Well, this is it, isn’t it? The storming of the Capitol is an event which will mark a watershed in our history. Make no mistake. This is the end of “Trumpism” and the Republican Party. Pence, needless to say, is political history. And you had better believe that the Democrats, and especially the Establishment Republicans, know it. Let us leave aside the fact that many of those storming the Capitol acted out of impulse and rage.
The Establishment will now attempt to label the core population of America as “terrorists” and criminals. Good enough. They will get what they have been asking for. The mask has fallen. Ordinary Americans are waking up to the fact that “they been had” and things will only get uglier. The fools in Congress will react with fury and that will only turn up the heat. We are now two countries and only one can win in the end.
In 1905 a crowd of peaceful protesters gathered outside the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg to beg “The Little Father” for bread. What they got was a hurricane of 7.62X54R ball ammo right in their faces. After that, the die was cast for Russia. Yes, things “calmed down” after a while but the fragile bond between the people and their government had been broken forever. It was called “Bloody Sunday”. We will have many bloody Sundays before the pot finally boils over.
Tomorrow we will be overwhelmed by breathless stories from the MSM about the “mob” and how Trump incited them, rather than the corrupt election machinery that delivered the presidency to a human mummy and his Marxist sidekick. The Congressmen hiding under their desks will regain their “courage” and emerge to damn the very people who put most of them in office. Biden will spout gibberish, Pelosi will shriek, Schumer will demand our guns, Romney will be in high dudgeon. Nobody will give a shit what they say.
When the shock wears off a cold, sullen anger will sweep the best part of our people. They tried to do the right thing filing useless lawsuits, calling on “their” representatives to do something to keep our country from being stolen, swearing affidavits. They may as well have pissed in the wind. After all, their “leaders” are pissing on them.
Do not underestimate the international ramifications of this event. Our enemies and rivals are chuckling now. In the morning they will be drawing up their plans. China may seize Hong Kong once and for all, and declare most of the South China Sea a no-go zone for foreign ships. Iran may well make its move against the Saudi monarchy. The Russians, masters at chess, will bide their time, for a little while.
Ordinary Americans will see the Don Lemon’s and Jake Tapper’s and Anderson Cooper’s with foam spewing from their mouths and will understand – finally – what is at stake, who is behind this, and what their ultimate objectives are.
The people, our people, will realize at last the truth. We are on our own.

You build a local community. It’s never easy. My folks have been diversifying skills. I cover the food supply, some cover tactical, some cover medical, etc. If you haven’t been coordinating yet, the day is long.
That’s a wise policy, one well worth adopting. Local communities already exist, of course, so if one is not already a “member” (locally born or long-time resident) initial outreach should be selective. It’s also a plus to have an out-of-area network, the wider-spread the better, but the place where one hangs his hat is the base that must be covered.
If they do too much of this, the dollar becomes worthless due to inflation (think Zimbabwe or Venezuela), and the greenback stops being the default world currency. Your lenders, creditors, stop accepting them in payment of debt and either require a different currency (Euros, Riyals?) or gold, that is your economy fucked right there; loans get called in, you cannot pay, USA fire sale and bankruptcy.

Representatives get paid salary equal to median wage of district. Congressional office budget per member of $150k for administration, learn to economize boys. Check with your county election department for the procedure to rescind your voter registration. Once your name is off the rolls your chances for getting called for jury duty are decreased in most jurisdictions.

In smaller, <10,000 residents, and remote communities, local elections: mayors, managers, courts and especially the sheriff, are critical to maintaining a semblance of decent order where you live.
Big cities? Nah not so much.

I can’t speak to <10,000, but in my community, the Sheriff, and most of the local citizens, are fully responsible individuals, i.e. not lacking in personal responsibility. We continually elect Sheriffs that are Patriotic Americans. The City Council, however…is constantly striving to be more like Boulder, Co. God help us. Most likely the University here. Once again…God help us. If there was ever a bad influence in a community, it would be an "institute of HIGHER learning". It's all the rest of us can do to counter the socialist/communist influence of those pathetic hacks. If it was only the university and their ilk, it would be doable. But when they attack your children in preschool, kindergarten, primary and secondary school, you've lost the battle. Interestingly, though, there are an amazing number of these kids that aren't totally indoctrinated yet, and show promise of having an un-tainted mind. So, basically, there's hope, at least here. Your area may vary.

Lets start with Trump, who fired up his audience in the morning with a swearing that he will never back down (but only put out already known facts about the fraud that have already been dismissed by the media), then turned his troops loose on the ellipse; of a million or so people; it was only a matter of time before one or a few decided to “take back the capitol.”
Only problem was, no one knew what to do with it, once they were inside. Most just moved about taking selfies and looking like tourists, while a few antifa types were looting and causing whatever mayhem they could accomplish in whatever time that was afforded them.
Big problem, taking the capitol and not knowing what to do once inside. So, after a few pics, everyone left to go home, Not Sure what would happen next. Well, what happened next is every one henceforth who wears a MAGA hat in public will suffer ridicule and mothers will hide their children from the evil, murderous sicko that probably was the very one who donned the buffalo hat and terrorized all of our poor representatives, who were hiding under their chairs; poor souls.
And so all the Trump supporters, who with good hearts, traveled across the nation to voice their opposition to a fraudulently certified president, now will have to live under the shame of shooting their wad and coming up short of accomplishing anything; except maybe getting their photos published as wanted by the FBI on the Post Office walls across the nation.
There is no shame in demonstrating, in a powerful and yuge way, that business as usual in Baghdad-On-The-Potomac is NOT O.K.

She went up on stage and,in support of Trump, she exclaimed how she would NOT support the certification of electors for her state. Then, in the wake of the events of today, Loeffler rescinded her support for the president on the senate floor this evening.
If Trump was considered repugnant by some in the GOP before, he is now completely isolated.
Someone the other day was saying similar stuff about Susan Collins in Maine-after she begged for votes and did get elected by a small margin she promptly told constituents to fuck off.

“I am just fine. I attended the rally today with hundreds of thousands of families, children, old people, veterans and others. I stood in the freezing cold, shoulder-to- shoulder with others to the point I simply couldn’t move there were SO many people.
We watched the rally and never heard President Trump – or anyone else – say anything to the crowd that would incite violence. Nothing. Then, as the crowd moved on to Pennsylvania Avenue to walk to the capitol, our group went to our hotel to get something to eat and use the facilities. It was while we were in the hotel that we heard of what had happened at the capitol via the major media.
Let me be clear, I do not condone the violence at the capitol. But let me be loud and clear on this point – there were a few people who made unauthorized entry into the capitol and perpetrated mayhem while HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of people were PEACEFULLY marching outside.
I did see the DC police throw flash-bangs and spray people with tear gas who were simply standing on the lawn. This was NOT a violent March! No fires were set, no buildings were broken into, no cars were overturned, no graffiti was sprayed – NOTHING WAS DONE BY THE VAST MAJORITY OF PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE.
During the time we watched CNN and CNBC we watched them literally make up things that we saw happening before our very eyes.
Now, we’re sitting in a hotel surrounded by DC police in riot gear who are arresting people for simply going out of the doors to smoke a cigarette, because we’re one of the hotels where many Trump supporters are staying. We can’t get food, we can’t get water – we can’t get to our car? As far as we know from friends in other hotels, they’re all surrounded the same way. We are – in effect – hostages in our hotels – because we’re supporters of the president of the United States.
We are not guilty of anything but wanting free and fair elections and wanting our Republic to stay just that. We’ve done nothing wrong – NOTHING – but now even our CONGRESS is determining that a few speak for the many and they’d rather loose our Republic than to stand for the many. How in the world can they do such a thing?
We came here to enact positive change – not incite violence – but today, that doesn’t matter. They’ve now determined that we are just what they want us to be – DEPLORABLES. They’ve now put us where they want us so we can be further marginalized and told we’re guilty of things we simply haven’t done. They are far more likely to be holding their breath in anticipation of the USA lashing out with yet another military adventure overseas to distract from the present domestic turmoil, than to be chuckling to themselves or anyone else.

What you suggest hasn’t happened, and it’s not going to happen. The recent conclusion of the RCEP free trade agreement between China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and the 10 ASEAN nations reinforces this view.
If anyone is going to try to blockade the sea lanes, what does past history show, all around the world with its Empire of Military bases dotted all over the globe? Who is rattling sabres in the South China Sea “in accordance with the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea”, 10,000 miles from their home shores? No wonder China has taken steps to secure their existentially critical trading corridors. Get some perspective, man, and stop swallowing the Imperial propaganda.

The US Capital was NOT “stormed”, it was used as a theatrical set-piece in a scripted… drama? Parody? Satire? Comedy? Tragedy? Not quite sure which. The US Capital does not matter. Nothing of any real importance goes on there. We could burn it to the ground and not miss a beat. They could burn it to the ground, and not have to spend time pretending it does matter, what with the trouble of sham “elections” and phony political parties and politicians. That shit is expensive! And it isn’t needed any more, so pretty soon it will go away.
I wonder what the reaction of the po po would have been if the “protestors” had gone after the Eccles Building? I have been there many times, and I don’t think the reception would have been so inviting.
