I saw this exchange yesterday and was impressed when he said he was not smarter than most folks who know how to take care of themselves and would not delude himself into thinking he was like others who know how to run your life.
the left perceives that they themselves are doing the controlling vicariously. they get off on it.

Smugness is the predominant trait of progressive talking heads. Santelli is a national treasure, courageous Americans like him are starting to multiply, and none too soon!

I like Rick Santelli a lot. That other smug bastard (sorry, I don’t even know his name) is daily annoying to anyone with good sense. They really need to get rid of that guy.
I dunno. I wish I posted here the chart I saw where transmissions were labeled according to type of location. Restaurants were way down on the list at if I remember correctly around 5%. Government was much higher.
Don’t worry about Santelli. His rant gave birth to the TEA Party and he survived dissing 0bama.

I quit CNBC years ago shortly after Mark Haines died an The Tribe took over. I’m not sure of Santelli’s deal if he is controlled opposition or not. Is he their Juan Williams?
Fox Business is pretty bad as well. I watch business channels for news not political commentary. Maria can become a screeching harpie at times and her sidekick is one of the most unpleasant people on tv.
Bloomberg just isn’t going to happen. Am I missing any other options for business news?
Santelli isn’t for sale. He and Joe Kernan are the normies at CNBC. Santelli has a background in Gold trading. He’s a big gear head and messes with pickup trucks and other Deplorable pursuits. He lives in the Western Suburbs outside Shitcago. He and Kernan have both had furious exchanges with the shithead Sorkin. Santelli has never lost one of them either. He represents!
Newsmax should hire Maria, Dobbs, Asman and Charles Payne. Cavuto has become a sold-out, sad squish. He wasn’t always.
