What a surprise– there’s a mass exodus out of New York City!

Guest Post by Simon Black

In the 1650s, European rivals like England and France were busy dividing up the New World in North America.

France settled much of modern day Quebec in Canada, and England initially settled colonies in the mid-Atlantic.

The English and French didn’t have much in common, and they were bitter rivals. But one thing they did agree on was their mutual hatred of Jewish people.

This was part of a long tradition in Europe. Jews had been expelled from England in 1290. France kicked out all its Jews on at least three occasions from 1192 to 1394.

Spain expelled its Jewish population the same year Columbus sailed for the new world, and Portugal followed a few years later.

And still in the 1650s, Jews were banned from the French and English colonies in North America.

The Governor of the Dutch colony, “New Netherland”, also tried to turn away a group of Jewish refugees in 1654.

But the West India Company, which essentially founded and ran New Netherland, intervened, and convinced him otherwise.

It’s not that the West India Company was into “celebrating diversity.” It simply came down to economics. They wanted productive, talented people to settle their colony.

So the West India Company gently reminded the Governor that a large portion of the colony’s capital had come from Jewish investors.

A small settlement on the tip of Manhattan called New Amsterdam was especially tolerant.

It even welcomed free black men, which was sadly radical, forward-thinking back then.

This was a time in history when the Catholic Church was suppressing science and philosophy across Europe, claiming all free thought to be heresy.

The Ottoman Empire, in modern day Turkey, did the same thing in the name of Islam, going so far as to ban the printing press.

It was this type of restriction that screamed opportunity in New Amsterdam. And it’s estimated that the settlement produced about half of all books published in the 17th century.

This included works from Galileo, who spent the last decade of his life in the mid-1600s under house arrest in Italy, convicted of heresy by the Catholic church for his scientific theories.

A remarkable number of wealthy people in the early days of New Amsterdam started from nothing. They were the original self-made men and women of America.

New Amsterdam was later renamed New York, but it kept the free-wheeling, entrepreneurial culture.

It was these values of freedom, tolerance, and a full embrace of capitalism that made it the wealthiest city in the world.

Today, New York City has totally reversed course. The city’s leadership openly attacks talented people and productive businesses, and its politicians have embraced Marxism.

Just think back to what happened last year with Amazon’s headquarters, which would have brought 25,000 high paying jobs, and half a billion dollars in yearly tax revenue to the city.

Amazon was chased out of town by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and her merry band of Bolsheviks. And they celebrated as if it were a victory.

It wasn’t just Amazon either– New York has been losing residents for years.

And that was before Covid-19. Then NYC became one of the worst places in the world to be locked down.

No freedom, no movement, and ridiculous rents for a shoebox apartment that you couldn’t even leave.

Now the city says it will not allow large events until at least October. Of course, that ban won’t apply to protesters and rioters– another great reason to get out of NYC.

Many people are working from home now anyway. So any work-related reason for staying in New York City has evaporated.

According to data from the New York Times, the richest neighborhoods in New York City saw an exodus of about 40% of residents since the pandemic hit.

(That’s compared to lower and middle income neighborhoods, where fewer than 10% of residents have left.)

Overall about 5% of the NYC population– over 400,000 people– have left since the coronavirus lockdowns began– and most of those were high-income earners.

Manhattan housing vacancy is at a 14 year high, and new leases are down 62% from this time last year.

This is a major emerging trend. And not just for New York City.

Data from the real estate website Redfin does show that New York City is the number one destination people want out of right now. But San Francisco and Los Angeles aren’t far behind.

Redfin also reports record numbers of people searching for real estate outside of their current metro area. They’ve seen an 87% increase in people searching for homes in suburbs with a population smaller than 50,000.

Of course, a lot of these people are still on the fence. They are thinking and dreaming of escaping to a sunny state with no income tax, like Florida or Texas.

All it would take is a second wave of lockdowns to push them over the edge.

Right now, it makes a lot of sense. Anyone who can work from home is highly mobile. And moving to a new state can bring huge savings– lower taxes, lower cost of living, etc.

And don’t forget about Puerto Rico, where qualifying residents can be entirely exempt from US federal income tax, and reduce their total tax rate to just 4%.

I’m sure these New York politicians like AOC will celebrate that their Bolshevik policies continue to chase out productive people and businesses.

But it just so happens that the richest 5% of New York City’s population pays over 60% of income taxes in the city.

Just one of these high earning New Yorkers paid about as much taxes as 196 median-earning New Yorkers… and thousands of lower-income residents.

So, go figure, these politicians seem completely clueless that they’re chasing away more than half of their tax base. It’s another victory for American Marxism!

Huh. Who knew that for every action there’s an equal and opposite reaction?
Like voters everywhere they deserve what they get good and hard.

Jews from NYC are moving into NJ.
From the blazing fire into the hot oil, I say. They can buy my bank-leased suburban property and pay taxes on it when I leave. I’ll be more than happy to re-locate to Texas and hunt hogs with IR/thermal in retirement. The wife and I recently ventured into PA to look over a resort community as referrals. The first thing I did before getting the tour and sales pitch was to read the property deed rules list. The rules read like an authoritarian version of an HOA agreement.
BS in my opinion.
Three pets. No domestic or commercial animals like chickens. Pets restricted to enclosures with management approval and gone within five days if they are the “wrong breed” …. yadda yadda yadda. Can’t construct a garden or mulch pit. Enclosed flower beds verboten.
Buncha f-kin’Nazis in my opinion. One of my boys has a pit bull terrier and those fools would spin me outta there and crap themselves over sitting/walking a dog like him … but we weren’t there to buy a pitiful pile of stones at Eagle Rock, anyway. We were on a mission.
Long story short, I’m going to have final say on what I do with my own property in the future. The wife is slowly realizing her options in retirement and given the current situation, she may even come around to my way of thinking sooner, rather than later.

No need to insult National Socialists. If you walk into a snake pit, don’t blame anyone but yourself if you get bit. The first thing on the National Socialist agenda would be to wipe out the snake pit.

Boo hoo. I musta hit an ideological nerve.
I knew exactly what we were doing because we’ve done this “mission” before. Owners and referrals get benefits for the sales pitch whether a deal is made or not. A “win win”scam, and I despise a rigged game unless the odds are in my favor.
The rocks they sell as property go for $139/sqft. The true time-share property value is worth half that, so there’s profit to be had.
These time-share property rackets make a big profit on a $15k membership fee for the resort. That “snake pit” was a de-fanged milk cow for racket-eating wiseguys like me who know better. I walked out with free food and $500 for less than three hours of my time.
So when you goose-steppers get around to wiping out capitalism, let me know. I be waiting there a few steps ahead of you.

I compromised with my spouse. She wanted a new house, I wanted the country (rural life).
We have never been happier. There are no restrictions as to livestock or other farm operations as it is declared “farmland” (right in the deed). One of the first things I did was to meet and greet my neighbors assuring them that I understood agricultural systems and that they would have no problems or complaints from me.
Rural life isn’t for everyone, but for us, it is a small slice of heaven…

In the 1770s and 1780s, European rivals like England and France were busy dividing up the New World in North America during and after the fake American Revolution.

England and France were owned and managed by crypto-Jews who paid lip-service to hating Jews to pacify the masses.

The signers of the Declaration of Independence were exclusively lawyers and East India Company agents.

Jefferson didn’t sign the Constitution.

There, I partially fixed your stupid, shallow, grade-school history lesson.

Most people who live in New York City will never own property or anything of real value, but have to be content to pay some jew shylock landlord $3000 per month for a 150 square foot “walkup”, usually with a non-functioning elevator, rats, roaches, and other vermin (besides the jews themselves).
I have a few relatives who live there, who brag about living in New York City, but are too stupid to see that their squalor is something that they could do something about. They have been victims of armed criminals (not the cops, fortunately) but still shrug off the necessity to have the means to protect themselves (which is also banned for mere “ordinary” New York City residents). You could not pay me enough to live there…

Ummm, I’m not sure why the majority of this article is dedicated to this particular minority, but ok. The problem with this exodus is that the people who already live in the areas the “refugees” will be settling in will be subject to the political whims of the newest residents. Columbia County is four counties north of NYC and I read an article back in early April about a Manhattan couple who moved there in late February of this year after they fled the city due to the virus. The one thing that jumped out immediately was how the couple was not happy about their having to move and proceeded to bitch endlessly about the lack of amenities in the area that they were used to back in the city. Such as; No Whole Foods, Starbucks, 24 hour diners, same-day dry cleaners, theaters, “ethnic restaurants” – whatever the hell that means – and of course the fact that they have to travel at least 20 minutes shop for anything. That and the fact that most everything closes around nine pm.
The couple also went on to say how they are encouraging other people in their old neighborhood to not only move to the same area that they did, but that they have to get elected to the local govt boards so that they can “Bring these people into the 21st century.” was how they described it. There was not one word from them in the article about anything they actually LIKED about their new home. This is the problem with these people and those like them, they flee an area after they can’t stomach the results of their voting habits and then ruin whatever place they end up in by turning it into more of the same. What should happen is that this couple and those like them should be encouraged to move someplace else – in the strongest terms possible.

What should happen is that this couple and those like them should be encouraged to move someplace else – in the strongest terms possible.- Actually, it would be best to encourage them to remain the turds in the punch bowl that they helped to contaminate. The slogan should be “Jew York for Jews” sort of like a wildlife refuge to keep them from ruining the rest of the country.

Then he rails against the greatest of all Gefilte Fish inventions. COMMUNISM.
“We Control Both Left & Right” — Kuhn Loeb Banker

In a candid dinner conversation after WW1, Kuhn Loeb partner Otto Kahn
was asked why the Capitalist bankers supported Communism.

He replied they both have “an identical purpose, the remaking
of the world from above by the control of riches, [Right]
and from below by revolution [Left.]” They are all Freemasons (Cabalists.)
Their final goal is the deification of the Rothschild banking cartel posing as

I’d be happy to clear up that misconception with the fact that Jesus was NOT a Jew by any way, shape , or form. Jesus was of the sceptre line of Judah. The word Jew wasn’t even used in the Bible until 2nd Kings. Therefore, those from the tribe of Judah are Judeans, not Jews. Hebrews are not Jews, as well. Abram’s name was changed to Abraham, because he was to become the father of many nations, plural, not just one. There can be no communion between Jews and Christians, which will completely nullify the oxymoron Judeo-Christian.
Modern Jewry can trace their lineage back to Esau/Edom, which were always enemies of the true Israelites. Many of those who are Jews today practice Kabbalism, which is occult, Satanic worship. To sum it up, the Anglo-Saxon, Germanic, Scandinavian and kindred people are the true Israelites of the Bible and are children of God above. The Khazarian Jews are from Esau/Edom and are of their father below.

They are part of the Khazarian takeover.
Don’t let the picture of these musicians scare you, the article is not about them but rather the emnity between the serpant/Jews and the Christians/Israelites.

What next, will the Yankees insist that we southerners leave our own land so they can carpetbag their way into what is rightfully ours? Would not be surprised and they will use the blacks to get our property. Book it, this shit never ends.

I learned to eat grits as well as greens with cornbread at my 2nd grade buddy’s house. His older sisters straightened their hair with an old steel iron. I ordered grits with breakfast one day (back in the 70’s) and my buddy said, you eat like a negro.

My wife adds sugar to her grits, I tell her they taste better with salt and butter.

I dunno about Kentucky, but further south the bastardos yanquis are carrying mucho dinero in those carpet bags, and very warped ideas about who should be in government. They think real estate is cheap and taxes are few. Pricing for housing are increasing quickly, soon to be followed by rising taxes. N.Carolina waxes purple heavily tinged with blue.

Baggs, I saw that reparations tripe. According to the ACT (asheville citizen times), their city cancel, uh, council voted unanimously for it. This includes the mayor Ester Manheimer, council members Gwen Wisler, Brian Haynes, (get this next one) Vijay Kapoor (who just previously announced his resignation before the vote took place), Julie Mayfield, Sheneika Smith, Keith Young.

Names can be funny things.

Here’s a link for the council page if you care to snicker or are enticed to remember, with a bit of nostalgia, a time when this would have been the “bizarro world” material for a Fellini film.
