An Australian man uploaded a video from his COVID ‘hotel’ room with the sounds of a prisoner screaming to be let out after hundreds of hours being cooped up inside a small room.
The man, who seems to be having a mental breakdown, is demanding to be let out only to be told to get back inside or face being gassed.
The man who uploaded the video claims to be vaccinated and has tested negative 9 times and he is still stuck inside this prison camp.

You’re forgetting one important difference between those countries and the U.S., the 2nd amendment. From the governments own sources they estimate that the civilian population has more than 35o million legal firearms and 12.5 trillion rounds of ammo. And that’s not counting the unregistered weapons, or the fact that many of us have training and experience using those weapons thanks to the military and have sworn an oath to defend against our enemy’s, both foreign and domestic.

Having guns is not the same as having the conviction or will to use them. I have seen nothing that suggests the USA 2A people will do anything but continue to polish their guns right up until they hand them to the government when ordered to. Talk is cheap.

Why do you think that the TPTB keep trying to disarm us. Granted, we seem to getting closer to the time that we may have to resort to violence, but most of us would rather accomplish restoring sanity to our Government and our lives peacefully if possible. Besides, the Democrat Party seems to be doing a very good job destroying itself more and more everyday. Even the legacy media is starting to notice and report their constant screwups, there are some things even they can’t spin. Personally, I’m hoping things can be resolved without resorting to violence, I’d rather educate misguided Americans instead of killing them, killing is easy, too easy, and many of us know this from experience.

That’s a question, see the difference? Another question, which you didn’t answer, what events in the past 50 years? If you didn’t understand the rest of my post, it was specifically related to recent and current events related to the 2020 election cycle and the self-inflicted wounds to the Democrat Party. And as I’ve previously said, I’d rather wait and see how that plays out before we start a second Civil War. Another question, you state “If your country was stolen” was that a poor choice of words or are you not an American, i.e.; with nothing to lose, no skin in the game, etc.? It’s easy to be a gung-ho armchair warrior and advocate for violence when you’ve never had to do the dirty work of an actual one.
It’s looking more and more like the 2A will be used incrementally just as the government pushes too far incrementally. We’re already seeing people refusing to comply with new gun restrictions as they arise. More and more states are also passing “constitutional carry” laws. Hopefully we never get to the point where people need to use all those guns and all that ammunition, but it looks like our “leaders” have been more cautious about how they treat the citizens in the US than leaders from other countries (so far).
I think you are going a step further than what was mentioned. How does the gub force compliance? With barrel of a gun. They have no qualms about forcing compliance via this method.
At what point do they say, ‘oh well, maybe we may need to back off a bit because we are stirring up too much shit and the people are getting fed up’? Never, they won’t stop. Just after we got married in 2010, my husband said he wanted to fulfill a lifetime wish of mine, so we went on an extended trip to New Zealand and Australia. It was epic, both countries gorgeous and the people welcoming. Unfortunately, I agree with you, I will never go back.

Bea, you’ve been around long enough that I’m sure you remember the article he wrote explaining why he was moving to where he did. It seemed like a great plan. Move way out in the country in a lightly populated and largely self-governing anglosphere country. Become as self-reliant as possible, in case the shit hits the fan. I’ve always been partial to the United States myself, but I certainly thought everything he stated had great merit. Proximity to China and inconvenience traveling to and from the United States or the only nitpicking I saw, but his entire doomstead plan sounded strong. Nobody could have predicted this. Nobody. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s fairly quiet for a while. It would be absolutely prudent considering what’s going on over there. Riding it out may not be an option. Might be fight or flight.
