A judge has just ruled that universities can require students be vaccinated. In this case the judge was ruling on a lawsuit brought by some Indiana University students. He ruled that the Constitution does not guarantee the right to attend a university. He said that students could choose to attend another school without such a requirement, or could choose not to attend at all. But he was clear that no Constitutional right to attend university exists. As a matter of interest, he was a Trump appointee.
https://www.fox7austin.com/news/judge-rules-indiana-university-can-mandate-covid-19-vaccine-for-students-staff
I have opined previously that I believe employers will be able to mandate vaccines, and I further stated that there are legal reasons which may make it prudent that they do so. Laws and regulations may change on this going forward.
My reasoning is as follows:
Laws require an employer keep a safe workplace. If an employer allows unvaccinated employees in, and they spread the virus, and someone is injured and/or dies, the employer is almost automatically likely to be deemed guilty for failing to keep a safe workplace. I would not like to be in that employer’s shoes if that happens. As a business owner, I hated risk, and did almost everything possible to minimize it. Balancing risk versus reward was my most important job.
So, given what a believe is a real risk to the employer if it allows unvaccinated employees, the question becomes, can an employer mandate employees be vaccinated? I suggest the likely answer to that is yes, because:
1) there is no Constitutional right to employment. As above re universities, the employee can go elsewhere.
2) at will employment exists most everywhere, and requiring vaccination does not seem to be in violation of the at will exceptions, to my knowledge.
3) in my experience, courts are hesitant to involve themselves in situations where the employer claims there actions are to ensure a safe workplace. Courts do not have expertise to overrule employers in these matters, and they also do not like injecting themselves in the running of business.
4) employers have broad authority to mandate workplace safety process and procedure. They are rarely overridden in this when establishing requirements, generally only when failing to to do so.
Each employer will have to evaluate their risks. Many will unable to survive an exodus of employees, which will have a heavy weighting in their decisions. Others, especially owners of small businesses, may have great appetite for risk. Some older business owners may well not take any such risk, as they could not have time to recover their loss. Some will decide that the risk of losing employees and the costs thereof may be bearable but a catastrophic claim for a workplace death would not, and treat it like insurance costs: pay a smaller sum to insure against a minuscule chance of a catastrophic claim.
It will be interesting to see which way big business goes on this. The large, left leaning woke businesses would seem to be likely candidates to mandate the so called vaccines.
But based on what we have seen to date re the university ruling, which will likely be appealed, I expect that employers will legally be able to mandate their employees be vaccinated.
Wonder how the judge would rule if the vaccine went by its correct name …. An experimental gene therapy.
The same way. They are not making honest errors. They are corrupt.
That’s the whole crux, isn’t it. They’ve called their glass of unknown chemicals, a glass of water, and every institution has said, “Oh come on. Don’t be a fool. It’s just a glass of water. Water is so safe. And it protects the elderly. Just drink it.”
Equivocation is the prime weapon of the elite. Why go to the trouble of changing laws when you can just buy a person in authority to change the definition of existing words? Why is the FDA calling this a vaccine?
CDC’s website:
“Vaccine: A suspension of live (usually attenuated) or inactivated microorganisms (e.g. bacteria or viruses) or fractions thereof administered to induce immunity and prevent infectious diseases and their sequelae. ”
https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/terms/glossary.html
Moderna’s website:
“The Moderna COVID‑19 Vaccine does not contain SARS‑CoV‑2, or any virus[.]”
https://www.modernatx.com/covid19vaccine-eua/recipients/moderna-vaccine
Moderna’s 2020 10-K filing:
“Currently, mRNA is considered a gene therapy product by the FDA. . . because no product in which mRNA is the primary active ingredient has been approved, the regulatory pathway for approval is uncertain. The number and design of the clinical and preclinical studies required for the approval of these types of medicines have not been established, may be different from those required for gene therapy products, or may require safety testing like gene therapy products. Moreover, the length of time necessary to complete clinical trials and to submit an application for marketing approval for a final decision by a regulatory authority varies significantly from one pharmaceutical product to the next, and may be difficult to predict. We have incurred significant losses since our inception and anticipate that we will continue to incur significant losses for the foreseeable future.”

How many of these holier than thou ’employers’ got free PPP money from da goobermint? Almost ALL of them, whether they needed it or not. Many took it and used it to buy a new boat for the big boss man. Biggest scam in U.S. history.
And they will be responsible if an employee has side effects from the shit shot. Gub is exempt so is pharma but not an employer
If it’s a small employer, then they’ll be held accountable to make sure to get rid of the last of them, if it’s an Amazon type, then it will be the responsibility of the employee.
Keep up.
If an employee is forced to ‘vaccinate’ with an experimental drug that hasn’t been proven or tested for safety then the employer should be liable for harm caused. As with anything else these days the law no longer exists in any real context unless the plaintiff belongs to a certain political party and has melanin enriched skin color. The Constitution is a quaint and antiquated document and no longer required so mentioning it in any legal context is also quaint and antiquated. Witness the Antifa and BLM non-prosecutions for riots and murder and destruction of property and compare that to the treatment of those who ‘stormed’ the Capitol and are now held in solitary and inhumane conditions for over six months and counting.
OSHA ruled that it will be the responsibility of the employer if an employee gets sick from the vax and just as quickly reversed itself by claiming it is a personal decision whether to get the vax and not an employer’s decision.
And there you go. They are going to run for cover.
1.) — WHY would an employer be “almost automatically likely to be deemed guilty for failing to keep a safe workplace”? The CDC estimates there were “34,200 deaths during the 2018–2019 influenza season”.
Why didn’t employers force employees to get flu shots prior to Covid-19? I don’t recall reading about any employee’s family suing an employer because their loved one died … and then blaming the employer for not forcing them to get a flue shot. I suppose the concept of Personal Responsibility died in 2019.
2)- The employer could be protected by the passing of a simple common sense law …. that they are NOT responsible for what always has been YOUR responsibility regarding your health.
I might suggest the”YA PRICK!” Act (‘Yo, Assholes! Personal Responsibility Is the Chief Kure’ Act.) When the fuck did THAT go out of style??
3) Where will it stop?? Why not allow the employer to force you to get ANY goddamned medical treatment they want you to get? Once a precedent is set, it becomes an avalanche. That’s just how it works. Every time.
4) Nowhere do you mention the Morality of a faceless entity imposing their will on someone’s body. I’m somewhat certain I know why — “Stucky, if you want morality, go to church. Business is business.” Perhaps you are correct. But, such a thing still sucks ass.
1) it’s the law. Same could be true for flu, but you know, pandemic.
2) that is unlikely to happen, in my opinion. More likely they say the employer has the right to so require. Common sense is in short supply.
3) employment is mostly at will. Shit has been going on a long time. And if employment is not at will, then it is bad for employers. That road leads to bad places.
4) business is business. You know the answer. If a business gets assreamed by workplace inspectors because of not taking proper “pandemic” precautions, and goes out of business, the the owners will be glad they were ethical. But still they are out of business. I tried to be ethical, but fact is, they change the damn laws all the time, and impose their own sets of ethics. It is really hard to compete and survive if you are the only cat playing both legally and ethically fair.
In other words, “at will” means an employer can do any goddamned thing they feel like regarding an employee’s own body.
That’s good for the employer! Yay! I can’t tell you how fucken happy I am for them. Screw the prolls, I say!!!
I think they should bring back the Whipping Post. 40 lashes if you’re late for work, Serf!
At will means they can fire you for any legal reason. No questions asked. And no, they cannot hold you down and stick a needle in you. They do not owe people jobs. Employees have jobs to benefit business owners, and for no other reason (govt drones excepted).
If an owner evaluates risk – driven largely by law of the land – and believes that unvaxxed employees put him at risk, it is entirely unreasonable that an employee think that they can continue to work there unvaxxed.
That is the system. That is what owners face. Don’t like it? Talk to your Congress critter. Owners are in it for themselves, not for employees. As it should be. That they have to make these calls is the issue – laws that require such decisions are in place. It is what it is.
>>>it is entirely unreasonable that an employee think that they can continue to work there unvaxxed.
If we were talking about a ‘vaccination’ that was fully FDA-approved, I would agree with you.
Of course, the FDA may (and probably will) give something legally akin to ‘full approval’ in the near future.
thats a very flimsy foundation to stand on.. ‘approval/ is just a few bureacrats’ smudgy signatures away, you really want to trust that as your shield from this shitstorm?
There is enough evidence to show that (1) covid risk is minial vs. the risk of the “vaccine”, (2) the “vaccine” is not 100% effective in preventing covid, (3) masks don’t work and are actually dangerous if worn too long, and (4) social distancing was pretty much made up. In a fair court of inquiry, this would be a slam dunk case against your mandate. But we all know that’s less than a 50-50 proposition these days.
What if the employer determines that there is significant risk of the “vaccinated” shedding spike proteins, would he be OK firing those who voluntarily took the “vaccine”? I bet I know how a “court” would rule in that case.
It’s Havel’s greengrocer again…
What if I believe (after all, this is all subjective) that people with AIDS create an unsafe work environment? What if I believe that a woman that has had an abortion creates an unsafe work environment?
Then what????
They do. Would you want to share a cubicle with a woman who murdered her baby. What might she do to you if you inconvenience her.
The now old line, “my body my choice”, seems to have been ignored with vaccines and it is still ok to kill children in the womb by the millions. A sad sick society we are living in.
off topic but speaking of aids,it is exploding again in certain areas, most notably here in fla.–
one of the primary reasons is that the primary groups at risk are lazy & careless–
there is a drug available that when taken regularly makes the risk of catching aids very small but very few druggies or gays will take–
also, many young gays will not use condoms, translated as butt surfers who ride bareback–
absolutely agree, what if your employer forces you to be strip showered daily by (Jose and Muhammed) staff before allowing you into their building? Just keep working and if anhyone asks if you’ve had the injection, say no, and say you will have a box ready to clear out your desk. My bet is when faced with a massive loss of talent most firms will cave (a little).
Yes. A coworker of mine said that a company mandated jabs or else be fired. So many people quit that it impeded the business ability to produce and make money. Now, the place is offering 1.2k for people to get jabbed. The ones who were mandated are furious, and trying to have that retroacted into their wallets.
Stuck – To be totally clear, here is the fact as far as I was concerned re running and owning a business.
I did it for me and my family. 100% only for me and my family. Any sundry benefits to society, employees, government, etc. were coincidental and a happy side effect.
I never – and I mean never – took personal risks so as to benefit my employees. Fuck that. Not my job, not my responsibility. Not. Going. To. Happen.
If in my judgement it was a significant personal risk to me and my family – ie I could get sued, be fined, lose my business – because I did not mandate the vaccine, then be sure one of two things would happen: I would close the business, or I would mandate the vaccine.
If I mandated it, it would then be the employee who decides next step.
But under no condition would I put me and my family at risk. It is not my responsibility to provide jobs. I offered jobs, and pay, under conditions that I saw fit that would allow me a profit, and not put me inordinately at risk. But I was never responsible for providing jobs, and always withdrew such jobs when it suited me and my family.
I did manage to keep jobs in the US, and never went offshore – I would have closed up first. Maybe I would have done the same with the vax issue. But always, me, my family, and my principles came first. And keeping employees employed was only viable so long as it benefitted one of those things.
Your bidness, your rules. Fair enough. I believe something else is going on here. Something is in the Zombie Juice, something that is driving the govt to require 100% compliance at all costs.
Rags – I wouldn’t be surprised. Guess time will tell. Glad I am out of it. Glad to see you, old timer.
Ragman,
I’m almost hopeful this is the case. Sadly, my 22 year old daughter took the jab. But if I am a principled person, imo, those who would do this kind of harm and those who support them and/or follow their dictates deserve it.
Glad to see all the folks here that think they are owed jobs. Start your own business and see how you go putting employees before the business, your family, profits and see how long you last. Amazing the number of morons that frequent TBP these days.
The relationship between employee and employer is not one sided. When it’s stops being a mutually beneficial arrangement it becomes EXPLOITATION. Labor is a business expense. Employers are not owed employees either.
I don’t think it’s you LLPOH, it’s the message. Can you blame people? Really? Almost no one can protect themselves to the degree needed to be truly free. Freedom’s light going out/dimming is where the real anger lies. IMO, of course.
Wip – I talk about what is. What I am saying is the truth, and what I am saying is proving correct. People may not like it, but what I am saying is coming to pass. Burying heads in the sand will not change it.
You are talking realistically….problem is that small employers are between a rock and a hard place..Thanks to government handouts, good employees are hard to come by, and can readily find employment elsewhere here in AZ…and if you mandate the jab and someone dies or is crippled, there is a strong chance that you will be sued out of business….So such businesses are not doing so currently…
Coming to pass doesnt mean its right, nor does it mean we should take it laying down. Seems to me the amazing thing is the morons writing for TBP…
Freedom and government are exact opposites.
So anyone who wants government has only themselves to blame.
I honestly believe there aren’t even 3 TPBers who feel they are “owed” jobs.
What they most likely want is retaining a sense of dignity regarding their work.
Whenever an employer can do whatever-the-fuck they want to an employee … because it’s MY business, because it is ME taking the risks, because the law is on MY side, because it’s ALL about making a profit (for ME) …. well, that essentially destroys all dignity.
I know, I know … fuck that dignity shit, I’ve got a business to run.
What I’m trying to convey is that you shouldn’t be surprised by the reactions. You surely must have known before you hit the submit button that it would generate a shit-storm … because your similar previous articles/post have resulted in said shit-storms. But, you submitted it anyway. Good for you!! You’ve never been motivated by popularity, and that’s refreshing.
Stuck – they cannot do whatever the fuck they want to employees. Employees can leave. And to think that owners will accept risk to protect employees is irrational.
And the law isn’t on the employer’s side, generally. Quite the contrary in many cases.
Hey, you 64 year old employee … just leave!
Hey, you employee two years short of retirement … just leave!
Hey, you single parent with minimal skills … just leave!
Hey, you highly trained employee with a specialized skill set that no other employer in a hundred mile radius needs … just leave!
“Just leave” is far easier said than done. Employers know this. Employers got employees by the balls. Employers know this also. And it gives them the upper hand. NTTAWWT.
So, employers HAVE to be responsible for employees? Because they are old, have no husband or wife, or no marketable skills? That is the employer’s fault and responsibility exactly how? Yes, those people are in bad spots. But not caused by the employer. The persons responsible are … themselves. Do some employers take advantage of their plight? Of course it happens. Caveat emptor. People need to make better decisions.
Yes, it’s called a social contract. You’d know that if you didn’t have a zero-sum mentality.
What would you know about it? You have spent your life being a parasite. Self-confessed tax evader, absconder of loans, unwilling to,work, and you lecture about social contracts? What a hypocrite.
I quit because the social contact between employer and employee wasn’t being upheld. I paid the exact percentage of taxes mandated by law. I stopped paying a loan when the debt collector couldn’t prove I owed them money. I’m nobody’s fucking slave. I refuse to waste my life working for someone else’s thin profit margins.
Give me liberty or give me death.
In the end, you can’t take your money with you. All material possessions stay in the material world.
“I stopped paying a loan when the debt collector couldn’t prove I owed them money”
Assuming it was a non-governmental debt collector, did you owe them the money?
And in many cases are passed down to heirs; let’s not forget that. Liberty, sad to say, has not been passed down to a population unwilling to defend it. Strongly doubt anyone will “give” it to you or anyone else.
Animals have a zero sum mentality.
Simply because they don’t have the concept of your property. Their reaction is ‘might makes right’ – like 99% of the people on Earth.
Not sure what kind of business you were in, but my experience is that good, responsible employees are not fungible goods….and with our current education system, they never will be…So you want to keep them.
You are arguing with a person who has the type of mindset that is destroying the world. One that believes other people are their property and other people’s property is their property.
To that type of person I only have one thing to say:
Go back to the animal world.
100% correct. I agree with your statements as I was a small business guy and ran a couple of large companies over the course of my working life.
But what risk are employers accepting? Healthy people don’t die of Covid, or even have serious symptoms usually, and I haven’t heard of any such lawsuits based on an unsafe workplace…As an attorney, I think employers are at minimal risk as long as they don’t hire obviously unhealthy people..
Simply, employers are more at risk requiring the jab than not requiring it…
Agreed. If the vaccines “work” the statement should be get one if you want one and take your chances either way.
Why are we in such a nannystate that we can’t individually except risks?
It seems ridiculous to think that employers are responsible for their employees´ health.
We don’t think we are owed anything, we just know you are an asshole.
As the “silent” partner in my son’s self-started business, I’m (along with his wife) the bad cop with respect to employees, save for one, who has been with us a long time and is practically part of the family. No one is “owed” a job and it’s fairly easy to spot those who believe they are. Unfortunately, there are many.
You spelled moron right, and I did see the meme that spelled brain brian and all that other nonsense. I’m not delusional to think that I’m owed a job. I do not owe my employer a jab. They will get along fine without me and likewise. Cogs and all that.
Do your principles include helping fascism/communism etc come to the fore?
At what point are principles more important than $$? LLPOH, this is a general question and not an attack.
I stand by my long ago assertion that it is G.R.E.E.D. that does the most damage. And, this is not necessarily aimed at this article/posting of yours. It is aimed at society in general.
Wip – it never crossed my mind. I ran a business to make money, within the bounds of the law and my principles. I was not political. Generally it takes principle to obey the laws, and I was entirely scrupulous there, as many owners do not do that. Rarely did principle issues arise similar to what we are seeing now.
Translation: It never occurred to LLPOH that his employees were people. They were just dollar signs at the end of a balance sheet. But, at least it was legal. Who gives a fuck about morals or respecting other people.
What an asshole.
I was talking about fascism/communism, as was clear by me saying I was not political.
And this coming from a woman who evades taxes, won’t pay her debts, cannot hold a job and hasn’t in years. Too funny.
Jeebis Effing Kiristmas. You had to open that can of worms, eh?
The Shit Storm is now OFFICIALLY under way!
Stucky – Bwahahabababa
LLPOH,
When communists take over a country they make communism legal. When fascists take over a country they make fascism legal. You brag all the time about putting yourself first in business. Your employees were merely appliances to you to get the job done. You’ve made that clear over the years.
You’re correct. I refused to pay an illegal debt. And guess what? After 7 years it fell off my credit report. Congress never changed the underlining laws about debt collection when it came to student debt. They just pasted a new law on top of the old law like wallpaper. They fully relied on fear mongering for students to pay back their loans.
I called their bluff and I was right. Now I have no student debt. But at least it was legal, right?
The entire topic is moot now because student loan repayment was halted at the beginning of the pandemic and hasn’t resumed.
I also got paid money to write the script for this video about student loans ripping people off. Go read the THOUSANDS of comments of people who were exploited by student loans. The general consensus in on my side, not yours.
Good for you….too many people pay debts that they shouldn’t…
I tend to agree but only because WE play by moral rules while THEY shrug off debts etc all the time. It’s a losing position.
https://th.bing.com/th/id/R.1a26b42b285806ab22a0fcc53aeb167a?rik=RO1YRG3PJixSMA&pid=ImgRaw
LLPOH – I understand and realize self preservation is logical. The issue is “We are all in this together”. I truly believe this more now than ever. Whoever ((They)) are, they are winning. They have us divided to infinity and beyond. If WE are going to successfully exit the “plantation”, corporations must cease to exist. How are WE going to do that if WE are divided along infinite lines. Sad, so sad.
Btw, you’re the only one to still address me as Wip. 🙂
Because that is what I used to do to you all day. 😁. And out of respect, as I said before.
Timely LLPOH. We have a Summer intern program and one of the managers asked intern why someone would open a business. Answer was to make money. That is bare bones. Your posts are based in logic. I don’t really believe in Myer Briggs, but I’m curious if you took the test and what your results were. You can tell me to go fuck myself or do the crickets thing.
I agree with you re: the rights of business owners, but I sure hope you would’ve closed down — knowing what you know about this “vaccine” — before mandating your employees to take such evil shit that could kill or maim them. I have hope you would have anyway…
DS – impossible to say unless you are in that position. And your beliefs are yours, and others will have different ones. Many will disagree with yours vehemently, and do.
Agree; there are many variables involved. And I respect peoples’ right to their opinions and beliefs if they’ve put thought into them. There are are a lot of NPCs though.
My main point was assert that you’d have enough conscience to not knowingly harm others, and would fold before doing so.
And there’s no way a plaintiff can prove that he got a disease in the workplace…
Is there anyone here who does not fully grasp that the Constitution is a dead letter?
It was written to insure protections against an overreach by the government, but it never fully anticipated the current program of stripping rights from people by corporations or collectives backed by the government. Once those in power discovered the loophole they simply took advantage of it by surreptitiously creating corporations, entities and individuals to front for them. Things like Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon, Tesla, etc are not creations of individuals, they are cutouts manufactured with State/Banking cartel financing and tech then deployed as if they were organic with plausible cover stories to make it look legitimate. Then when they do every single thing that the Constitution forbade the government from doing they could throw up their hands and say, wasn’t us.
The technical aspect of this coup/revolution whatever word you want to use for the takeover wasn’t all that sophisticated, it simply relied on the corruption of the justice system from within by selective appointments of compromised judges, lawfare controlled by a select few individuals at the top Universities, and a fully converged media to provide cover. Meanwhile the rubes built their own dossiers on FB so if they ever got out of line a complete Venn diagram of their connections to others would prevent any type of organized resistance, cell phones tagged them in the same way livestock are chipped and control over food supplies- and the slow poisoning which leads most of those addicted to their offerings- fully dependent upon the pharmaceutical industry to straightjacket their minds and bodies fully.
But to suggest with a straight face, even in jest, that this is a matter of private companies is naïve in the extreme. This is happening with complete command and control out of the chambers and courtrooms of the Federal and State governments which have long ago fallen into the hands of some very evil and calculating individuals with a very long range plan.
No parchment can protect you, no laws or rulings will ever come out in your favor. This is the very definition of a rigged game and those who continue to labor under the misapprehension that we live in a nation of laws, a republic, whatever system may have once existed, is delusional.
HSF,
Sad but true, every damn word of it
It’s all just a plantation.
HSF, that began in the 19th century, not the 20th. The document is dead, because it never had legs to stand on. The rejection of God and natural law in the Constitution were always insurmountable flaws.
HSF,
Outstanding synopsis!!
May I repost this via private email to a small, ~6, group of friends?
The CIA backed venture capital company In-Q-Tel played the key role in the financing of these Big Tech companies.
Best
Joe
HSF often never returns to his comments, but he doesn’t mind in the least since he is a true stoic.
He said it and he will stand by it.
I’ve always said that no way Zuckerberg built Facebook and gained all this popularity and money on his own. I think it was a CIA or FBI construct supported and funded by the deep state spy government… Chip
You and HSF are correct: DARPA created “Lifelog”, the forerunner of FB — Whitney Webb did a good deep dive on it
DARPA built the Death Star.
DARPA figured out how to hack into your car through ABS.
Weaponized Tesla
c’mon people try to keep up
It was indeed. I was fascinated with Facebook when I worked with government databases.
I recognized the algorithms.
So in other words, no one is coming to save us?
Totally spot on, +1000. I don’t know how anyone could down vote the truth, sad as it is. Gubmint-corporate collusion is called fascism, perhaps you down voters have heard of this term?
No it isn’t, that’s a bit of misinformation repeated so often it took on a life of it’s own.
Our dependence is a reflection of the society in which we live. Over the past several decades, America has evolved from a capitalist to a corporatist economy and from a democratic to a corporatist society we have traded democratic capitalism for corporatism.
fascism – whose adherents hold that the corporate group which forms the basis of society is the state.
Whether the corps control the gubmint, or the gubmint controls the corps, the result is the same to the average guy / goy on the ground. I agree that we are a corporatist state, and it came about as HSF described above.
I have no desire to argue with you, but IMO your definition at the end makes no sense — as I see it, a corporate group (Blackrock?) may control the state, but they do not form the basis of society. Perhaps I misinterpreted your meaning…
“of or shared by all the members of a group.
“the service emphasizes the corporate responsibility of the congregation”
It’s the same way the Five Eyes operate: the CIA etc. “cannot” spy on US citizens living in the US. But the UK et al. can freely spy within the US, and freely share what they learn with the US government.
Great example.
“This is the very definition of a rigged game and those who continue to labor under the misapprehension that we live in a nation of laws, a republic, whatever system may have once existed, is delusional”
HSF: Concur completely. We no longer have a rule of law, we have a junta that controls all aspects of government and a political system that rivals the Soviet politburo in every conceivable way.
But, like the Soviet Politburo, they can be defeated.
We just need to do it quick.
How?
https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1091881357?t=00h48m56s
If you’ve time and it is still raining there as it is here, perhaps you will enjoy seeing JC’s rage at the machine.
He’s getting pretty good at this.
By the way? your comment is exactly right… there is no rule of law.
Yes, the Constitution was written to give the bankers and elites control, Hamilton’s buddies…The People rejected it until the Bill of Rights was tacked on…and the last 230 years has been a process of destroying the Bill of Rights….So we are back to what was previously rejected….
Shame on you for pulling back the curtain.
Yep, it was never going to succeed in the way that true libertarians wanted it to. Why would something designed to centralize and concentrate power, do anything except centralize and concentrate power?
Nailed it.
Corporate Fascism 101 here.
Corporations run the government. We will allow the corps to mandate vaccination.
Government by the corporation for the corporation.
Truth
no truer words were ever spoken, thank you.
exactly! slice the responsibility into a few different pieces and spread those across some boundary between public and private, and suddenly nobody’s responsible for anything and no law protects against anything. youll have people who still believe in the law chasing phantom dreams forever while you drive them into the ground.
That is why I said we are truly all in this together. If we are going to stop the madness, we have to work in tandem. Corporations are buttons that the government pushes to get the results that the 2 of them want. Hand in hand. Pushback is required for freedom’s sake.
Llpoh, I’ll start by saying I believe your analysis is correct and well stated; my only question regards who is to be held accountable if an employee becomes disabled, or dies as a result of the mandated “vaccination”?
The employee.
That can’t be right, HSF. If the employees are responsible for their own actions, then that might force them to fight for their interests instead of rolling over.
They can quit. It is what it is. However, employers need good employees more than the employees need them.
You can always do something else to make money. Hell, even crime…
Employers are stuck in one single mode of operation. Remove employees, they can’t adjust. All quality people have to do is walk away and they collapse.
Or hire Indians…
without at least a few (and the fewer they are the more indispensable they get and the more management hates their guts) competent people who have a clue, you cant get the throwaway cheap labor to do jack shit with any level of confidence that even the simplest task was done properly. im not even talking about some engineering project or something, i mean even just a crew of laborers digging trenches or laying bricks or pouring concrete or whatever. even there the avenues for fuckups and shite quality are enormous when nobody gives a fuck. giving a fuck does not come in the package with cheap throwaway labor. you dont give a fuck about them and they know it, they will always return the favor. then without some trusties to keep them in line nothing ever gets done even half assed. needing the trusties, well, you cant fuck with them too much else youre back to square one. us trusties need to wake up and quit the game. they come to you saying you need to train your indian replacement? quit right there. nice try assholes see how well you do now.
over and over.
Actually, then I think workman’s comp kicks in, if it is employer mandated. And hence the reason, so far, why it is not a big issue. So far, people are getting vax voluntarily. Which suits business and their risks. When the dust settles, then we will see.
If Workman’s comp takes over, imo, the employees have 2 choices. 1) EVERY single employee make a claim after taking the vax. Even if it’s a mental anguish claim…if that’s possible. And/or 2) millions and millions must quit/retire en mass.
IMHO, the Worker’s Comp system will deny it is work related, as it was a personal decision. They are under tremendous financial pressure already and not able to take on Billion$ or Trillion$ of additional claims.
Maybe that will be the ultimate conclusion, but the employer is not immune, so I would certainly be willing to take that case against a small company because it’s simple and a jury will likely go our way….Small companies have to settle these cases….
I don’t think the corporations understand war. They need to learn.
This is true of the lower caste corporate drones. The C-suite types have the best trained PSD, personal security details, that the special forces community can provide. Don’t ask how I know.
they will for exactly as long as they can keep paying them and that pay keeps meaning something to those operators.. and as long as the security outfits dont figure out that they can cut out the middleman. right now theres still a lot of ‘structure’ institutionally in western society that keeps people reminded of their place.. the more they try to shift to ruling arbitrarily and showing the lack of law, the faster the security forces also start to figure this out.
The big corporations control the government. We live under Mussolini’s definition of Fascism. Big corporations and big government are synonymous.
The concept of fascism is dependent on the merger of corporations with the state. The power inherent in government is combined with corporate power, this brings the majority of power in a nation under a small group of individuals. This is known as an Oligarchy.
We no longer have a republic, we, the people no longer have a voice in government, instead the corporations and bureaucrats/politicians control all aspects of the government and the people are the tax donkeys and peons. Currently the government doesn’t require those peons to earn money/work, but that will change once the total takeover of the country is complete.
https://discover.hubpages.com/politics/What-Is-Corporate-Fascism-Is-The-Government-Of-The-United-States-a-Fascist-Form-Of-Governance
I beg to differ about the first part but agree with the second. Especially about how surprised the professional bums will be when they find out free money is expensive(I’m paraphrasing).
According to many scholars, fascism – especially once in power – has historically attacked communism, conservatism, and parliamentary liberalism, attracting support primarily from the far right.[30]
One common definition of the term, frequently cited by reliable sources as a standard definition, is that of historian Stanley G. Payne.[28] He focuses on three concepts:
the “fascist negations”: anti-liberalism, anti-communism, and anti-conservatism;
“fascist goals”: the creation of a nationalist dictatorship to regulate economic structure and to transform social relations within a modern, self-determined culture, and the expansion of the nation into an empire; and
“fascist style”: a political aesthetic of romantic symbolism, mass mobilization, a positive view of violence, and promotion of masculinity, youth, and charismatic authoritarian leadership.
Roger Griffin describes fascism as “a genus of political ideology whose mythic core in its various permutations is a palingenetic form of populist ultranationalism”.[37] Griffin describes the ideology as having three core components: “(i) the rebirth myth, (ii) populist ultra-nationalism, and (iii) the myth of decadence”.[38] In Griffin’s view, fascism is “a genuinely revolutionary, trans-class form of anti-liberal, and in the last analysis, anti-conservative nationalism” built on a complex range of theoretical and cultural influences. He distinguishes an inter-war period in which it manifested itself in elite-led but populist “armed party” politics opposing socialism and liberalism and promising radical politics to rescue the nation from decadence.[39] In Against the Fascist Creep, Alexander Reid Ross writes regarding Griffin’s view:
Following the Cold War and shifts in fascist organizing techniques, a number of scholars have moved toward the minimalist “new consensus” refined by Roger Griffin: “the mythic core” of fascism is “a populist form of palingenetic ultranationalism.” That means that fascism is an ideology that draws on old, ancient, and even arcane myths of racial, cultural, ethnic, and national origins to develop a plan for the “new man.”[40]
Indeed, Griffin himself explored this ‘mythic’ or ‘eliminable’ core of fascism with his concept of post-fascism to explore the continuation of Nazism in the modern era.[41] Additionally, other historians have applied this minimalist core to explore proto-fascist movements.[
Excerpts from, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fascism
Derived from: “the mythic core” of fascism is “a populist form of palingenetic ultranationalism.” That means that fascism is an ideology that draws on old, ancient, and even arcane myths of racial, cultural, ethnic, and national origins to develop a plan for the “new man.”
“palingenetic ” or phalangist, FET y de las JONS (English: Traditionalist Spanish Phalanx of the Committees of the National Syndicalist Offensive), the sole legal party of the Francoist dictatorship in Spain. Various forms instituted in S. America by Peon and Vargas to name the most well known. All three were much hated and villified by the Internationalists but in the case of Franco and Vargas, the war made it inconvenient to remove them.
What part of Mussolini did you all miss?
We didn’t miss it. There is no such thing as corporate fascism unless it is being conjured out of thin air like so many phrases today.
We simply presented evidence for our claims.
It was provided in Mr. Rothchilds link near the top, recopied below.

My view is that absent the four evil sisters or Communism, Capitalism, Judaism, and Libertarianism, there would be no need for Phalangist Fascism.
I believe you intended to write “Perón”, but “Peon” makes for an amusing typo!
Try this on for size….
“The concentration of power in few hands, whether in the Chinese or American variant, has its true antecedents not in Marxism, as is often claimed, but in European fascism. Benito Mussolini, who viewed himself as a “revolutionary” transforming society, not a traditionalist, wanted the state to become “the moving center of economic life.” He successfully co-opted Italian industrialists to build new infrastructure and the military, and he used them to fight off Italy’s historically militant and socialist-oriented unions. Corporate power was essential to the ideology of fascism; it was critical to achieving its revolutionary goals. Not only did Mussolini rely heavily on large landowners and companies for his seizure of power in the run-up to the March on Rome. Once the fascists were in power, Confindustria, the leading organization of Italian industrialists, was glad to see the end of class-based chaos and welcomed the state’s infrastructure surge. This may have not made all capitalists fascists at heart but it preserved what Mussolini called “formal adherence to the regime.”
Yes dear. That’s nice dear. You’re right dear. I can’t come out and play tonight. Maybe A P will.
Thanks. I’m not up to it anymore.
Well, you two go ahead and play with one another, just be gentle.
https://www.zerohedge.com/covid-19/mapping-tyranny-countries-where-vaccination-mandatory
I think that it is mandatory for aged care workers in Oz.
So, South America, China and the entire African continent are the places to be now?
Any idea where the “vaccine” will NEVER (or likely never) be mandatory? I’m looking for a friend for a new home country.
Haiti, Burundi, and that other place that had its president assassinated…
Florida(?)
I am not running from this fight.
Nothing is certain, but Argentina is a likely candidate. Rural Argentina, that is. The fed gov here, at least the present but less-likely future one, is pushing the thing like mad, but its inefficiency is such that the rate is low. Trying to mandate it would be an exercise in futility.
Not only is the Constitution a dead letter, there appears to be no understanding by the rank and file of what it ever was or meant. The Constitution told the government what they could and could not do; it never applied to the citizen.
The government at every level has seized at every opportunity to control. The people have given their freedom away easily by foolishly believing it made them safe. It all comes deep to no understanding of humanity and laziness. We all will pay.
Those who would sacrifice liberty for security…
The historical perspective is useful: princes come and go, dynasties come and go, populations come and go.
Much of the success and freedom enjoyed within the USA was dependent on its own unique set of circumstances, chiefly an ’empty’ mid-latitude continent.
The idea of ‘freedom’, to one degree or another, has a future; the USA, as we have known it, does not.
Wasn’t empty before all the Indians died off. And I look what Whitey has done with the place.
Is this the white man’s comeuppance?
Why the downvotes? Look at the facts instead of the fables. Read about Ponce De Leons travels from Florida up through the Mississippi valley. There were very advanced cities and people here. Most of the Plains Indians were eastern and central woodlands Indians a few short centuries ago.
Selling the woodland Indians guns killed off more Indians than the dubious diseased blankets.
The amount of mis and disinformation casually spread as truth is mind numbing.
The misinformed tell the uninformed who become the ill informed.
Everything you learned in school was somewhere between incorrect to outright nefarious insidious disinformation.
Freedom is a myth. Rights are a myth unless you can take them by force or persuasion.
Spoken like a true submissive.
Let me explain how one obtains freedom without the use of force.
You simply follow the direction of your conscience- if you have one. No other, for any reason, at any time, in any circumstance.
The state of liberty exists within, not externally.
“Freedom is the only worthy goal in life. It is won by disregarding things that lie beyond our control.”
― Epictetus
And you’re an idiot. First, I said force or persuasion. Secondly they are not discussing the realm of the spirit and ones mental attitude. I have said often and recently liberty is an inside job. Piss off.
My corporate overlords have decreed that the unclean unvaxxed must continue to wear masks and social distance while those who have taken the death jab and have the the special sticker for their name badge do not have to adhere to those rules.
They have stated policy which authorizes discrimination based on medical status. It may be legal but it’s fucking wrong! Slavery was legal too.
So my job will end shortly as soon as some maskhole confronts me for not wearing a mask without having the special mark. I will not wear a mask. If these people have all had the jab, what do they have to fear? No one that I ask has an answer for that.
Hope it’s still a good time to sell a house in the burbs. Is Blackrock still buying? Time to get more mobile, adaptable, and as self-sufficient as possible anyway. Some variant of Van Life seems more appealing all the time being that I have no dependents, obligations, or debts other than the mortgage. If the country is breaking up, it may be good to be able to go where the sane people are quickly. Nice to be able to travel around while I hunt a tribe or a place to invest in and go to ground. Don’t have one now.
Still, it’s hard to do this when you are nearly sixty. It’s been a comfy time nestled in the coils of the corporate machine as I have been. It wasn’t hard. These days, if you are competent, it’s like being the one-eyed man in the land of the blind. As soon as the accountants take over, lowest common denominator thinking and hiring is always the end result.
I’m cool with it though. Was tired of that job anyway and tired of corporate wage slavery in general. I keep thinking about the Morgan Freeman line in Shawshank where he talks about “the excitement only a Free man can feel at the start of a long journey whose destination is uncertain.” I have missed that feeling for a while. I have felt it before and faced whatever waited at the end of the journey with open eyes.
And I still will sleep well. My conscience is clear. Other than the meat suits we use to haul our interfaces around, what do we really have other than our principles and morals? I’m not sacrificing mine to fear and willful ignorance.
I originally posted this at https://www.ericpetersautos.com/2021/07/16/diaper-report-7-16-21/
It seems applicable to this thread so I repeat it here.
You, sir, are brave, principled, and honorable. I wish you the very very best in life.
It is probably not the company. It is the laws that govern their actions. The company makes decisions on risk based on laws and info at hand. Blaming them is like blaming a hungry dog for eating a lamb. They do what the must to survive in the situation they encounter. And also remember most managers are idiots. So there is that, too.
>>>Blaming them is like blaming a hungry dog for eating a lamb.
Interesting point… which should remind us that companies in themselves are NOT people, and do NOT have the same rights, or duties.
FWIW I believe that human existence does come with both rights and duties; though it is getting into the metaphysical weeds, all societies must come to grips the idea of mutual obligations. Unless you prefer a society run by and for sociopaths… which does seem to be the New American System.
As Wendell Berry put it, ‘a corporation essentially, is a pile of money to which a number of persons have sold their moral allegiance …. It can experience no personal hope or remorse. No change of heart. It cannot humble itself. It goes about its business as if it were immortal, with the single purpose of becoming a bigger pile of money’.”
yeah, but when that dog breaks into the pasture and starts killing lambs, you dont just say oh well thats what dogs do, you shoot the dog.
I like Ray Jason’s Sea Gypsy idea, but at 70, I am to old to learn everything needed to become a self sufficient sailor.
Take heart! I was nearly sixty (58) when I did it for the last time, although I was 52 when I cashed out and left for foreign shores, finally landing in a country in which I knew no one and had visited for the first time for three weeks, six weeks before making the move. So far (17 years later), so good!
Boss,you must be vaccinated.
Me,I quit.
Boss,you need to give notice.
Me,notice I am leaving.
The book “Corporate Sabotage”was literally a best sellor years back.
You hate who you work for anyhow(why did you stay)perhaps some errors/monkey wrenches on your way out the door as a parting gift.
Hmmmm…..,many speak of a future two tiered society for those unvaccinated(not a vaccine).
That actually could work out very well if those who refuse the jab left alone, just do not think it will end there.
Nope, they will continue to harass you until you comply. Just like the Borg. You will be assimilated… Chip
The Amish are still going.
Lipoh, I love you like a father and you are smart about soo many things. I’m not sure why you continually use the language the oligarchs insist on. I get the concept of ‘see the world as it is, not as we wish it to be.’ However why do you insist on buying into their false narrative.
IT’S JUST THE GOT DAMN FLU. Please stop acting like it is something more. It makes you seem stupid when in fact you are not.
Norman – I get the point. And it is clearly not the Black Death. We are talking about business risk here. We are talking about what a business decision would be given risks that are measurable. Say I have 200 employees, half not vaxxed. There is a measurable and defined risk that can be calculated as to the odds that an employee will bring the virus to work and pass it to someone else, who would then have a defined risk as to becoming seriously ill, or dying.
What is that risk? Maybe it is 1/10,000. Would you be willing to take that risk? And lose everything you have and have ever worked for? What if the cost of eliminating that risk is that you lose a few employees. Does that change the equation? What if you deem the risk 1/100?
We all buy insurance. I pay about 1% a year to insure my house. I am sure that the risk of it burning down is 1/500. Yet I pay a big premium to avoid the catastrophic event. Same goes for running a business.
Always avoid the catastrophe. You can recover from small issues. An employee dying and you being held responsible may be irrecoverable. And it will weigh in the decisions.,
First off you wouldn’t lose everything as I’m sure your assets are all protected by corps, c-corps, s-corps and the like. Second the risk is only on what you have built, the edifice, your baby per se and the employees.
The .Guv looks at you leeringly and says, ‘thats a mighty fine business you built Der boy, be ashamed if something were to happen to it.’ And most business owners cave. How bout just folding up shop and saying “fuck you,” you didn’t build this. Then rally the employees, explaining in terms even there little pea brains can comprehend. “The .Guv did this to you. Act accordingly.”
I know I don’t have the same experience as you, my business always consisted of me and one employee. Sometimes it was just me. With the skills and experience I have I can walk away and start over. I have done it on more than one occasion. As an owner of a large business you have the same ability to scale down, scale up whatever the situation calls for.
The legal system is dead to me, as it is apparent that only the too big too fail companies receive any just us. I agree an employer can absolutely demand a shit shot/ experimental gene therapy as a condition of being hired. Not sure that they can change the goalposts and require it after the fact without assuming the liability for the side effects. Of course that would be in a just society, which we obviously don’t have.
Norm – lots of owners have given personal guarantees, even with Corp protections. Lots.
or, perhaps, even going further. if i found myself getting to that point, i’d propose to those worthwhile employees, guys im getting to the point where i just shit this thing down rather than follow their demands. Instead of having employees lets turn this into a co-op, y’all dont get pay anymore but you get shares in the company and from here on out we’re owners. I built this building and bought this equipment with my own sweat all these years so we’ll start the new co-op out renting the space and machinery from me, maybe rent-to-own or something, but otherwise it’s all in your hands from now on. maybe ill stay on as a partner in a leadership role if y’all think you need me.
might be better than just killing it. Might also give them all a fresh taste of how failure prone collectivism is if they have to navigate that minefield themselves. if youre gonna shut it down anyway maybe shut it down in a good way.
In this scenario, are you truly worried about an employee who hasn’t had the shot, bringing the virus to work and spreading it to employees who have had the shot?
Is the risk physical here? Or is it really a PR/perception risk?
Good points centinel. I can imagine both at play.
You’re a smart guy, so maybe this is the best chance I’ll get at having someone explain this to me.
Why would vaccinated people be at risk from those that aren’t vaccinated?
I get the PR angle. Once a narrative has taken root like this one has, you won’t be able to explain your position (i.e. getting the shot is an employee’s personal decision) to those who don’t already agree with it, and get a fair shake. That employment-at-will doctrine (on both sides) won’t play then.
C – if you have 100 employees and 50 not vaxxed is when I see it at play. Not 99 vaxxed and 1 not. The greater risk would be if your workforce has a high % unvaxxed.
The PR thought is excellent. My mind does not work that way.
Spreading it to employees who have had the vaccination that makes them immune to what they were vaccinated for.
Right. Where’s Scotty when you need him.
So he’s saying your polio vaccine won’t work when third world employees with undiagnosed polio are hired to work on the same jobsite. Okkkk
“Hints That Employees Will Soon Tell Their Employers To Take This Job And Shove It”
Fixed it.
You overestimate the fortitude of the general citizen, I am afraid. Time will tell.
If enough skilled employees do just that, the business will struggle to survive. I doubt it will happen, though, as employees have too many obligations to stand on principal while losing everything.
That is my point.
Yeah, it’s too bad most of us were never taught when young to never carry any debt so we can just walk away from an untenable situation. Similarly, if each generation of a family helped the next to buy/build homes without a mortgage, there’d be a lot less fiat bloodsucking going on through time. like it used to be…
Life was a lot simpler when a family of 6 could live in a 1,000 sq ft house with one bathroom and Mom stayed home raising the kids & running the house. We did not know any better and thought we had it pretty good.
That’s how it was when I was a kid in many places in the US but it was all being undone by then with easy debt and promotion of consumerism with the destruction of the family unit. Born in Feb. 48 and by the mid 70’s was nearly gone.
I was fortunate to have a banker grandfather who taught me exactly that. My son, his wife and my three grandchildren live in a house that I had built for them on my property. He has a business with no debt because he saved quite a bit of money and I matched it to purchase the necessary equipment for his business. That´s how it should be: family, family and family. Latin countries recognize this, a definite point in their favor.
Hopefully
Lawyers are going to make a fortune.
A customer of mine’s father in law’s employer ‘incentivized’ their staff to get the jab by paying every member of the business $1000 to take it. Their reasoning being that it was cheaper to do that and be preventative than to have folks get sick and have the business shut down for weeks.
Father in law got the jab and it made him sick. A few weeks later he died from the side effects. His body couldn’t fight it.
Our provincial government has distanced itself from any vax passport talk for legal reasons. Businesses, assuming they don’t want to get sued, should too.
Francis – employers are covered, in my opinion. They have “science” behind them, and they have the defence of having to maintain a safe workplace. And the employee can refuse. Etc etc. The risk is minimal, and I say this having made a career out of evaluating this stuff. And they will be covered by workman’s comp.
Surely you jest!! Of course you do, that’s why you have “science” in quotes.
But, it does raise an interesting question; what do you do if your personal beliefs clash with your business goals?
For example, suppose you are convinced that the Shit Shot causes debilitating side effects, or even death. In fact, you won’t take he shot for that reason. OTOH, you are afraid of being sued.
— Do you force the employee to get jabbed as a condition of continued employment, or not?
Probably have to close up then.
R.E.S.P.E.C.T. !!!!
Stuck, it is easier to have principles when you are not poor (though many rich don’t and many poor do). I can say that now, but I can only imagine how a young man with a young family with a indebted business would feel if presented with that circumstance.
Wrong.
Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God. -Matthew 19:24
Oh, I forgot. You don’t believe in God and you’re exempt from judgement.
Aaaaand …. Stephanie surprises Llpoh with the old uppercut God-punch, out of the clear blue.
Llpoh never saw it coming. He appears to be winded by this God-punch to his nuts. Staggering, but not fallen. It looks like he’s praying for the Rapture before Steph strikes again.
Stephanie is on the verge of being disqualified for hitting below the belt.
2 Cor. 8:9 – For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.
That passage isn’t talking about material wealth. I guess the context is lost on you.
LOL.
Rich people never enter the Kingdom of God because they’re too prideful. They always believe they’re rich because they deserved to be rich. They always believe people get what they deserve in life because this type of mentality benefits them.
They always believe they became rich because they’re superior to others. They always believe they have more money because they worked harder than everybody else or because they’re smarter than everybody else.
To them, poor people are poor because they’re lazy, dumb, and refuse to work hard. They believe people are poor because they deserve to be poor because of character flaws.
This type of mentality has been around forever.
In the US, people are poor because they do stupid things, time after time after time. Most people who grow rich (as opposed to those born rich) are not only smart but work very hard – harder than others could imagine. If that causes a degree of pride that excludes you from heaven, well that’s a Catch 22, I guess. It’s said that pride is the worst sin.
So George Soros, Warren Buffet, Charlie Munger, and Bill Gates deserve to be rich because they’re smarter and work harder than everybody else.
If you believe everybody gets what they deserve in life than logically these men deserve to be in control of the country. They worked hard to leverage and control all the corporate/institutional power.
Well, Warren, Munger and Gates are smart bastards for sure, and earned their wealth, perhaps ruthlessly. You may not like what they have done, but they worked damn hard, and they all created something. As despicable as Microsoft is, and as bad as some of the things Berkshire has done. Soros I know nothing about.
But how you jump from earning wealth to deserving to control the country is an astonishing strawman.
There are millions of rich in the US and you focus on 4.
So you believe it was smart of Warren Buffet to put Haitians in mobile homes with high contents of formaldehyde? I guess it was also smart for Bill Gates to give the Haitians experimental vaccines. I guess the Haitians deserved it for being poor.
LLPOH,
I don’t say this lightly… enjoy your material wealth because you’re definitely going to hell. You have no respect or love for your fellow man. You’re a very hateful person.
‘You have no respect or love for your fellow man. You’re a very hateful person.’
Damn Llpoh, you’re going to hell. The ever-so sanctimonious and holier-than-thou Stephanie has tried and found you wanting. Wonder who died and made her God? Guess she forgot the tale of the adulteress and Christ. “let he who has not sinned cast the first stone.”
Avoid her like the plague, MGM!
Llpoh,
If what Stephanie wrote is true, I’m afraid I have to agree with her; you ARE going to HELLLLL!!
Don’t take her warning lightly. hell is a terrible place. Just … TERRIBLE!! See for yourself …
And guess who will keep you company for eternity? HITLER!! Is that what you want for your future life? Repent, you fucken Injun!!
Actually, Hitler was Catholic and with that reasoning sits at the right hand of the Father. That is the draw with Christianity, one can be the worst human but take Jesus into your heart and all that sin washes away.
When I hear that, I don’t know whether to think better of catholics, or less of Hitler.
He wasn’t even close to the worst human unless you are reading revisionist history.
Stucky,
LLPOH loves neither God nor his neighbor.
Sounds like someone needs some cranberry juice.
Haitians belong in formaldehyde. Medical students have to start somewhere.
And you do?
Yup, definitely a bitter cunt. And a hypocrite. Aren’t you the Christian hater? And now you throw the Bible at Llpoh’s head?
destroying and manipulating is creation?
Pride is not the worst sin, it’s the besetting sin.
Without pride I can’t commit the other sins.
As Grandma used to say “Poor people make poor decisions”.
That’s dumber than foreskins being sacrificed to daemons so that the cube-heads can enslave the beast-men because nukes don’t exist on this non-parabolic disk.
Most rich people earned it. Most rich people deserved what they have gotten by hard work. I know a lot of rich people, and all but a handful earned it – a few inherited it, and a couple married it. There are plenty of stats out there to prove it so.
I am sure the Bible talks about envy somewhere. You can look it up.
Most rich people got their money through corruption, crime, and/or government power. Pick out any generational wealthy family and I’ll show you how they made their money through exploitation or mafia connections. Even the Astor, Olyphant, and Delano families “earned” their money through the drug trade.
I don’t envy you at all. You’re a very shallow person.
You do know there are millions of rich people, right? There are something like 15 million millionaires in the US.
Of course you don’t envy me – I worked for a living, paid taxes, paid my bills and loans. And you? None of the above.
Learn to read. I said, “generational wealthy family” because they’re high profile enough for the information to be public. Then I gave examples of some of those people.
I don’t envy you because you’re a terrible person. You have no empathy or compassion for other people. You definitely have sociopathic tendencies.
You ought to be able to make a nice living as a psychologist. I mean, the ease with which you are able to pick apart the dross, and get to the essence of a person! Tis truly remarkable.
I mean, you nailed Llpoh so perfectly!! /s
OTOH, you’re extremely judgemental. More so than just about anyone on TBP. All I’m saying is you shouldn’t become a nun.
It’s not difficult. People are actually quite predictable. We’re not a bunch of unique snowflakes. The human mind has it’s limitations and once you figure out a person’s belief system it’s very easy to spot their thought and behavioral patterns.
Projection.
Stephani quote: OTOH, you’re extremely judgemental. More so than just about anyone on TBP.
Projection.
_________________________________________
Projection? Hardly, you just damned Llpoh to eternal damnation because you don’t like him. That’s a tad judgemental, wouldn’t you agree?
Mygirl,
If it makes you feel any better I think you’re a terrible person and going to hell with him. You two can spend an eternity arguing over vaccines.
Stephani, you little dickens you, I don’t really care what someone like you thinks of me. In the overall scheme of things you, what you believe and what you think are so insignificant as to be nonexistent.
I bet god hates you. You are such a craphead. Go away.
projection is always your lame response whenever you are faced with the truth about yourself but have no valid answer
Its just like the monopoly game for the upper rich, once they get the upper hand the grabbing of more never ends. Only an extremely dumb one can manage to lose everything. Like Barbara Hutton.
Got dayum, you are one butthurt cunt.
Is there any problem in America that is made better by lawyers? Most politicians are lawyers and they are making laws to benefit lawyers.
The Nuremberg Code (1947)
Permissible Medical Experiments
“The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical
experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds,
conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the
practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such
experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other
methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must

AP, it is amazing the nefariousness of motivated, G.R.E.E.D.Y extremists.
Never stop.
Montana signed a law that employers can’t force employees to have vaccines. Can’t find the detailed article again, darn it, but it excludes health and care workers, and it seems like one more thing. At least it’s something.
Yes they did. So long as the vax is emergency use. So we will see what happens. It is a good start. It affords the business some protection from the requirement to provide a safe workplace issues.
We’ll see is right. He(Gianforte) just resigned from his congressional seat to take this job which makes me wonder. I admit I’m enjoying what He’s done with gun laws.
Yep. No trust for gianforte. Also I remembered it seemed to be mostly about vaccine passports.
As far as I know, Tennessee is the only state that currently includes healthcare workers with the legislation to not allow mandatory vaccines for employment.
The first post was 7:44 AM. If we can get just 8 more posts in the next 10 minutes …. that’s 100 posts in three hours! That is probably a TBP record!!
Was thinking the same thing! Can I stir the pot, or what!
Indeed, you can!! There’s only one person who might be better at it. 🙂
I’ve never seen 100 comments this quick in TBP history.
The crazy part of this mandatory vaxx is that 40% of the new cases in Israel and UK are in the fully vaxxed. The vaxx doesn’t stop you from catching it or spreading it. So what’s the point of mandatory vaxx or vaccine passports.
For good or bad, I guess I was missed. I have the touch, as does the Stuckenmeister.
If, and that is a huge if, data is to be trusted, the vaxxed are not dying from it, almost exclusively the unvaxxed are.
Delta has a 99.5% survival rate according to data from the UK. No healthy people are dying from Covid or its variants.
I understand. But they are also saying that 99% of those dying are unvaxxed. And given they claim a significant portion of the pop is vaxxed, the conclusion being made is that vax does prevent some deaths of the admittedly unhealthy.
The 7 day average number of deaths (with Covid) in the U.S. is 324. That is 90% below the January peak. An average of 1,660 Americans die from cancer every day. This is nothing but panic porn used to control the population. Average age of death is 80, higher than the overall average of 78.
https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=covid+deaths+by+day
1,660 Americans used to die from cancer. Now they die from Covid.
I think we had the fewest deaths from the regular flu last year ever recorded, so it appears the WuHuFlu cures the common flu.
The key point here is that the ‘vaccinations’ don’t protect against Covid in all cases. NOW they state that there are variants and the ‘vaccines’ may protect against one version and not another and they also describe ‘break through’ covid infections despite ‘vaccinations.’
If you step back and look at the overall death rate of covid vs the flu, the amounts are approximately the same, meaning that Covid 19 isn’t nearly as deadly or dangerous as the ‘authorities’ would have you believe and the push for vaccinations for an illness no worse than the flu is specious at best, especially when you examine the DEMAND for vaccinations. Why the big push to get the world innoculated against a mediocre at best threat?
For ALL the chips, baby. For ALL the chips.
G.R.E.E.D.
The note from the UK was 60 then 40% jabbed were hospitalizations. Doesn’t seem like it is doing much to prevent severe cases.
>>>So what’s the point of mandatory vaxx or vaccine passports.
It shows the little people who’s boss.
Best of all, it’s “morally defensible”, if you distort and cherry-pick the data.
“The vaxx doesn’t stop you from catching it or spreading it.”
Nope. Seems utterly useless doesn’t it.
“So what’s the point of mandatory vaxx or vaccine passports.”
A precursor to something far more sinister. Conditioning… If you are here you will beg for it when it becomes available. The world readies itself for “something” big. Anyone with an ounce of sense can feel it.
Don’t be here. Romans 3, 4, 5 (KJB)…
“But now”, or…
2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 KJB… “And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
You choose. Everyone here has the same opportunity, right now. Don’t blow it. Please.
And here comes GCP pounding his Bible verses …. on a post about covid and employers!
Un-fucking-real! What a maroon!
Thump, thump, thump… 😉
There were 100 posts when I came back 10 min ago.
Look Boss, Ze Vaxx Ze Vaxx!!!
The plan is working perfectly. We are too busy using the law to fight the Vaxx to see and fight the Perps.

President Trumps greatest skill was in appointing terrible people. He was the best at choosing the wrong person I’ve ever seen.
They might be able to mandate a vaccine, but I think it’s highly dubious that they can mandate an experimental vaccine…Nuremberg said must have consent for experiments…
Do you think that the FDA review will be in good faith?
Decisions in large organizations are no longer made based on logic or any sort of objective rationale. It’s all about appearances and PR. And the government is the worst of all.
Who will be the one at the FDA to review a product that 100s of millions of people have already taken, and then say “no, it isn’t safe”. No one will do that.
If there’s a review, FDA approval is a foregone conclusion. They’ll put together a committee, which will conveniently absolve any individual of any responsibility in the outcome or side effects. Then they’ll approve it. That doesn’t mean that the shot is safe. It’s just another marketing tool for Pfizer.
They may punt, though, and just extend the review out indefinitely. If I am them, I fall back on the fact that there has been no rigorous gathering of information that would be needed to corroborate effectiveness or negative side effects.
Once it’s approved then the EUA argument becomes moot. It’s only a matter of what timing is best for providing approval. Approval will probably happen as quickly as they can ‘prove’ it’s safe for kids 11 and under, especially if any ‘outbreaks’ occur in schools. It will be interesting where the school outbreaks occur and how the MSM can propagandize it to instill more fear into everyone.
Do any of these people with videos have podcasts or websites with mp3s? I can’t stand being stuck near a computer just to hear someone talk.
Now there’s one for the ages.
Few noticed that the white government dismantled their nukes before handing control to the ANC. And with good reason. Picture these guys with nukes.
“Before the anticipated changeover to a majority-elected African National Congress–led government in the 1990s, the South African government dismantled all of its nuclear weapons, the first state in the world which voluntarily gave up all nuclear arms it had developed itself”
Dismantled, or taken by an “ally”?
I didn’t want to take away from the point but that’s what I said also.
They were allegedly dismantled by the U.S.. Being large A-Bombs, I’m not sure if they would have much value but I have very little knowledge of that topic to say anything.
Nukes have to be maintained, they can’t just sit around waiting to be used a few years from now.
Did anyone say that? Do you think they couldn’t find someone to maintain them?
No worries mate, there are no nukes.
Another lie.
If an Anon or infrequent or dumb-ass poster made that comment, I would have just scrolled past it.
But, you are none of those things. You are the opposite of those things; a long time highly intelligent poster who has earned a great deal of respect here.
As such, your comments influence people.
In addition to your flat earth fantasies, now you’re adding this no-nukes fantasy. You’re not a physicist. You’re a farmer. If you need to spread bullshit, spread it on your soil.
You are leading people astray. That’s a damned shame.
When humans develop something, invent a new tool, visit a previously unknown location it is their nature to continue the use/exploration/exploitation of those skills/resources/avenues.
In the case of the Moon exploration as well as the nuclear weapon system suddenly, for no apparent reason mankind altered its very nature and opted out.
You may not find that to be of merit but I think it is telling.
In both of those cases the programs were linked inexorably with military efforts to defeat a perceived threat. I don’t know how much you’ve studied warfare, but one of its central pillars has always been and continues to be deception. Convince your enemy that you have a weapon, tactic, strategy, resource that you do not actually possess so that you can win without actually having to use it or prove your capability.
The longer that I live removed from the jingoism, politics and media influence and the more I observe about innate animal nature, the more I begin to question the mythologies of our culture and dismiss the boasts and claims of the overlords.
Their own actions and words betray them and the failure to observe any historical behaviors of their species leads me to these conclusions.
I do not expect anyone to accept these hunches on face value, I have no interest in promoting them beyond the sharing of my opinions on a rather obscure platform out here on the edge of popular perception and I certainly do not accept your prohibition as writ.
Let me state categorically for the record that I could easily be incorrect about any of these conclusions and once someone could prove to me beyond a shadow of doubt that they are in fact incorrect I will openly proclaim the error in my thoughts and stand by whatever new information I have come across. However, as you know I have a pretty fair record for calling out narrative falsehoods based solely on hunches. Not because I am particularly smart or well informed, but because I know a great deal more about human nature and behavior than most people and I have no concern over how it makes me look to challenge long accepted narratives.
YMMV.
Oh, I know HOW to do it, I’m just a luddite and I don’t use smartphones or bluetooth. I don’t even have internet at home. Old-fashioned audio downloaded let’s me keep archives of the best stuff and let’s me listen while doing whatever I want without worrying about reception or having a personal tracking device around.
I’ll look into his stuff.
The unconstitutional government is certainly going to be pushing for this because their endgame is universal income. And they might achieve something. But in the end, they can’t usurp Amerian’s determination to survive.
It is nice a Judge actually read the Constitution. Indeed that document covers the actions of the Federal Government. There is nothing in the document enabling most of the actions taken by government and it clearly lists the STATES make the rules in their jurisdiction.
What makes the waters murky is when the Federal gubmint uses its power to “incentivize” employers. We have seen the unholy alliance between Falsebook and the POTUS to censor, blacklist and ban people with ideas not of the government line. This is no longer a free employer looking out for itself and its customers but an arm of the government propaganda apparatus.
The school has a right to set standards for their students. However, the schools have spent decades creating a niche for themselves. Many jobs from accountant to engineer to physician require a college degree. The days of passing the rigorous exams are long gone. So does this make the school no longer optional as the Judge suggested?
People need to stop looking to the Nanny Federal Gubmint for permission. This is a State issue and had nothing related to the US Constitution. Always remember, if 9 people can give you a right, then 9 people can take it away.
This piece overlooks the KEY point the media and establishment have brainwashed the electorate into believing: that vaccination is the only treatment option.
This is categorically false.
And this is why vaccination cannot be mandated.
It is entirely medically appropriate for a young otherwise healthy individual to opt for a prophylactic regimen with say HCQ, and to opt for early detection and treatment.
It is unethical to offer ANY treatment where risk outweighs benefit. Keep in mind that for last week June/first week in July- there were MORE deaths from the vaccine than from COVID.
A little voice in the back of my head tells me the death from the vaxx reporting may be to gin up hysteria so we don’t notice they are emptying the small change from the vault. There is no big change remaining.
John Galt is winning. Many people no longer want to work because there is nothing satisfying in it. Forcing people to do things they don’t like to do will drive them away. Many people fear the vaccine and forcing people to take it for fear of losing their job is going to backfire on any employer who tries it.
I know of one particular corporation; I won’t name them, that is losing customers because they no longer allow customers in their stores to purchase products. One has to call ahead and order what they need then drive up to their store, and someone comes out in a mask and gives them what they ordered. I am one customer among others I know that no longer purchase from them.
Speaking of the courts; well they are a joke. Many people have lost faith in the administrative courts. I have completely lost faith in them.
There are many skilled people dropping out of the work force at present. With less and less skilled people in the work force any employer who thinks he can bully his work force into taking this experimental vaccine will be cutting his own throat.
Many people can see when they look that the economy is in trouble. Many large corporations are not making profits. They are selling stock on wall street so they have money to operate. Someone or entity; probably the federal reserve, is buying their stock. Yesterday the stock market dropped over 600 points and today the stock market gained over 600 points. This is the pattern with the stock market for over a year and a half now. What is going on with this in a failing economy?
With the economy failing and more people not being able to purchase the necessary items they need for survival I will not be surprised to see what is now happening in South Africa to happen here in our big cities. A nightmare is unfolding and many are getting caught up in it.
My military mind is telling me we are experiencing bio warfare. Healthy people don’t need a shot to survive it. Unfortunately there are many unhealthy people in this country that are subject to be affected to it. But they don’t need this vaccine to fight it. They need to get healthy.
We are at war but it has not yet gone kinetic. We have a failing economy and it is currently being propped up by excessive money printing and the billionaires are buying up all the tangible assets. Reminds me of what happened when the former soviet union failed.
So who cares if some employers want their employees vaccinated. They are pissing up a rope; a rope of their own demise. We have bigger problems than this fake pandemic. And it is becoming more evident as the days and weeks go by.
When it all crashes the people behind this fake pandemic will lose their power over the people. This nightmare will pass just like the nightmare of WW2 passed and those who committed the atrocities of that war were tried and executed.
Those that have faith in their own consciousness to get them through this period will see freedom. Those that have hope in the government to save them will have neither security nor freedom.
Well, at least the ones who lost were tried.
I saw an article around the first of July concerning “leaked info” where Army officials told commands to get ready for military mandatory vaccinations in September. The article also stated that the vaccines were expected to be **approved by the CDC** for “official use” and taken out of the experimental stage. Apparently, there is a process to go through and several vaccine companies have already started the process. It sounded like they expect it to happen in August but could be delayed.
https://www.armytimes.com/news/pentagon-congress/2021/07/01/prepare-for-mandatory-covid-vaccines-in-september-army-tells-commands/
So, there ya go. When the vaccine receives its official status from the CDC, the employer wouldn’t be held liable for any injuries.
Here is a good article explaining how the corporations play a part. In the “new model of governance” large corporations coerce the unvaccinated ( without certain governments taking the blame for enforcing the mandate).
And it all comes into focus when you realize that the large corporations are majority owned and controlled by the **same people** who are pushing for the Reset who ALSO CONTROLS the central banks. Keeps everything quite hidden from the public doesn’t it? Blackrock and Vanguard are worth looking into. It all is a peek into seeing how powerful Mystery Babylon is.

Courts will, most likely, leverage existing case law to support mandating vaccines. That being said, in the Indiana case the judge (to my knowledge) didn’t comment on the fact that, while there is no Constitutional right to a college education, there is no Constitutional right to a risk-free environment or mandating certain health treatments. The fact that the vaccines are experimental at this point means, per the Nuremberg Code, there are serious questions surrounding mandating them. Secondly, what is the thresh hold for risk here? Can employers mandate flu vaccines? Hepatitis shots? TB tests? Mental evaluations? Employees that work on valuable accounts and must be depended on — can an employer demand that they get colonoscopies, regularly check their blood pressure and glucose levels? Can airlines demand that pilots and crew members have their appendix removed before working on long, oversea flights? Third, if students have financial aid or are advanced in their studies at a college or university, they should then be able to sue said schools for essentially changing the terms of their education: if a U of Indiana third-year has a full-ride scholarship and is now required to go elsewhere due to a mandated vaccine, that burdens and harms them, especially if they haven’t had time to take action in anticipation of the policy. Here is a tort waiting to happen. Lastly, if others are vaccinated and, per the claims of the vaccine proponents, they offer protection in whole or part, who, then, is really at risk? Surely not the vaccinated — right? So, the unvaccinated accept the risk — end of story.
“Think of the life you have lived until now as over and, as a dead man, see what’s left as a bonus and live it according to Nature. Love the hand that fate deals you and play it as your own, for what could be more fitting?”
Marcus Aurelius
Just heard from a waiter in a favorite place…the boss didn’t mandate the jab, but you wouldn’t get a good schedule if you didn’t get it….
even in europe, where there are very powerful unions, courts rule 4 employers–
the european court has ruled that employers can ban muslim headscarves–
https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/17582/eu-employers-ban-islamic-headscarves
Does that mean the employer can be sued if the vaccine causes death or an unexpected side effect? If I were on a jury I know how’d I’d vote on that issue. And the award would be staggering.
Two questions (since I’m looking at termination in September over vx requirements)…I understand the “right-to-work” situation, at-will employment and all that, but there are limits, especially with respect to medical procedures and bodily autonomy. An employer cannot require you to have an abortion, for example, or be strip-searched to ensure workplace safety. How is that linedrawn, and how to argue that invasive procedures must be over the line?
I’m also wondering about the feasibility of making an argument that since the VX does not have an established efficacy in preventing transmission, it cannot be substituted for demonstrating an absence of CV infection. Therefore, if the goal is to provide a zero-transmission environment, the only real legitimate strategy is daily testing prior to admission. Which the employer would need to provide at least as an alternative. Thoughts?
Federal Law says that you cannot be coerced into taking any medication or undergoing any medical treatment.
It also has an entire chapter on “emergency use authorization,” in which we immediately see that (a) this is not a legitimate ’emergency,’ and (b) the authorization is illegal because alternative treatments do exist. This chapter also states that you must be informed that the treatment has not been approved, nor found to be safe nor effective, and you must be informed of all reported negative side effects so that you can give – or, not give – voluntary informed consent.
