This afternoon in Memphrica, some youts tried a carjacking at the Kroger fuel station. One is in the morgue and a second is in the hospital. A third person (shooter?) has been detained by police. No description of the suspects so I will leave it up to your imagination.
Sometimes the good guys come out on top.
Well, he didn’t simply dive in to save him. He was lowered in. I might have had the courage to do that at his age, but my claustrophobia makes even thinking about what he did a bit uncomfortable. Good for him.

That young man has more balls than I do going in that hole, upside down, held by iffy ropes,….A real hero!
He’s 100 lbs if that. How “iffy” does a rope need to be to not be able to handle that? And I bet dad was somewhere when it was going on….making sure the ropes were ok, etc. The darkness, the tight space, the blood rushing to your head, all while the adrenaline is making it worse and worse……ooops, better stop..making myself a bit anxious just thinking about it. Yep, huge balls though (another concern while descending).
