It is more than a possibility, and slightly less than a likelihood, that Joe Biden will be elected president in November.
Biden has made it clear that a woman will be his running mate.
What is becoming equally apparent is that he may be cornered into choosing a socialist or progressive as that person.
As he runs his campaign from his basement, allowing President Trump to stomp his feet and shout as he tries to mount a more traditional campaign, Biden has shown little inclination to take on his own foot-stomping base.
Thus the socialist/progressive wing of the Democratic Party is now center stage — and insisting one of their own be Biden’s vice presidential candidate.
That individual could be Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) or Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) or any number of lesser-known advocates for the far left.
The underlying agenda is becoming more and more apparent:
- Promoting and promulgating – not merely accepting – the massive protests that have occurred in some cities, even when they have led to lawlessness, looting, riots and declarations of autonomy.
- Searching out and destroying unbelievers in pursuit of a politically correct version of history, and doing so with a zeal that would have made Cotton Mather blush.
- Removing statues of historical figures that are deemed unacceptable based on today’s parameters of social justice.
It is of course ironic that figures such as Ulysses S. Grant, Francis Scott Key and even those who make up the faces of Mount Rushmore — Presidents Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson and Theodore Roosevelt — are now deemed evil by the progressive ideologues of the new Democratic Party.
It is difficult, if not impossible, to see how the nation would have developed without these extraordinary men.
It is also ironic that when leftists condemn these historical figures, they are using freedoms and rights that would not exist without the leadership of those selfsame giants of our past.
But the Democratic Party is, to use a highly politically incorrect phrase, “on the war path” against the nation’s history if it is not interpreted pursuant to their dogma.
The pilgrims of the progressive cause countenance no dissent as they rope and spray-paint the statues of people who once led the nation.
They are a fanatical group.
Biden is suspect to them, of course.
He defeated their patron saints, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Warren, and thus they demand that he have as his cohort an acceptable socialist/progressive who is fervent about the cause.
This is about power.
All major elections are.
The socialist/progressives understand this as well as any political movement does.
But the difference is that the socialist/progressive movers who now control the board in the game of Democratic Party politics have no ethical tether.
They are filled with the flames of clarity as to the rightness of their goals. They see all who attempt to dampen those flames as enemies.
Theirs is first and foremost a social justice cause that is justified by their self-proclaimed correctness.
It allows them to move forward without any doubt and with untempered intensity.
They can proclaim sections of cities independent nations. They can proclaim America’s most important past political leaders evil. They can promote lawlessness in the name of the rightness of their cause.
They can essentially march outside the boundaries of the nation’s history and political structure, asserting that what they do is best for all.
They will not tolerate for long not being in total control. They will have their vice president, but not their president. And they are a very impatient people and movement.
Since their goal is power and their purpose pure, why should they wait?
The path to total control is clearly there once they have the vice presidency.
It is the 25th Amendment.
Within a few months of assuming the presidency, Biden may find himself being the next statue toppled as the socialist/progressive movement moves closer to power.
Replacing him with his vice president could be deemed necessary to the cause.
His colleagues could declare him too old to handle the presidency and remove him under the 25th Amendment.
Et tu, Brute?
The Cause will have been completed.
Power will be fully in the hands of the statue-removers, the social justice police and those who see America’s political history as basically evil. Socialist/progressive excess will govern.
It will be a coup.
Look over your shoulder, Joe. Watch your back. Donald Trump is not your most threatening problem.

The Theater of the Absurd made manifest. Here we have an obviously senile and doddering old fool being paraded about and discussed as though he were a viable candidate for presidential office. Biden cannot string one coherent thought together, his handlers speak for him and keep him away from the public eye as much as possible. What they do to him is a form of elder abuse.
The media pretends the emperor has clothing even though the lack of clothes is blatant. To discuss Joe Biden as a viable candidate for anything but a nursing home is pathetic. It doesn’t matter what they run as a VP, at the rate things are going Nancy Pelosi will be the next president.
But, but, it worked for the Republicans when they controlled Uncle Ronnie. It worked for the Republicans with Bush II. There won’t be any need for a coup. The DNC installed VP will be the Acting Jack and that’s a fact, Jack.
Basement Biden will still be checking the White House bunker on a regular basis while the VP turns the country into Venezuela.

I’m figuring if he’s elected Creepy Uncle Joe will be shot and killed. This convenience… oops, ‘crisis’, will be too good to go to waste. The aftermath will be the end of gun ownership as we have known it. Own a gun? Here they come with the “health and safety” legislation that requires all firearms to have a hefty liability Insurance policy. Caught with an uninsured firearm? 20 years Federal Penitentiary , no parole— and asset forfeiture to distribute the loot with the enforcers and the neighbors who report any infraction.
I think it will be far simpler than that – he will melt down and not be able to remember his own name, will be removed from office, and some black socialist bitch will become “leader” of the free world. May God have mercy on us all in that event.

Assume VP Kamala Harris gets promoted when Biden’s doctors say he is way too senile and he retires early. Next in are Ocasio-Cortez and Ayanna Pressley at DOJ and VP. A cabinet of Communists gets re-branded as pro-Woman. They’ll pretend its about gender, not race and not Communism.
That would be the straw that breaks Kamala’s back.
At that point it would be reasonable to assume the ensuing chaos could be perceived as a simple house cleaning.
Maybe double down and select Kanye for VP. BK is America and America is BK.
He may not even get there. I could see a revolution at the nominating convention. My choices to overthrow him? Cuomo and (my odds-on choice) Hillary. You just know she seethes with power lust.
Hilary has Bill. Don’t forget how he handled blacks like Sister Soldier, or whatever her name was. And Hilary can screw them on her own, she has experience too.
It will happen at or shortly before the convention. Joe’s dementia will be on full display and party leaders will “talk” him into withdrawing.

No way he will participate in any debates and the people want to see the debates, if for no other reason than the sound bites. His “news conference” was a joke. He was told which reporters to go to and even screwed that up, by reading from his script.
If he cannot answer pre-screened questions correctly, how do you suppose he will go toe-to-toe with Trump, who has shown he can be vicious in a street fight? They may be wanting the public to see Trump verbally destroy a senile old man and go for the sympathy vote.
The hillary says, at this point, what does it matter. She who counts the votes is who makes the selection.

As it stands now I consider a few million people, myself included, are future unprosecuted capital felons. Re-education and picking up someone else’s garbage from freeway on-ramps doesn’t appeal much to my Gen X mindset, so I’m considering alternative SHTF employment when my state-funded pension falls through in the next few years.
My Plan B includes the Commies paying UBI for my ammo habit. That’s OK if it doesn’t work out because there’s always an alternative.
You may need to re-examine your Plan B, as the commies will do away with ammo sales to the public (not to mention private ownership of firearms) and to buy it on the black market will be more than your UBI will cover.

My liberal brother says that Biden will still pick Amy Klobuchar – George Floyd notwithstanding, and despite her insincere request that she not be considered. Biden doesn’t need the Antifa vote. He needs to win WI, MI, PA (and maybe NC and FL). So people of color would be pissed with the choice. What the fuck are they going to do about it? Biden has a long history of sticking it to blacks. He picks a white woman, two term senator and former prosecutor (to blunt the “soft on crime” charge). President Klobuchar would probably have us invading Syria within a year.

Whatever the outcome, just remember this; you allowed these walking turds on funny looking sticks to gain the foothold needed to trample the Constitution and leave America to bleed out on the field of battle. What battle you ask? There wasn’t much of one, as only one side showed up. The “silent” majority, who were more than content to stay huddled in their bunkers and wait for the next “4D” chess move, deferred any action until the next selection, uh, I mean election, which they would then vote their lily white asses off, albeit, to no avail………….again.

But, we have a Republican ex-Senator and Governor that writes an article implying Biden is in charge. u s presidents usually win a 2nd term if the economy is doing well so trump was highly unlikely to lose to whoever ran against him so the key 4 the dems was to have a candidate their base would come out to vote for in order to save their down ballot candidates–biden was/is generally well liked by the dem base,esp blacks,despite what you hear said about him by leftist blacks & they don’t hear all the bad stuff about him that we do–

There is no such thing as a “Progressive/Socialist Wing” of the Democratic Party. They are ALL Progressives and Socialists. The Democratic Party of FDR, Truman, JFK, LBJ, Hubert Humphrey, Blue Collar Workers, Farmers, Unions, Factory Workers, The Middle Class is gone.
