Adding the microphone (without using greenscreen footage) is actually pretty difficult. That is, Biden (and only Biden) is clearly above the microphone. Object detection isn’t an easy problem in AI. The computer shouldn’t be able to say [This is Biden, put him on top] : [This isn’t Biden, put him under].
Now, it isn’t impossible, and in so far as it is impossible, you can use humans to brute force every last pixel of the remainder, but… if this was done by some shmoe he put a lot of work into it. Or he found a video of Biden in front of a greenscreen.
