Mexico had a big one as well about a week to two weeks ago. Impacted around 10 states.

Vatican didn’t have any power outages. That was vetted I think.
Plenty of online, time stamped cam videos proving Vatican City suffered a blackout and locals reported a large military presence at that time, too.

sounds like all of mainland italy (and sicily, which is connected to the mainland grid) was dark for about 5 hours, roughly 0300 to 0800 . while anybody with a generator or a big battery might have had some lights on etc, including parts of the vatican, also likely that the rest of the vatican was dark along with the rest of italy. again, not saying some people didnt have a generator. if there was a countrywide or regional blackout here, many folks in my area would likely be running generators. does that mean there was no blackout? well, in their houses maybe no blackout, but the grid was dark for a while. (its probably a better idea to _not_ be running a generator in such a situation, it’s terrible opsec, unless youre gonna roll the genny into the village square and offer everyone a hookup (and duck out before they start fighting over it))
If reports of Iran being close to having a nuke, then I would not be surprised if Terran goes from power outage to being hit with a gazillion watts in an instant.

the biggest question is whos plans are being enacted with these? wasnt dr strangelove/klaus schwab’s wef selling some ‘cyber octagon’ scenario of blackouts recently? and yet selective country by country or region by region blackouts could also be flexing muscles and threats between other big players – the blackouts in italy were at the time of night least likely to disrupt anything important to major players and magically fixed by the open of business hours more or less – pakistan was back online soon enough and besides pakistan is a pawn in bigger players games – iran is for some major players a target they happily beat up on, and for other major players iran is a junior partner whos can be expected to ‘take one for the team’ as the senior partners see fit.. if there was a three or four day long blackout in northwestern europe, or the sf bay area, or the eastern seabord, or shanghai-to-shenzen, now you’d be talking serious events. otherwise it’s just messages being demonstrated by various actors, and we’re in the fog of war here trying to guess who and why.
keep your life minimally dependent or independent of the grid. long lamp oil and candles and hand tools. generators are noisy and attract all the wrong kind of attention.
not sure how this is supposed to fit with the Q stuff but it is interesting since Iran’s baseload is mostly powered by multiple reliable gas fired stations as opposed to having all your eggs in one basket with a handful of thousand MW coal/nuclear plants where if one fails it can take out power to a whole state.
