That is likely 1% of the true number. The side effects of the vaccine are caused by your immune system over-responding to the spike protein. Remember that the spike protein has many similar epitopes to at least 28 tissues in the human body. When you are infected with covid19 from a natural infection or you have been vaccinated to put this spike on your own cells, you body makes antibodies to all these epitopes. These antibodies then bind to your own tissues, the immune system comes in to attack and that is the morbidity and mortality of covid19.
