JOE vs. JOSE

Via MyGirl….Maybe

You have two families: “Joe Legal” and “Jose Illegal”. Both families have two parents, two children, and live in California.

Joe Legal works in construction, has a Social Security Number and makes $25.00 per hour with taxes deducted.

Jose Illegal also works in construction, has NO Social Security Number, and gets paid $15.00 cash “under the table”.

Ready? Now pay attention….

Joe Legal: $25.00 per hour x 40 hours = $1000.00 per week, or $52,000.00 per year. Now take 30% away for state and federal tax; Joe Legal now has $31,231.00.

Jose Illegal: $15.00 per hour x 40 hours = $600.00 per week, or $31,200.0 0 per year. Jose Illegal pays no taxes. Jose Illegal now has $31,200.00.

Joe Legal pays medical and dental insurance with limited coverage for his family at $600.00 per month, or $7,200.00 per year. Joe Legal now has $24,031.00.

Jose Illegal has full medical and dental coverage through the state and local clinics and emergency hospitals at a cost of $0.00 per year. Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00.

Joe Legal makes too much money and is not eligible for food stamps or welfare. Joe Legal pays $500.00 per month for food, or $6,000.00 per year. Joe Legal now has $18,031.00.

Jose Illegal has no documented income and is eligible for food stamps, WIC and welfare. Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00.

Joe Legal pays rent of $1,200.00 per month, or $14,400.00 per year. Joe Legal now has 9,631 .00.

Jose Illegal receives a $500.00 per month Federal Rent Subsidy. Jose Illegal pays out that $500.00 per month, or $6,000.00 per year. Jose Illegal still has $ 31,200.00.

Joe Legal pays $200.00 per month, or $2,400.00 for car insurance. Some of that is uninsured motorist insurance. Joe Legal now has $7,231.00.

Jose Illegal says, “We don’t need no stinkin’ insurance!” and still has $31,200.00.

Joe Legal has to make his $7,231.00 stretch to pay utilities, gasoline, etc..

Jose Illegal has to make his $31,200.00 stretch to pay utilities, gasoline, and what he sends out of the country every month..

Joe Legal now works overtime on Saturdays or gets a part time job after work.

Jose Illegal has nights and weekends off to enjoy with his family.

Joe Legal’s and Jose Illegal’s children both attend the same elementary school. Joe Legal pays for his children’s lunches, while Jose Illegal’s children get a government sponsored lunch. Jose Illegal’s children have an after school ESL program. Joe Legal’s children go home.

Now, when they reach college age, Joe Legal’s kids may not get into a State School and may not qualify for scholarships, grants or other tuition help, even though Joe has been paying for State Schools through his taxes, while Jose Illegal’s kids “go to the head of the class” because they are a minority.

Joe Legal and Jose Illegal both enjoy the same police and fire services, but Joe paid for them and Jose did not pay.

Do you get it, now?

If you vote for or support any politician that supports illegal aliens… You are part of the problem!

It’s way PAST time to take a stand for America and Americans

Apparently you haven’t noticed that voting is useless. Those in power only want more power. Yes, even the sacred GOP is trash and the courts are corrupt. Options are becoming fewer….

“I got such a great deal on my roof because the contractor pays the Mesicans under the table!” quote by a Union member making over $100,000 a year.
I told him he is part of the problem. I further told him that the guy roofing his house is not paying taxes, social security and has no medical coverage. That roofer probably has 2-3 kids that you, Mr. Union Man, pay for when they go to the doctor.
That all adds to the cost of your taxes, lower amounts going into the social security pot and undermines our construction trades.
All I got was the Homer Simpson glaze over……………..

And that is just the Economic part of this Whole Problem.

Similar here with the Amish that use exceptions to dodge many of the taxes & regulations that non-Amish contractors must deal with. Their bids are usually about 1/3 less. As one building contractor told me, “We can’t compete on price when they dont have to provide workman’s comp, benefits, and can skirt rules because they are all considered family members”

Non-amish do win on quality of work though. Many, including myself, learn Amish will cut every corner they can especially when you arent watching. You deal with them once and never again.

The whole Amish ‘thing’ is a little bit of a scam. Especially those Amish furniture stores. Some of the stores in Amish areas are just facades. They present the place as a shop where they handcraft furniture , a la Santas Workshop, but they buy their stuff from other places and just sell it there. At their grocery stores they just repackage crap from Costco and resell it. Looks so authentic though with the gas lamps and the bearded guy in overalls using his manual adding machine at checkout.

My roof was not that expensive, and the local contractor I used does not use illegal labor. They do have a few Mexicans, but the foreman is my neighbor down the street. It was still more money than I like to spend and do not use USAA people. If they used to be a good and ethical company , that was in the past.

Somehow this story seems related. Tiny ($7,500) houses for the homeless. I don’t know what to think about this. At first blush, I’m surprisingly not opposed. There are so many incurably addicted and mentally ill people.

Sounds like the REAL problem is the welfare state that not only incentivized Joe Illegal to come to the country but also pays him and his family to stay and live well. Just imagine how much lower Joe Legal’s taxes might be without having to support the welfare state. What GOP candidates speak out in favor of abolishing the entire welfare apparatus, including the socialist government monopoly school system? Much like the pathetic “solutions” of masks and distancing for the Wu-flu, the non-stop calls for the wall, simply promote feel-good pretend barriers, while the root cause of both the initial infection and the rampant proliferation of the disease, are woefully ignored.

Addition to:”If you vote for or support any politician that supports illegal aliens… You are part of the problem!”
-“If you employundocumented illegals to work for you, you are part of the problem”
-“If you frequent businesses that you KNOW employ undocumented illegals, you are part of the problem”
-“If yo use the services of any of the tech service businesses which employ the H1-B worker visa program, you are part of the problem”

We are ALL a part of the problem, and need to change our spending and consumption habits or face the fact that we are destroying the possibility that our children will live in a non-shithole place.

These are usually areas that have so much utilitarian weight that they should be solved by government. In fact, that is one of the primary roles of government is to protect its citizens from outside competition. Outside competition can be an armed invasion, or just what they are doing now, but it an issue that requires organized and collective response, so it is more appropriate to have a legitimate government with legitimate immigration law than it is to expect citizens to police their own behavior.

When an individual engages in altruism, there has to be an expectation of some general benefit to even if it can’t be easily measured. When you have such a heterogeneous society, people are going to be less inclined to handicap their own families prosperity, when they can’t trust their neighbors would engage in similar behavior. In other words, the actual morality is muddied because one person may perceive that him volunteering to pay more is only going to hurt his own family and not actually change anything.

The people who are the problem are the ones who used abused their power and trust. When they were given power, they used it for selfish purposes and did not even bother to consider their duties and obligations. After several generations of this, there is no going back. The only thing we can do is wait until there is no choice but to fight and then hope the next experiment has better success.

It is not just California. We have reaped what we have sown. The USA has slipped into USSA . We (collective) stupid, ignorant, selfish and corrupt Boobus Americanus will deserve what we are going to get. There has been a successful communist revolution. Hopefully it won’t be 70 or 80 years before they are removed from power. Voting will not remove them because Joe Stalin is counting the votes now.

Having lived in the belly of the beast I can attest to the fact that much of what you say is true but you left out a few items. Working under the table isn’t just for illegals anymore. By having so many illegals in the state, California helped create a massive underground economy – an underground economy that is larger than the legitimate economies of most states.

Many businesses to include fast food chains refused everything but cash. Cash is king in SoCal. I’d say that more than half of the people I knew were involved in cash-only under-the-table gigs. The very simple fact that I did my federal taxes put me in the minority. I know people that have NEVER in their lives filed their taxes and they are just left alone. I don’t know what happens when they turn 67 having never claimed to have had any income their entire lives but that is their concern.

American citizens are not as dumb as you may believe and are taking advantage of every single loophole that they can which is why California is completely falling apart.

What makes you think that someone who spent their whole life avoiding the nonsense of government will magically start to depend on the government at 67? Once you count on anyone for sustenance you become a slave.

It’s not mine, it’s been around since 2010. Just an indication of how bad and how long the issue of illegals and welfare have been bandied about. The ‘new administration’ is playing from an old songbook, the leftist are always wanting illegals to overrun the natives, look to Europe for what they’ve done. Muslims have taken over, they get all the welfare and old people are tossed out of their apartments so Muslims and their four wives and army of children can move in.

I’ve been trying to tell people this for YEARS!!!

Illegal aliens are working under the table and making money. They’re buying NEW cars and HOUSES… CASH, in California. Their kids are going to college for FREE. This, after riding the public buffalo from K to 12. Anyone who thinks illegal aliens aren’t robbing America blind is at best, naïve, and at worst, a total fool!

Damn it, people; WAKE UP!

They pay taxes, possibly sales taxes but they pay no federal taxes, they may file using stolen SS numbers and they get lots of money in the form of child tax credits. It got going under Obama and…you should rejoice in supporting all those illegals families…

Wonder how things would play out of Joe Legal decides to work for $15 under the table, just like Joe Illegal.

That would be Joe Legal going Galt and many Joe Legals are starting to think that way. When a citizen is treated like shit while illegals run roughshod over them, getting the freebies and bennies while the citizen gets the taxes, something has to give….

Actually it’s far worse than that.

To begin with check out this article

“Despite Terrible US Economy in 2020, Workers of Mexican Descent Sent Most Dollars Ever Back to Mexico” https://wolfstreet.com/2021/02/04/despite-terrible-economy-2020-us-workers-of-mexican-descent-sent-more-money-back-to-mexico-than-ever-remittances/ How is it possible that while the average American, millions of which are out of work do to Covid, and are struggling to make it week to week, and the demographic that is for the most part at the low end financially which is most likely to be in the worst financial trouble is instead able to send Billions back to their home country which is a huge increase of 4 Billion over the year prior. It doesn’t add up; well keep reading because it will.

In any conversation with liberals that I’ve had over the years where I’ve argued that Illegals are a huge burden to the various social benefits programs, their argument is that Many if not most of the social programs are not available to Illegals. Well – Ok – Officially that’s more or less true.
https://immigrationforum.org/article/fact-sheet-immigrants-and-public-benefits/
They even go as far as to say that Illegals might actually be paying more into the system over all in that some pay SS payments into phony SS #s and that they will never benefit from those payments.

Yeah that sounds great. — Now here’s the reality.

A Majority of working age illegal immigrants will obtain fake documents – NO ONE DISPUTES THIS !!!
“Illegal immigrants are not “undocumented.” They have fraudulent documents such as counterfeit Social Security cards, forged drivers licenses, fake “green cards,” and phony birth certificates. Experts suggest that approximately 75 percent of working-age illegal aliens use fraudulent Social Security cards to obtain employment.”

https://cis.org/Immigration-Topic/Fraud-and-Immigration

All one needs is a green card and all social benefits services that legal residents are entitled to are now available to the person with the fake documents. EBT, welfare. WIC, all of it. So for the cost of a couple hundred dollars to obtain fake documents a person is now “entitled” to EBT that could amount to over $200 a month per each person in that family and much more.

OH yeah and did I mention with a green card you can also “legally vote”. More on that later.

Let me provide some context so I can put all the pieces together.

Until I moved just a little over a year ago, I lived all my life in Santa Clara County (CA).
Santa Clara County is one of the most expensive places to live in the US. There are stories of Professionals with good paying jobs that are living in their car or a camping trailer. That’s a whole other discussion but I just want to make the point that even well paid professionals struggle to get by in SCC. and yet Illegals are doing better than ever WTF!!

Total population of Santa Clara County is 1,781,642. Official numbers show 479,210 are Hispanic with 180,000 (37%) of the Hispanics community being illegal, or roughly 10% of the population of SCC. I challenge that number as being low. I know a high school teacher that teaches in the heart of the Hispanic area of San Jose. I asked her what percentage of her students are White, Asian or Hispanic. She said about 80 to 85 percent were Hispanic and here’s the interesting thing, of the Hispanic students more than 50% of their parents could not speak English. What that tells me is that most if not all of those parents are illegal. Now also consider there are many in the Hispanic communities that are illegal and yet speak perfectly good English so I would guess that at least half or more likely much more than half the rest of the Hispanic that do speak English are illegal also. So of the 479210 Hispanic population in Santa Clara co, my guess is instead of 180,000 being Illegal, It’s probably more than double that.
The vast majority of these illegal immigrants work low paying jobs close to minimum wage and some even below min wage. High paid professional workers are being driven out of the area and yet minimum wage workers are still here and (during the Pandemic) sending record amounts of money back to Mexico. WTFIGO?

Where I was living in San Jose (which is in Santa Clara Co.) there was a Super Market nearby where I often shopped. This Super Market catered to the Hispanic community. There were about 12 to 15 of these stores scattered throughout the Hispanic areas of San Jose. Spanish was the predominant language spoken in these stores, all PA announcements, the music, all was in Spanish. All the cashiers spoke both Spanish and English. Some of the people stocking the shelves only spoke Spanish.

In one corner of this store there was an area where one could wire transfer money to another country. I have no doubt that people would go there to send money to relatives in Mexico or Guatemala or wherever. Most of the time I didn’t see anyone at that counter but then on occasion I would see people lined up there almost to the point that there were probably as many people in that line as were in the rest of the store. Interesting! (I believe different gov. funded debit cards get funded on certain days)

One day as I walked into the produce area of the store I noticed that they had totally rearranged the entire produce area, my first impression was Wow this is so much better. Just then one of the store managers happened to be walking by and I commented to him what a dramatic improvement it was. The guy just lit up with a huge smile and came over to talk to me. After a few minutes of that conversation that got him into a great mood I asked him this question. “What percent of your customers pay for their purchases with some form of government funded payment?” He didn’t ever hesitate and told me it was certainly over 50%, maybe 60%. Interesting.

The final piece of the puzzle.

What I’m about to describe I witnessed a number of times. – So here it is.
I would be standing in line at the checkout maybe the second or third person in line waiting and the person paying for their purchase would take their debit card and put it in the card reader and then the cashier would tell the person that there was no money in that account. The person (women) would then reach into her purse come out with a handful or let’s say half dozen cards and stick the next one in the reader going thru each one until she found one with sufficient funds to pay for her purchase. The first few times this happened I didn’t pay much attention. . How many times this happened I don’t know but over maybe several years it happened enough that I began to question what the Hell is going on. A person could have a personal checking account with a debit card attached to that account sure, but 3.4 or 6 bank accounts?? That doesn’t add up.

Then finally the light went on and I go OMG!!

If you’ve figured this out already you’re a hell of a lot smarter than me, I think it took me several years.
So let’s say you’re Joe Garcia and you come into the US illegally and you know you need to get fake documents. You make up some fake name (don’t use your real name) Pablo Sanchez and for two hundred dollars you get these document which let’s just say for reference estimate that these documents bring you $1,000 a month in benefits, EBT and whatever else. Did you know you don’t even have to go into some office to apply you can do it over the phone.

So for a ONE TIME investment of about $200 you now get $1,000 EVERY MONTH, what a great return on investment. OH Wait- can you live on $1,000 a month? – NO. WHAT IF??? You take another two hundred apply again in the name George Rodriguez – now you have $2,000 a month –COOL!!! Another name and $200 and now you have $3,000 a month. And do it again and you now have $4,000 a month.

Can you now afford to send $500 a month home to Mexico? OH HELL YES!!

Oh and then covid stimulus payment arrive and Pablo Sanchez gets an extra $2000 and of course George Rodriguez also get $2000 and so on and so on, and Mexico receives more Billions in remittances than ever before.

Does this all make sense, does everything now fit. Can I prove all of this? –NO – but prove me wrong.

And I mentioned with a green card you can also vote. OH but if you go down to the polling place with 5 ballots it could become rather embarrassing.

NO PROBLEM !!!

Now you know why we have mail in ballots in California.

I always wondered why the politicians in California so heavily catered to the Illegal population when they claimed that less than 10% of the population was illegals in California. Now I know that 10% can add up to 50% of the votes.

YEP it all adds up now.

America Land of opportunity. Keep paying your taxes people.
