Another Diaper Departure

Guest Post by Eric Peters

One of my best friends – I will not mention his name, for reasons which will become apparent – just got ejected (almost violently) from the Roanoke cop-op in the Grandin Road area of Roanoke, Va.

I mention their name for reasons that should already be apparent.

My friend has been a long-time customer of the co-op’s and has known people who work there for years, including a woman he thought he was on friendly terms with. He just discovered the true nature of their relationship.

As he walked in the store – his face showing – he was met with a barrage of importuning, directed his way by the woman he thought he knew.

“You have to wear a mask!” she exclaimed.

My friend – who is a medical man and knows the answers to this question – asked her why. “You are putting people at risk!” she yelled.

My friend attempted to explain otherwise, which he is in a position to do, as he possesses the curriculum vitae to speak with authority on the subject. This woman knows that my friend possesses the CVs; knows what he does for a living.

It didn’t matter.

Including the fact – right there on the box – that a disposable “mask” does not serve as a barrier to viruses, inhaled or exhaled. And of course more fundamentally, the fact that a person who isn’t afflicted with a virus is incapable of spreading it.

Fear trumps all.

She followed him all over the store – not appreciating that, according to her own logic, she was “putting herself at risk” by following him and his putative vapor trail of death. He ignored her fulminations, which made her fulminate all the more. Keep in mind this is a person my friend had been on friendly terms with for something approaching ten years; she knows him – knows his profession, too.

But his disobedience – his refusal to let her fear determine his actions – negated all of that. All the putative goodwill of a decade, burned to a cinder over the not-wearing of a Holy Rag, the religious vestment of the Sickness Cult. Which is exactly what it is. Not a term of abuse but rather a definition.

You are a cultist when you insist on a dogma, perform strange rituals and your back gets up when someone challenges your beliefs. When facts that challenge your beliefs are adduced anger you.

The fundamental definition of a religious belief is that it is believed regardless of facts to the contrary. It becomes rabidized when those beliefs are not merely believed but others expected to believe them.

She called the police – who have become the sicknesspolizei – on my friend. The SP are increasingly unconcerned with crimes but very concerned with enforcing beliefs. Throwing bricks – and bottles filled with gasoline – through the window of a business its owner spent a lifetime building is regarded with general indifference but god help you if you attempt to buy groceries while showing your face.

My friend left his goods on the conveyor belt and walked out before the SP arrived, not wanting to experience a Hut! Hut! Hutting! for his apostasy.

He will never shop there again. Not that the cop-op cares. Just as the coffee shop I faithfully patronized almost every day for several years – and made the mistake of patronizing during the “lockdowns,” when only “essential” people were allowed to leave their homes – doesn’t care that I no longer go there.

They both have plenty of followers, more than willing to perform the required rituals.

But the worry is that it will not be enough to let them perform their strange rituals – which the sane among us would happily countenance, just as we countenanced Uncle Fester (who was sane compared with what’s “normal” these days).

The dread is that we cannot any longer live together in peace. More accurately, that we – the sane – cannot live with the insane without becoming insane ourselves, to make the insane feel better about their condition.

The crazies won’t leave us alone. They demand we join the cult. Their leader has just said that he expects everyone to join on a trial basis, at least – for 100 days.

The only answer to this is a stalwart – no.

And the only solution may be separation.

Somehow – the mechanics of it will be difficult – those who wish to live (if it can be called that) in perpetual fear of sickness, imposing their fear of sickness on others, get their piece of the national real estate and those of us who want to live get ours.

There can be no agreeing to disagree with the deranged. Hysterics are by definition hysterical; they cannot be reached (with facts) and so are very dangerous to those for whom facts matter more than feelings.

My friend just experienced this, up-close-and-personal. He called me to express his bewilderment and sadness; he wanted to understand it. I told him there is no understanding – only firewalling.

People such as the woman at the cop-op need therapy but they have been given power.

This is far scarier than a virus that doesn’t kill 99.8 percent of the population.

I can sympathize with your friend. I have had the same issues at 3 of the big box stores and one RV dealership. I shall never shop there again. I will do without first. It is amazing what a person can do without. There is one thing a retailer can’t do without and that is customers.

“It is amazing what a person can do without.”

You said a mouthful. I have discovered just how much I don’t need in the past 6 months. I used to think I was self sufficient before, but now there’s nothing left I need that I would be compelled to put on a mask to get. I already have an arrangement with several people who don’t mind masking up who will pickup something I need in exchange for something they need. This has given me a far greater insight into why the Amish shun modernity. It simply isn’t worth the imposition of submitting to the irrational demands of a corrupt and mentally unstable culture.

It was standard practice for us to go out for drinks, dinner or both 3-4X/week at night. Now it’s more like once a week at the most. Publix & HarrisTeeter love us.

Supposedly in one of our residences the mask ord ends 12/14. Not sure of the other but both are coastal vacating cities in SC. Once you get away from the larger cities, there’s no masking. Three months ago in Anderson County – no masks, no soc distancing.

It is just me and my wife. We cook for each other until we are both too exhausted on the same day. Then we go to one of 3 local mom and pop places. Our town only has a couple of convenience stores, but it is not too far to the next ones. Since the scamdemic, those places have really been appreciative. And so have we.

It was just the opposite on the OR Coast when we lived there (until August 2d) … everyone was in a flutter — masks required everywhere — everyone ‘afraid’ …

I don’t understand how it is we got to this place of insanity … how we’ve become a nation of cowardly sheep — falling down at the knees of Fauci and Gates and the rest … and how we haven’t stormed the statehouses across the land and yanked the governors and their ilk out by their necks …

To this date the only places I have been challenged on masks are Petco. and Menards, and Menards is just a regional nobody I don’t have to worry about. There are plenty of alternatives to petco. Small businesses pulling that shit deserve their fate. I have been doing a lot of extra work and expense to try and support local business.

When I can’t do that, I try to avoid Amazon. When I can’t do that I try to avoid Walmart online, when I can’t do that I just say fuck it.

My generation is just getting to the point we have money, it was the last 3 that could have done some good. We just have to decide if it is time to fight or not.

The separation can’t happen soon enough. Let the sane, sensible and sovereign trade and live amongst themselves. And the diaper wearing, fearful, frightened, tyrannical and child-like adults live together in a low frequency soup. Let’s see how that works out for them.

Let’s hope the vaccine thins their numbers. Thanks for the video you posted yesterday. It was absolutely one of the best I’ve ever seen. Wish I had the direct link so I could send it to others. I knew lots of the information about the Network, but the end game was explained so well, especially the demoralization, destabilization, crisis and normalization processes. Presentation was spot on with Ed Griffin. Saw him in Jekyll Island in October at the Red Pill Expo. He’s 89 now and still sharp as a tack.

The insane low info/low IQ or just the obtuse and ignorant filthy rag rebreathers mostly detest people that have the ability to think critically.

And, you don’t even have to have an above average IQ or go be greatly informed to understand that the most narcissitic, self-absorbed, and self-serving class amongs us-Political leaders, have absolutely no fear of this virus. The politicians are seen at mass gatherings shoulder to shoulder with Health lobbyists (Gavin Newsullini), Planning Thanksgiving with out of state family (Fredo’s creepy looking brother Cuomo), and most recently the Mayor of Texas telling everybody else to lock down due to the dangerouse viruse while he flew off to Mexico.

We do live amongst the insane but it is also rooted in a desire to steal the very air you breath: “…to each according to his needs…” even if his needs are insane and if his purposes-although he/she may be ignorant of it-is to make you responsible for them.

It’s political correctness disguised as a face diaper. And it’s a leaky pathetic excuse of a diaper as well. But it makes the feeble minded fear SAFER. And those who know better feel righteous. How absolutely pathetic.

My next plan after causing a commotion is to put on my worthless surgical mask that has been labeled in large black letters as a Placebo until I get in the store. As soon as the mask Nazi disappears, so will the diaper. Get my stuff and get the hell out. I pity the Karen brave enough to speak to me. I won’t be running away from that fight. No cursing (even though I will have to bite my tongue) but she will be called a Nazi sympathizer and asked if I should wear a yellow star too. Guess that will probably go right over the empty headed one.

Sometimes we have to comply, but we don’t have to do it meekly or quietly. I plan on making them as uncomfortable as possible.

My moment will also arrive this week. I think that I’m going to put together some handouts showing the pics of people with the staph infection all around their face. Coupling that with the article (Fauci co-authored) stating the spanish flu deaths were bacterial infections and maybe somehow get the “blue mask” disclaimer worked in there as well. Have one handy for the confrontation and strategically place others on shelves around the store.

You might want to suggest they use some good old zinc oxide, i.e., butt cream. It just might cure the butt kissing issue they have.

I was listening to the radio while driving when the top of the hour news came on. The reporter, I use the word loosely, said, Covid-19 is now the #1 cause of death. I could not believe my ears. I wonder what the heck happened to heart disease, cancer and mass genocide at the hands of socialism. My late father use to tell me that you can’t go deaf or blind because you haven’t seen or heard it all yet. Lord, I miss his wisdom and I am 72 years young.

Unless one lives in Yemen, then the number one cause of death is by a bomb dropped by a F-16, both of which are built right here in the United States subsidized by the US taxplayer.
Go Saudia Arabia, our bestest friends right behind Israel.
Remember, just $19.95 a month, and they will send you this adorable blanket to enjoy snuggled under while watching pbs nightly news, which the taxpayer also makes possible.

Yes and no. It will be great to get past this Covid craze– however TPTB are primed to drop the PCR cycles on testing to 25 or less and VOILA!! Biden’s policies cured the covid explosion and he is a hero! Of course this won’t preclude the push for mandatory (TRILLIONS$$$) vaccines.

We can only hope other states follow this
There was an article in the Boston Globe about some infectious disease “expert” who is aghast that Tall Deval hasnt rolled back MA openings.
Agasht. Gimme a break. I think Charlie realizes it would be very very bad to try that again
Sure, the closer you get to Boston the more rabid the mask culters become, but outside that? No.
The whole ICU bed BS is so overblown. EVERY YEAR AT THIS TIME ICU BEDS ARE AT 85% + capacity. Why? Its winter stupid. Flu, pneumonia, etc.
Historically, those with chronic health issues, as well as the elderly, die in greater numbers in the winter months.
There was another hysterical jibber jabber article about covid patients not being admitted as frequently either. Again, cult thinking. The article actually made this out to be a bad thing.
The circular logic is so insane.

This touches on one of the most peculiar characteristics of the Great Covid Hoax, that so many behave as if they need to believe in it. You’d think that many would welcome the increasing doubts among medical and epidemiological professionals about the validity of testing and the diagnostic criteria, all pointing to wildly exaggerated claims for the virus’s deadliness. Who wants to be confined to home and prohibited from normal social interaction? To live in overwhelming fear?

But it seems that the Coronarrative fills some psychological emptiness in people. Is it a desire for some drama in lives that have become too routine and lacking satisfying human relationships? The need for “experts” to tell us what to do in a confusing world? For new kinds of heroes? After all, for wokesters it’s hard to acknowledge heroism in the military and police. Doctors and nurses, though, even lab workers doing the jobs they were hired for, now there are acceptable heroes! Even ordinary people show heroism by binding their faces in cloth. We will gather ’round the mask, gather ’round the mask …

I don’t know. I don’t understand the whole anti-mask hysteria. I know they don’t do s**t, but I don’t mind wearing them when I go out. But then again, I have around 20–all custom made–and can choose one to coordinate with what I’m wearing.

My mother has been making them in her spare time, and at one point (back in June?) when fabric shopping, I made a sarcastic comment about making Xmas themed ones. I didn’t get a good response, but… She’s making them now, and plans to send one with every Xmas card she sends this year. I think, last I heard, she was approaching 750 masks made.

I do like to laugh (mostly internally) about others not having their nose covered, or riding alone (with closed windows) in a car with a mask. Absolutely stupid. But to tell someone how they are supposed to be acting? Out of the question. Live and let live.

The one thing that I despise out of all of this, is the feeling of obligation to show my ID when purchasing liquor. I stopped doing that years ago (now in my early 40s)… But I have been a cashier, and would hate to be one today–trying to decide who to ask and when. Fortunately I carry my passport card, which doesn’t show state of origin, nor home address. They don’t need that info to sell me my vodka.

I checked. I mis-spoke. I have at most a dozen. I’d add the image, but it’s not clear how to. And one of them is meant to be a sleeping mask (to cover the eyes), and thus has heavier interfacing (my mom usually makes quilts). My little bro works doing the sort for FedEx, normally sleeps during the day. Mine was a trial run for his. And yes, for a time, I did that too.

If you think I’m some 1%er, your sadly mistaken. Only once in my life, have I ever made enough money to actually owe taxes, and that was because I was working 80+ hr weeks at that time.

Normally I’m in the $8-10k range, and get back every penny I pay in. Though most years I don’t even bother… Starve the beast comes to mind, perhaps I should stop doing that (and get what’s mine).

You laugh at people who uncover their nose so they can breathe unobstructed?

If I must wear a mask in a store ( their property, their rules), I usually just cover my mouth and not my nose. I want a proper O2/CO2 exchange rate ( good for the blood/brain/heart etc).
It’s almost impossible to spread a virus with regular breathing/aerosal particles. The mask is nothing more than a way to force idiots who don’t cover sneezes and coughs to keep from ejecting particulates.

“I don’t understand the whole anti-mask hysteria.”

You do know what hysteria is, right?

To preserve your right to make your own decisions about your life seems- to me at least- to be reasonable rather than hysterical. To live in fear of something to such a degree that you believe falsehoods to be the truth, the healthy to be ill, Nature to be something to be frightened of, that better describes the condition of hysteria.

Today I performed my usual walk in the hills around Carl Sandbergs home in Flat Rock NC. Even with more facts now being told but hidden by the MSM about the hoax disease we call CV20 or 21 or 84, I am seeing even more people of all ages wearing masks on trails.

My typical response when I walk by a masker is to stop dead in my tracks and wait for them to pass. Usually a woman will comment “Thank you” as she has no clue why I am doing what I am doing. Obscene. I need to get the maskers to think about the massive stupidity of wearing diapers in the deep woods so if anyone gives me the Thank You, completely missing my non verbal message, I respond with “I just dont want to get sick”. With that response a few might get the message that someone wearing a mask in the middle of nowwhere breathing in their own exhaled crap is a sickly person waiting to happen. So, who is protecting who?
