In response to this, I was going to write that they believe they are actually good; but, on further reflection that’s not exactly true. They believe that they are above good & bad, right & wrong. They think of themselves as amoral, which means they think of themselves as above humanity.
As I’ve mentioned before, no person is amoral. The word does not apply to humans (except infants, the comatose, etc). For humans (which TPTB still are) amoral is synonymous with immoral.
The point is, they’re evil; but do not think of themselves as evil because they think of themselves as so far superior to the bulk of humanity as to be a different race. The kind, but efficient and economical, owners and managers of livestock (read: you)
What is truly amazing is how these people have been able to capture all positions of power in the USA (and elsewhere) without firing a single shot!
Humans are not capable of self-governing. All these Democracies, Republics, etc. get trivially corrupted and co-opted.

Well, they’re ill-intentioned but not stupid. They had to sit down at the beginning and plan around the fact that there are tens of millions of firearms owners who must somehow be neutralized without provoking open, armed conflict.

Transhumanism has nothing to do with eugenics. It is preposterous to claim eugenics is discredited when the principle of improving genetics through breeding has held true for every domestic species since the dawn of civilization. Arranged marriage is a proven system and possibly superior in every way for the majority.
Transhumanism as they envision it is “playing God”. Hacking in machines and artificial genes into humans will lead to our destruction, because God will ensure it. I know this not because He talks to me, but I watch how he has designed the world and our place in it. It is because I believe the same intelligence guiding all life will not allow His creation to be destroyed by the hubris of those who reject Him. We are meant to be husbands, not competitors.
What they are doing is the work of Satan, by Christian definitions. By other definitions it is still evil. And like all evil, they think they are doing the correct thing. You can tell they are not, by considering the consequences of their failure. Good people do not take risks with other people. That would violate the God given rights of those people to make their own choices. One must come to God willingly, not by the sword. Bad people need weapons to accomplish their goals.
Transhumanism IS eugenics.
The only difference is that transhumanism isn’t limited to genetics.
They are ideologies dedicated to “improving humanity”. The rub lies in what gets defined as “improving”, and who gets defined as “humanity”. It necessarily boils down to is separating “ubermensch” from “untermensch” and the ones doing the separating and defining of terms always think of themselves as the “ubermensch”. And they always seek to eliminate the “untermensch”.
