Joe Rogan rips social media crackdown on ‘accurate’ Hunter Biden laptop reporting

Joe Rogan lashed out at Twitter, Facebook, and news media organizations for their handling of revelations about a laptop that purportedly belonged to Hunter Biden.

During an interview with InfoWars founder Alex Jones and stand-up comic Tim Dillon on his podcast The Joe Rogan Experience, the Ultimate Fighting Competition commentator defended the reporting by the New York Post, which broke the story two weeks ago, on computer materials about foreign business dealings that suggest the involvement of Hunter Biden’s father, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

“The Post, what they printed and put out there, is accurate,” Rogan said.

The emails came from a laptop and hard drive that Hunter Biden appears to have left at a computer repair shop in Delaware. Twitter and Facebook cracked down and restricted posts of the New York Post’s early reports, and because the outlet refuses to delete some of those tweets, its Twitter account remains suspended 13 days later. The heads of both companies are set to testify before Congress on Wednesday.

Biden has denied any involvement in family business ventures overseas. However, neither Biden nor his son have denied the authenticity of the data from the laptop.

Jones, who has long pushed conspiracy theories on InfoWars and has been removed from almost every major social media platform, argued the laptop materials are legitimate.

“They have the receipts,” Jones said of the Delaware repair shop, whose owner handed the materials to the FBI before handing a copy over to former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is President Trump’s personal lawyer, who then shared the contents with the New York Post.

Last week, it was revealed that Giuliani is featured in a scene in prankster Sacha Barron Cohen’s Borat movie sequel in which he reached into his pants in the presence of the character’s fictional underage daughter before the actor burst into the hotel room where they had been doing an interview. Giuliani released a statement saying he was tucking in his shirt after taking off recording equipment and to imply anything inappropriate was going on makes Cohen “a stone-cold liar.”

Rogan said the clip appealed to his juvenile sense of humor but did not show the scene in its entirety.

“His interpretation of what happened in the room with Rudy Giuliani is not accurate,” Rogan said. “While she’s touching him and removing his mic, he does this little tap on her waist, but it’s not creepy, it’s like an old man.”

Jones noted that Cohen had previously tried to prank former Texas Rep. Ron Paul. “This is what he does,” Jones said. “It’s his specialty to say you’re being interviewed.”

“He said arrest people for their free speech, and he supports internet censorship,” he said. “So how does he make this money being this avant-garde, cutting edge, over-the-edge comic that does things that could technically be seen as illegal? I support his free speech, and then he says, ‘I don’t deserve it?’ It’s really dangerous.”

Rogan said Cohen might change his tune when he inevitably becomes another victim of “cancel culture,” which he referred to as a “slippery slope.”

“The best way to counter ‘wrong speech’ is ‘correct speech,'” Rogan said. “When someone says something that’s wrong, when someone says a conspiracy theory that’s not accurate, the best way to counteract that is to do better speech. To have people say the accurate information and let the truth rise to the top. When you start censoring people, the problem is, it’s a f—ing slippery slope.”

Rogan, who was awarded a $100 million contract by Spotify on the success of his podcast, which is the highest-downloaded one in the world, said Twitter’s reaction to the New York Post’s Hunter Biden reporting, which included temporarily suspending White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany’s account, was “crazy.”

Dorsey just told the Senate that the Post’s account has been unlocked as soon as they remove the post.
I am so glad we have a Big Brother protecting us from information they know is false.
To paraphrase Corrupt Creepy Senile Old Joe, Dorsey is a lying dog face pony soldier.

I just got this new book called kleptopia, and it is amazing how well it highlights the total corruption that has become the political class. 15 years ago, kids in school were taught this level of corruption was something we thought was confined to 3rd world shitholes and banana republics. Now after mostly hollowing those countries out, it seems to have increasingly made its way here, to America.

“Poor are those who have eyes, yet cannot see.”

I feel bad for the middle-america types. The normies. The factory-farmed humans, who attended public school, etc. They have no clue. Whether it’s large-scale endemic grifting, importation and multiplication of endless hordes of immigrants that hate middle america, or the economic meltdown soon to ensue- SOMETHING’S GONNA GIVE. Not trying to be chicken-little here, but I’m officially sounding the get-out-of-dodge alarm.

There are tens of millions of illegal immigrants in california. They hate you. They’ve been plotting to re-take the southwest for like a century and a half. And theyre winning. The army will not stop them. Why? Because they have just as many actual citizens (just in California alone) who will back their play, to the death. They are intermarried, related, gang-affiliated, church members and co-workers. This tsunami of brown idiots is going to sweep away everything in it’s path. The shitty, cartel-directed, tweaker crust-army will wipe out everything in its way and it will not be stopped. California should be treated as a hostile foreign state, on par with north korea. It ALONE is going to fuck america up, bad. Take this into consideration please.

So did you? Wildly informative podcast. Alex Jones didn’t have the guts to talk about Jesus Christ though. He backed off that subject matter. But … this podcast is a 9 out of 10

No. Joe Rogan is the TED talk of podcasts. He mixes food with poison. Glad you enjoyed whatever it is he said.
