absolutely refuse to speak to them. I have been there. They tried to pull the same stuff on me they pulled on Flynn. This is not a fluke. It is Standard Operating Procedure. Just say NO! They do not care if you are innocent or guilty. It is a job for them, nothing else. If their leftist superiors are after you for political reasons (like the case was with the hapless Flynn) they will stop at nothing to screw you. Do not talk to them, ever. Not even a good morning.

I was counselled by an attorney years ago to say only ten,(10), words to ANY law enforcement officer if being questioned under any circumstance. Those ten words are; “I have noting to say am I free to go?” I went on to say what if I have noting to hide or in other words innocent. He became very serious and told me to listen very carefully. If you ever want me to be you counsel then you say only those ten words. I am in the habit of winning and I am going to charge you accordingly for my services. If you want me as your attorney then you will do as I have instructed you. They, the cops, are not speaking to you because they feel you are innocent.

I have never regretted having this man as my attorney. He became a good friend and only attorney I have ever respected. OT

About 4 to 5 years ago, a DoD Investigator showed up at my house unannounced. My wife refused to answer the door (I was at work), he left his card. I called, he wanted me to meet with him and an Assistant US Attorney (AUSA) of of my state’s capital. I told him I would, but wanted an attorney present to represent me. This was before all this BS. (to say I was freaked out is an understatement)

Its a long story, but I realized I was a minnow in a sea of sharks, thus needed an attorney. I was treated as a Witness, but as my attorney told me, you can go from Witness to Subject to Target in a blink of an eye. About a year later, the US Govt dropped the case against the company I had worked for at the time.

That experience taught me a lot.

Where’s the NSA cheerleader to tell the Q-balls that FBI=bad, CIA=bad, but NSA (y’know the guys that listen to, track, trace, and record everything about you) = Awesome Super Patriots?

Sphincter’s had a clue shoved down his gullet and can’t reason an analogy to other agencies, courts, politicians, parties, …. Presidents, etc.

Limit your understanding to what cannot be denied, … even after years of denying it.

Sphincter’s been force-fed a tiny clue and will reject any and all reasonable comparisons and interpretations until force-fed.
When the FBI is naughty & does bad to his God-Emperor; then they’re bad.

“I easily grant, that civil government is the proper remedy for the inconveniencies of the state of nature, which must certainly be great, where men may be judges in their own case, since it is easy to be imagined, that he who was so unjust as to do his brother an injury, will scarce be so just as to condemn himself for it: but I shall desire those who make this objection, to remember, that absolute monarchs are but men; and if government is to be the remedy of those evils, which necessarily follow from men’s being judges in their own cases, and the state of nature is therefore not to be endured, I desire to know what kind of government that is, and how much better it is than the state of nature, where one man, commanding a multitude, has the liberty to be judge in his own case, and may do to all his subjects whatever he pleases, without the least liberty to any one to question or controul those who execute his pleasure and in whatsoever he doth, whether led by reason, mistake or passion, must be submitted to. Much better it is in the state of nature, wherein men are not bound to submit to the unjust will of another. And if he that judges, judges amiss in his own, or any other case, he is answerable for it to the rest of mankind.”
