Panic Ahead for Millions of Americans as Federal Eviction Edict Expires

by Eric Wright July 31, 2021

Charlotte, NC – Across America, millions of families face immediate eviction from their homes and apartments, as the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) eviction ban ends Saturday, July 31. On Thursday, President Biden begged Congress to take action, citing that he lacked the authority to change or overrule the previous Supreme Court ruling allowing for only a one-month extension of the current eviction moratorium.

With Congress set to vacate Washington DC for a summer recess during August, Democrats and liberal media pundits are demanding congressional and even unilateral action to keep Americans in their homes.

For Biden and the Democratic Party, more help is needed, despite the federal eviction moratorium being in effect since March 2020 under the CARES Act. For over a year and a half, millions of Americans have spent nothing on house or rent payments, despite receiving a stimulus and other federal subsidy payments. The money freely given by Democrats for many has instead gone to elective purchases such as cars, clothing, and electronics.

Despite the continued liberal narrative of an apocalyptic end to all due to the Delta variant strain of the COVID-19 virus, the American economy remains strong. Over 94% percent of able working Americans maintain employment and have seen staggering pay increases as businesses across the country pay more as they desperately look to increase their workforce.

For Joe Biden and the Democrats, they look to continue to hide behind the COVID-19 virus and pay the American people to be subservient to their ever-changing and Marxist demands. For over a year and a half, those Americans wishing to maintain their homes have had every chance to do so. For those who chose to spend rather than save, it is high time to be booted from the nest.

There is no doubt that Biden and his fellow members of the new American Socialist Party will try a last-ditch effort to keep voting members of their plan in their homes for the foreseeable future. But as Americans, the responsible ones, we should look to demand that nothing in the world is free, and that includes room and board.

Since the federal income tax implementation nearly a century ago, the Democratic Party has intentionally expanded its socialistic stranglehold on our nation’s citizens in their attempt to further their scope of a welfare state.

Today’s attempts by the progressive-left has nothing to do with the COVID-19 pandemic, just as their actions have never been in favor of support abortion, gun rights, or universal healthcare. Instead, today’s Democrats want to pay for total submission from society, with many to do anything for another governmental handout.

While it is not clear what direction Democrats, headed by Joe Biden, will do between now and Saturday’s eviction moratorium expiration, one thing is for sure – their continued efforts of buying favor and allegiance have just begun.

There will not be millions of evictions of renters. No one of any import is interested in it,no one in any position of power will authorize it, and the cops/deputies/bailiffs aren’t going to enforce any stray orders that pass the barriers. What is more likely is that property owners will be relieved of the property currently occupied by the non-paying residents. Oh, they will make it look like a voluntary transfer. It will be property confiscation accompanied by a small amount of fiat that will soon be worthless. Then the non paying renters will have a landlord that has all the power. Boy if you thought it sucked paying rent to your old skinflint landlord in dollars, you are going o be really aghast when you see what your new landlord is going to demand of you.

On mortgage foreclosure and forced property transfer, it it a murkier situation. It will still end up with common people losing any claim on property, but the accounting is a lot more complicated, what with banks, securitized mortgage bundles, Federal mortgage guarantors and lots, lots more. There still hasn’t been a clean breast made from the beginning of this great reset (2006-7) in places like New York, so the actual amounts owed (trillions) and who, precisely, it is owed to is purposefully obfuscated. It will be a lot easier to put a bunch of middle class honkies out of middle class suburban homes, and most of them will just leave voluntarily.

In the end, it will add up to a property transfer/seizure on a scale that no one (except the mutts who set it up and are driving it) ever thought could happen in these not-so united states. And there is not one thing anybody is going to do about it.

Totally wrong.
Every Tuesday in San Francisco in room 501 of the SF Court House – that’s where eviction hearings occur. Note these aren’t all the evictions – these are only the ones where the people being evicted attempt to get a stay on their eviction. The actual evictions are by the SF Sheriff’s office, which is next door in the Domed Mayor’s office building.
Evictions in SF are occurring – and this is even before the “COVID exemption” ends in September.
And if they’re occurring in SF, I guarantee they’re occurring elsewhere.
I have a friend who builds and manages apartment buildings for a real estate hedge fund – they’re having enormous numbers of tenants not paying. California State and the City of SF have rental assistance programs, but she says not a single one has been received yet for any of the unpaying tenants – and the programs overall themselves say only 8% of funds have been disbursed.
Other news on the ground: 2 different people are saying hospitals are filling up – 1 in Stanford and the other in the SF VA hospital. 50/50 another lockdown in coming after the special recall election for CA Governor Gavin Newsom on 9/14…if he doesn’t get recalled. The vote there is surprisingly close.

The author says the economy is strong. Well, gee, I guess that makes him an idiot.

He also says 94% of able working Americans have jobs. Well, gee, that makes him an idiot and a comedian.

What the fuck is wrong with people that they are so damn clueless.

They read it on the internet so it must be true. Texas is doing great because all the refugees from the blue states are moving here. Unfortunately many of those running here also bring their leftist mindsets and soon Texas will be as blue as blue can be in the cities. It’s almost there anyways, the rural redoubts will hang out but the new ‘immigrants’ will do whatever so long as the gravy flows.

My advice to the suckers who thought they could not pay their mortgage/rent for this length of time and nothing would happen…. NEVER trust the establishment. Also, try to be first in the tent city to get the best spot for your tent. That’s about it.

We have totally messed everything up in the economy. The fallout from the covid lockdowns are going to be far worse than anything covid would have done if nothing was done. Pre covid, I had little trust in real estate, since even after you pay off your own house, you still owe property taxes, that go up every year, and could still lose the house if you were unable to pay them at any point in the future. But after covid, when the government could just decide you are not allowed to collect any rent from people living in ‘your’ rental properties, but still have to pay all the expenses anyways; what is the point? You might as well just give money to random people.

Louis, it’s kinda’ like what I said about getting married. Instead of getting married just find a woman you totally hate and buy her a house. It makes things a lot simpler in regards to giving away your money .

Nab, Define “able”. no government statistics are un-managed/massaged/adjusted so the 6% number is bs any way you cut it. Still, consider the “able” question. I think things are going to be made a lot worse before the needle moves on “able” people who want/need “jobs”.

The very words we use have been purposefully perverted, No wonder everybody is pissed off and apprehensive.

“Able” to get hired…

iotw, 94% of people w/ jobs are those “able” to get one…

The rest are hired for political or sexual reasons, unrelated to ability.

How long will we sit here and buy into these stories…?

Yes, lotsa people suck and do stoopit things.

I know many landlords in my area, and all of them say that for the most part, they are getting their rents. And since they are still paying my invoices, I have to believe them.

On the other hand, I would like to see any proof that regular people have received “staggering pay increases.” (hint: Bezos, Musk, and the Waltons are not regular people.)

Unless one is staggered by a buck-n-change over minimum…
