The moon is 85 MILLION years younger than we thought, say German scientists
Planetary geophysicists have used a new numerical model to determine that the moon is in fact 85 million years younger than previously thought, having formed from the extremely violent and unlikely collision of two protoplanets.
The boffins at the German Aerospace Center, led by Maxime Maurice, produced a model to more accurately calculate what exactly happened when the protoplanet Theia smashed into a nascent, and still-forming, Earth about 4.425 billion years ago.
Previous estimations had suggested the moon formed around 4.51 billion years ago – that is, about 85 million years earlier. The new model suggests, however, that it was millions of years later when the molten Earth was still in the process of taking shape and covered in a vast ocean of liquid magma, that the collision took place.
It was then, they say, that Theia blindsided the world we call home, firing off a large globule of magma into space, which would later form the moon that orbits our planet to this day.
“The results of our latest modeling suggest that the young Earth was hit by a protoplanet some 140 million years after the birth of the solar system,” says Maurice. “According to our calculations, this happened 4.425 billion years ago – with an uncertainty of 25 million years – and the moon was born.”
Critically, no traces of Theia remain, so, while the scientific community mostly agrees on how the moon formed, it’s when where the debate arises.
Vast quantities of rock from the Earth’s mantle vaporized on impact, forming a ring of dust that gradually consolidated to form the moon. However, the moon rocks brought back to Earth by NASA’s Apollo and the Soviet Luna’s missions don’t actually give us an accurate record of its age.
As it turns out, the early moon was itself covered by a magma ocean over 1,000 kilometers deep, with a crust of floating crystals at the surface. That formed an insulating layer that slowed down the cooling and solidification process of our natural satellite, keeping it molten for far longer than we thought.
By charting changes in the samples taken from the moon, scientists managed to more accurately map the timeframe of its evolution to about 4.425 billion years ago, give or take 0.025 billion years. As it turns out, this matches quite closely with the previously determined formation of the Earth’s core.
“This is the first time that the age of the moon can be directly linked to an event that occurred at the very end of the Earth’s formation – namely, the formation of the core,” says Professor Thorsten Kleine, of Institute of Planetology at the University of Münster, in Germany, who was also involved in the research.

2. When seismic tests were performed on the moon, it”rang like a bell” for HOURS.

So as far as “we never went to the moon” is concerned does that mean that the entire Space Program was/is a fraud or just the multiple lunar orbital missions and landings? In other words – to start with – have astronauts been in space or not?
In orbit, sure. But to the moon, past the Van Allen belts? And we haven’t been back in 48 years despite vast advances in technology? The moon landing story is on very thin ice, but the average person has an attention span of about 5 seconds.

The first time I heard someone say that we never went to the moon, I thought they were nuts. In fact, I believe it was Joe Rogan who said it. Since then, I’ve changed my thinking that perhaps we didn’t. One thing that always sticks in my head is, who was holding the camera as Neil Armstrong took that first step off the lunar lander?
I do have a serious question on this matter as I’ve never really done too much research on why. Is the chief reason that we could not go to the moon due to the fact that radiation exposure would kill a human, suit or no suit? Is there something beyond this?
We never went to the moon. Read “Moon doggie” if you have any doubts. Beyond the radiation belts that would kill you, the temperature extremes would both fry or freeze you in seconds. In sunshine the temps are somewhere between 200F to 400F and in the shade it’s something like 200F below. Those aren’t exact numbers from memory but it’s that extreme in essence.
Where was the lunar rover stored? How was it lowered to the lunar surface?
The lunar lander looks like it’s put together from AC ducts, look at the seams(They’re open). There is no dust on the lander pads after touchdown or blast crater under it. It’s all farcical under close examination.

I looked into this pretty deeply at one time. My conclusion was that the whole official narrative was so full of fakery and holes that there was about only about 2% probability that the NASA program got men to the moon and back. You can’t prove that they didn’t go, but if they did go (and come back), why lie so much? I do think the ISS is real, yet the NASA public relations type videos are mostly fake to this day for some reason. All green screens and guy wires.
Call me crazy, but I think the following scenarios are more likely as ways people got off the planet, though not necessarily to the moon:
Humans abducted and carried as cargo off planet- 90% probable it happened
Project Serpo (duck-duck-go it) exchange program happened – 40%
Black projects back engineered alien interstellar tech – 3%
Black projects back engineered alien interplanetary tech – 30%
Humans developed elsewhere and brought here – 4%
Human genetic material gathered here, cloned elsewhere – 10%
Human-Alien hybrids travel between earth and other destinations – 50%
Death – 100%

Then the only acceptable result would be a successful mission, created on a TV sound stage somewhere in Hollywood. The people would see the propaganda, because that is how Nations build myths.
It does not matter if the guys in the funny suits simple orbited the earth for 7-10 days, the people will see what the rulers want them to see.
You can find images of the lunar rover, where there a no tracks indicating it was driven to the location where the picture was taken. The evidence is in the tiny details.

They agreed that such a landing was impossible and likely faked. My jefito reported that they did not believe the flag could be planted and that it would most likely fly off after take-off. It had been a lively discussion, I never saw the old man so inspired by science before.

The more you watch of old footage of the “lunar landings”, the more it seems like the people that produce the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade may have actually done the whole production. Which was probably the most hilarious, shameful and sell-out-propagandist episode of myth busters when they set out to disprove the idea that the loonier landings were in fact a hoax.
