The New York Times cheered Stalin and constantly reported that this was the way to the future. They are supporting once again this move to a Marxist Utopia. The New York Times hid the truth about Stalin. His great economic miracle was achieved by taking all the food from Ukraine to pretend Communism was working in Russia causing over 7 million to starve to death.
I strongly recommend you watch the movie Mr. Jones. This exposes the TRUE STORY of how the New York Times tried to support Communism in the United States back then, with their top journalist, Walter Duranty (1884-1957), who was their main man in Moscow. The New York Times promoted him to be awarded the Pulitzer Prize for that reporting on how Communism was Utopia and our future. When Gareth Jones (1905-1935) in March 1933 reported this was all a lie, the truth finally began to appear.
It took the New York Times until 1990 to admit to that their reporting which covered up the truth about Stalin and the massive starvation in an effort, like Schwab, once again selling “equality” as our salvation. The New York Times covered up the more than 7 million people who died of starvation in the Ukraine famine. The New York Times wrote that their reporting on the Russian Revolution constituted “some of the worst reporting to appear in this newspaper.” They never revoked his Pultizer Prize for writing fake news about Stalin.
It was the New York Times’ Walter Duranty who also met with Franklin Roosevelt and supported the move toward Marxism in the United States as the “New Deal”. It was the New York Times’ Duranty that helped install drastic progressiveness in taxation in the United States following Marx, Lenin, and Stalin. This is precisely what Schwab is proposing with “equality” in league with his buddy, Thomas Piketty.
Anyone who thinks this is an election of just Democrat v Republican is a fool. There is a serious agenda behind these lockdowns and they have been intended to prevent commuters and to crush the world economy. Even Australia rules out international travel at least until the end of 2021. All of this is to reduce air travel to reduce CO2. This is the real agenda that Schwab has been selling behind the curtain. He will probably go down in history surpassing the death toll of Karl Marx. His lockdowns have already reduced the food supply and this raises the prospect of famine coming into play by 2022.

You can find the evidence you require anywhere. There are plenty of videos, some may still be on YT although much is now being censored. Videos made by the soldiers of the US army who had to guard these prisoners of war and watch helplessly as Eisenhower had them starved to death.

OK now that you know what I told you is true, recast the problem to one of “lack economic development”. We neeed to stop importing poor people into developed nations because no matter how many you import, they’re just making more poor people where they came from. It’s not a solution to anything.

As far as resource depeletion goes, you have to look at the long, failed history of dire predictions which have been made by this type of doomsayer over the course of a century or two starting with Thomas Malthus and continuing on to Al Gore.
The barest fact of these cases is NONE of the the things they predicted would transpire by some certain date has come to pass. Why?
Well, first they are laying claim to knowledge certain they have no right to lay claim to; they suffer from the same disease Schwab does- they think that they can understand complex systems well enough to forecast the dire events they are the prophets for.
Malthus coouldn’t conceive of everything which might happen in the future and specifically he didn’t think of the Haber-Bosch process (look it up).
Al Gore’s due date for calamity has not only passed by a nearly 20 years now, but he didn’t think that we would be able to make jet fuel out of carbon dioxide (look it up).
These people just think they can know more than they do. It’s a personality type. It’s was called “technocratic” in the 30s and a group of such people tried to get FDR to just dissolve Congress and SCOTUS and declare himself dictator. Why? Because the technocrats of that day- which included Stalin and Mussolini- thought that if “experts” ran everything that things would be “better”. It’s a certain kind of delusion borne by a certain type of personality. Leaving things up to people unknown and uncontrolled by them made them nervous and anxious. Leaving things up for the free market to hash out sounds too “uncontrolled” and “arbitrary” to them. They crave control over literally everyone and everything.
WRT to resources, in general the rule is when resources look like they’re going to depeleted, human ingenuity finds a work around. That’s called “civilization” and it’s what humans have always done in response to resource and environmental problems from time immemorial. Our ability to make these quick technological maneuvers is only INCREASING as we master nature at finer and finer levels.
Please, make the effort to familiarize yourself with the counter arguments to global warming, overpopulation, resource depeletion and the sordid history of the people who promulgate these ideas.

Trust me, I once believed it all too; truly I did. Where I find a divergence is when you said “that’s why they’re WILLING to take these Draconian measures to save the planet”. In my view these are evil beings given over to the Enemy, who are cynically USING the heart tugging “save the world” in order to get many onboard~ especially the youth who are consistently over the generations, our most idealistic. I don’t see it as something they’re the slightest bit reluctant about, & they will use deceit as much as possible. (like the Father of Lies they serve) It’s an easy way to gain control. The great Reset is NOT geared to humanity’s best interests. It’s geared to give a certain group world-wide control of whatever’s left of humanity, as well as ALL resources.
